YANDERE SEONGJI YUK HEADCANONS

After he escaped from the grasp of the Shaman and from the Cheonlinag village, he found his solace by himself on the mountain and felt at peace till is peace got disrupted by a ragtag group of unruly teenagers who thought of him as their teacher and decided to stick around him who called themselves the Cheonliang family. Finding love was the LAST thing he ever had on his mind, he was born with an extra finger in his hand and foot was supposedly destined to be the Yaksha for that brat of a Shaman's son Taejin till he decided to say screw it and wanted to forge his own path. For a long time it was just him and the annoying teenagers till you stumbled upon his mountain

It was the night time and the peace and serenity of the night was disrupted by you, whose soft sobs and sniffles echoed through the atmosphere of the night. Seongji came out of his cave slightly annoyed at first that someone was on the mountain but when his eyes landed on you with your tears streaming down your pretty face, your hair strands falling on your face and your hair gently billowing in the gentle breeze as your shirt was almost half torn, his expression softened. You made him feel something, more than he'd ever like to admit. You made him feel something warm...he felt like there was a warm fire lit at the bottom of his stomach and it was a feeling he couldn't explain. However his feelings were something to be bothered about later, right now he felt the urge to comfort you

He strode over to you slowly to not scare you off as he looked at you with a slight frown on his face. Silently without saying anything, his thumb gently brushed against your cheek and wiped your tear as he wrapped his jacket around you. "Why are you so upset...little things like you shouldn't be crying alone this late in the night'' he said as he surveyed your features with his calculating gaze. As you told him the story of how the Shaman almost tried to assault you and tried to rip your clothes off till you escaped from him and he'd sent the members of the Yamazaki clan to get you back, Seongji's eyes narrowed in anger. He felt his rage building up and he wanted nothing more than to just slam that conman of a Shaman's face into a bricked wall and rip out his damn eyes with his Tanghulu rods

He took you to an area where the other students were busy chatting with each other and you spotted five guys wearing sunglasses and the same jackets in the red and black and white colors, a chubby girl with glasses and blonde hair in a judo uniform and another girl with raven hair and was slightly younger than the rest of them. "Oh, someone new, hello" said the blonde chubby girl as she introduced herself as Mary Kim. "We can see she's new dumbass elephant'' said another guy as he scoffed and rolled his eyes as Mary and the guy started bickering with each other. A guy leaned in towards you with a friendly smile on his face. "Sorry about them, they're always like that. The guy she's arguing with is Vinjin by the way, he used to be a sacrifice before our teacher saved him'' said the guy to you as he introduced himself as Jaewoo to you. "Shut up, I could fight on my own you know'' said Vinjin. "Last I remember you started crying and begged me to save you...correct me if I'm wrong and also, I'm not your teacher, you kids really don't have anything better to do in your lives...'' said Seongji as a slight amused smirk formed on his face as Vinjin instantly shut up and grumbled under his breath

You were introduced to the other people as well such as Taebong, Hyungjae, Wooseok and Sujin. Seongji sneaked a few glances at you every now and then as he looked at your nervous behavior. You reminded him of a scared little animal, he found it endearing actually. He handed you a plate of food and when you politely tried to refuse him, his eyes narrowed at you. "Eat. I can see you're exhausted, don't give me all that being polite crap'' he said in a stern tone as he handed you the plate. You started staying with the Cheonliang family after that and grew rather close to them. The first time when you fell asleep, he took in your features and he knew he was staring at you like an idiot but he couldn't help it. You looked so... peaceful and innocent. You did not deserve to go through whatever happened to you. Something in him urged him to protect you and keep you safe and maybe stab the Shaman in the eye one day

Overtime you'll start to realize his feelings for you would become possessive. He realizes his feelings for you are spinning out of control but does he care? Of course not, he wants to keep you safe. However it starts off slowly. He doesn't want you going into the village anymore since he's worried someone might take you away. You're always to be under his gaze where he can keep an eye on you. He'd be damned if Shigeaki Kojima and his lapdogs take you away from him. At first he tries to shove his feelings inside for you deep down. But when you spot him brooding over his thoughts and when you comfort him and hold his rough calloused hands in your ones, it takes him all his self control to not hug you. He's never had anyone compliment his fingers, he was always viewed as a monster. His mind went into a literal overdrive as he slightly blushed for the very first time and looked slightly flustered and embarrassed as he felt his heart hammer against his chest wildly

He's more of a silent observer. He always watches you from the shadows, even though he might look aloof and distant and stoic, deep down he really does care for you, a lot. If you have nightmares he'll sigh softly as he'll run his fingers through your hair gently and awkwardly yet comfortingly pat your head as you'll fall asleep. Don't ask me how but somehow he'll find a way to know whatever you like. Maybe he'll overhear one of his students talking or something and his interest will pique up. Whatever it is that you want, you'll have it. He has obsessive feelings for you but he won't act upon them till the time you're in any kind of danger

One day you were about to go into the village since you needed something and the members of the Yamazaki clan tried to take you away after Taejin wanted you to be his. Seongji seethed and saw red as soon as he heard the news. When he saw the men grabbing you by your hair and making you cry, that's when he felt like he snapped. His anger coursed through him like a burning flame and he felt like things were a blur but within a matter of mere seconds, he managed to knock everyone out. He ruthlessly beat them up and stabbed them with his Tanghulu rods and even stabbed one of them in the eye. Their screams of pain didn't matter to him, they hurt you, they deserved it. A primitive darker side of him filled him with thoughts of just murdering them for good so they'd learn a lesson. However he didn't want to make you scared, you needed to be comforted first

"Why did you leave... I told you I'd give you whatever you want. It's not safe for you to be out on your own anymore. Come on, let's go'' said Seongji to you as he slightly frowned and he lifted you in his arms like a sack of flour and carried you back to the cave. He'll patch up any of your wounds and a sad look will pass on his face if sees any of your injuries though he might hide it. You were almost taken away from him, he can't allow you to do as you please anymore, not when your safety is at stake. He'll ask the others to keep an eye on you as well and you'll bet your allowance they'll IMMEDIATELY snitch on you the first chance they get. Look, they all like you but they like their teacher more and they're loyal to him so... say goodbye to your privacy I guess

Seongji might pretend to be annoyed when he has to deal with you when he's cooking but he secretly loves your company. He hates the thought of someone else stealing you away from him, he's seen the way some men looked at you and it just makes him want to rip their bloody eyes out. He'll deal with your company and presence with a soft smile on his face. If you start getting cheeky and start saying cheesy stuff he'll roll his eyes at you and smirk but he'll be a blushing mess deep down. He has barely any experience when it comes to romance and love but he still wants to take care of you nonetheless

Don't even THINK of trying to escape from him or leave him, he's known as the King of Cheonliang for a reason. If you somehow manage to get out of Cheonliang, he'll have to call his 'friends' for help, his friends being none other than the first generation Kings themselves. While Seongji is not pleased with your escape attempt, he will glare at you in a cold manner and list out all the dangerous possibilities that could have happened to you had your escape attempt been successful. He just wants to love you and protect you, why is that so hard for you to understand? He'll give you the silent treatment and treat you like a naughty kid till you're ready to apologize for your actions in which case he'll embrace you and gently pat your head and tell you how much he loves you and it's all for your own good. If you start throwing a tantrum and kicking at things, he'll just be amused. You remind him of a bratty little child, however if you're crying your eyes and heart out, he'll feel his chest tighten. He doesn't like seeing you cry, he'll just sigh and wipe your tears away but he'll never allow you to leave. You're belong to him and he'll do everything he can to ensure it stays that way...

Highlights of Ep 483

SPOILERS ALERT

"Drowning so much, I'm affected by the ripple. Feeling so low that I can't even see the middle. Dark days, lost ways, made me feel little..." - "Something Beautiful", Tom Walker and Masked Wolf

Cheonliang Fam was basically the kids who were pupils of Yook Seongji's, the King of Cheonliang. They were present at Seongji's house, enjoying tanghulu candies, when Vin came barging in naked and begging to be killed.

Seongji wondered whether Vin really wanted to die, as the boy rambled on and on about how the monster in the mountain turned out to be this candy-eating hobo, to his dismay. To that, Seongji replied that Vin ate so many of his tanghulu candies anyway.

The Cheonliang Fam members, consisting of Park Jewoo, Lim Taebong, Choi Wooseok, and Lee Hyungjae, told Vin that Seongji had been teaching them the truth behind the Child God Cult's manipulations.

To that, Vin told them that it was all a futile crap, and Jewoo stood up to beat him up for being rude at school (Seongji's School of Truth). Vin was stronger than Jewoo, however, and before the other three kids could do anything but rushing at Vin, they were stopped by a girl.

This girl was none other than Mary. Because she was big, Vin mockingly called her The Elephant Monster, to which she replied by throwing him down.

Fainting, Vin realized that she was the strongest person he had ever met so far.

It appears that Taejin was the culprit who called the students to the sacrifice ritual, just so they could watch Vin walking all naked and paraded in the street. Having made this conclusion, Vin was livid when Taejin flippantly said that the other kids were bound to find out sooner or later, anyway.

When one of the kids was about to shame Vin further, Taejin even condescendingly stopped the kid, leaving a grand impression on that kid and the others that he was such a good person.

Vin came rushing at Taejin to punch him but Taejin pulled a Kudo move on him, having learned about the martial art from his father's Japanese bodyguards.

The kids cheered for Taejin, for trampling on the Eye Monster, who is none other than Vin. But Vin defiantly told them that they were the stupid ones for following the Shaman and his entourage and giving up everything for the cult. Yet it was Vin who was called the Eye Monster.

But Vin wasn't completely alone, it seems. Four boys stood up for him: The Cheonliang Fam. And Mary threw Taejin down, announcing that anyone who caused a ruckus at school would be stopped by The Elephant.

Being rescued didn't make Vin grateful. Simply because years of abuse made him believe that the Shaman would be out to get them anyway. But Jewoo told him that Mary's fame as a young, promising judoka shielded him from harm, even though her own parents were neck deep in the cult.

Jewoo welcome Vin in the fold. They were impressed that Vin stood up to Taejin like that, and promised to protect Vin from the shaman. Offended, Vin lunged at him but he was thrown thrice by Jewoo, Taebong and Wooseok. All of them were good at ssireum, the Korean traditional wrestling sport, and it was Seongji the King who taught them. The reason why Vin defeated Jewoo the day before was because Jewoo held back: Seongji had warned them that ssireum was a dangerous sport.

The shaman's bodyguards found the kids. Their leader, a former member of the Yamazaki faction (Gun's) named Kojima Shigeaki, told Vin to get ready for the next sacrifice ritual.

Mary and the other Cheonliang Fam members tried to stop them but failed, since Kojima and his two lackeys were stronger than the kids. As they moved to execute Wooseok, somebody else came to the clearing.

It was Seongji. He came and crushed the ribcages of the two lackey bodyguards... with his six fingered-hands. Yes, he was the original sacrifice boy who ran away.

Kojima taunted whether Seongji wanted to start "another war". Seongji retorted that it was Kojima who started all of this, anyway. And he said that would show Kojima and the other two, why he was called The King of Cheonliang.

Notes:

I'm so glad that Mary's characterization and illustration are very humane. There's even a new sense of purpose and direction in the way she's written: what with her ambition as a young athlete and her conflict with her manipulated family members.

However, I wish PTJ didn't retcon her hair color because originally in the God Dog arc it was implied that Mary didn't color her hair before she came to Seoul, but after. This was why Vin was surprised to see her as a blonde after he removed his tinted glasses for the first time in the arcade, after his duel versus Ivan Park.

I wish we saw Taejin's upbringing from up close. From what I read and watched in cult docuseries and books, children of cult leaders either turned into power hungry figures, dysfunctional individuals, or people who disassociate from such cults or any belief system. But all of these results stemmed from a distorted upbringing. So I think it would be interesting to see how the events in Taejin's formative years led up to his bizarrely wrong choices.

LOOBII is a boy group consisting of five members, starting from a line-up composed of 7 members, the group used to be a new version of their ❝ sunbae ❞ group BULLE7, but the debut of the seven members failed due the leaking of the info made public by an anonymous source, who apparently was close to the staff members.

To be exact, news surrounding a new boy group under DASK RECORDS were going for months, so when a suspicious table note was revealed, reading the name ‘ CARA7 ‘ fans weren’t surprised, the stage names of the seven members who were going to be part of the group were also revealed. This raised contrast between the Korean and international netizens. Although fans acclaimed the new group and were happy for the new boys, other insulted the company for debuting a group ‘only’ five years later NYX’OR’s debut, who at that time was leading the generation and gaining a very strong fanbase. For this reason, DASK RECORDS decided to stop the preparations for their debut and postpone it, but the group would later disband.

The sudden disbandment of the group before even their official debut was — obviously — not well received by the members, three of them choose to leave the company and only four members were willing to continue to be part of the line-up. At this time the company opted for a 5-members boy group.

It took several months to chairman Kang Hanbin to find the final member of LOOBII, who also became the youngest of the group, the skills of the 17-year-old young boy who wasn’t even a year old trainee was inevitable to see, for this reason he gained immediately the spot in the final group line-up and finally, the group was now a perfect piece of beautiful and talented people.

Younghoon’s feet was against the wall, his face looking to the floor, Eric his usual Bonny self relying on you to be the magical resource to bringing Y/N back. You smiled at him hoping you could help bring her back. No one but Sangyeon knew your connection to Y/N, no one could, it would be too dangerous, but you held yourself back from shedding the tears that threatened you. You knew in your heart the spell connection you had wasn’t strong enough. But you patted Eric on the shoulders and gave a silent glance at Younghoon as you prepared to leave them and make your way to her without them. “Tell her to hurry up right,” Eric said as you was leaving them, his inner words of his plight screaming from the inside from his inner voice. You didn’t know how long he would keep coping from spell to spell that wasn’t successful. But his determination brought you small hope, hope you clung to yourself equally. You made you way to her hoping that after months of trying you could bring her home.

Your spell never worked, you knew you was missing something but you feared you was too close to her to be able to do the spell right. But the tears choking you, you had failed her, you swore when you realised who she was that you would protect her at every cost. Yet at every moment you failed her, you had made her so strong that her power was unable for you to rescue her. If she hadn’t heard Younghoon’s screams she would have been safely away, you should have predicted that. You was so focused on Younghoon’s ability to avoid letting any one break his thoughts you completely overlooked Eric’s. If you had ran fast enough you could have got to her before Eric had even died. If you hadn’t already got yourself almost killed, you would have got to her before that shield risen. These very thoughts being the list you repeated every day to yourself. You had failed at every opportunity, your responsibility to keep her safe was a failed promise.

You entered the building where Eric who was dressed in his good clothes smiling every bit the delight, ready for his love to return to him. He froze in the second before you could exchange any words, instead of the tears falling he smiled as he clasped your shoulders. “It’s ok brother, we just need to tweak it,” he said, before turning to walk back to his room. “When he breaks it’s going to be a Tsunami,” Jacob said standing by you tapping your shoulder for comfort. “Maybe you have more faith then he deserves, it’s simple he didn’t love her,” Younghoon bit out. “Younghoon,” Jacob gasped. “What even Sangyeon and Juyeon cried more tears then him,” Younghoon spluttered out, anger on his tongue like he had most of these days. “People deal with death in different ways Younghoon,” Jacob said. “You have a lot of confidence in his ability to love someone. He killed your sister and he killed my Girlfriend,” Younghoon said in Jacob’s face, he hissed as he attempted to keep his cool. “Girlfriend you didn’t even run to protect her when her life was in danger what did you do, oh yes you turned her,” Haknyeon bit out behind you. You placed your hand to your head as everyone argued around you. When ever you couldn’t bring her back the blame game returned, normally by Younghoon’s bitterness in his grief. You walked away from their squabbles as you heard the impact of Younghoon and Haknyeon’s fight getting physical and Sangyeon’s yells to keep order. You slung yourself on your bed closing your eyes feeling the every bit of a failure.

It was the last chance to try and bring her home as you walked out of the musty house of the witches cabin in the deep rural forest. Hyunjae waiting impatiently in the forest to greet you, his face looking hopeful. They had confirmed your words was strong enough it was therefore the blood you needed was the error.

The blood of an enemy, Sacrifice, Soulmate, Change and Family. Dade was dead she had no enemy, knowing which one Was Y/N soul mate was more complicated but the witches had confirmed it was the last time you could use their magic. This was the last chance to bring her back as the pressure was heavily on you.

“Maybe it’s Sangyeon,” Hyunjae scoffed when you sat in the musty room with him and Jacob. “Possibly but if we get it wrong that’s it,” you replied. “Younghoon’s definitely her soul mate,” Jacob said as he fiddled with the dusty Mantelpiece. “I don’t know, I think her and Eric’s connection was much stronger,” Hyunjae questioned. You knew enough from her thoughts that slipped through, that she was in love with both of them. Younghoon was her everything, her breath and oxygen, her soul, everything that was of a soul mate. Though she fiercely loved Eric he was the fiery new shiny toy in her life. Though you knew she would have chosen him eventually he wasn’t her soul. “What does change mean?” Hyunjae asked. “It has to be Younghoon, he turned her,” Jacob scoffed. “But he can’t be both her soulmate and change,” Hyunjae responded. Their thoughts started slowly piercing through and the pressure built on you. There was so many ways this could go wrong and only one last try.

You walked out leaving their words and thoughts behind the clear air hitting you. You bent over as you struggled for oxygen when you heard Sangyeon’s thoughts carry your way. “What did they say?” he asked as you stood straight trying to figure out how he knew. “Eric’s loud with excitement,” he added replying to your unspoken question. “It’s not good Sangyeon I don’t think I can bring her back,” you said slightly tearful. He bit his lip, “I wish I never gave those orders, I smelt that smell and knew I knew her connections, I was selfish for wanting another version of her here in our clan,” he said feeling sorrowful, one that you hadn’t witnessed in a long time. You knew losing Y/N would be painful to both of you. You had been surprised that he taken so long to work out who she was. “I’ll send Hyunjae, Jacob and Haknyeon to find one of Dade’s men, were find the enemy blood your looking for,” Sangyeon said softly. You looked at him shocked, “I heard you talking to Hyunjae and Jacob, you really need to learn to be quiet,” he chuckled.

Sangyeon kept to his word, you collected the blood needed and made your way. Your heart breaking at every step, this was the last chance to bring Y/N home to finally keep your promise to keep her safe.

You watched over her body, praying for colour to return leaning your head over her perfectly kept body, that the clan had used to preserve her. But it was no good, you knew you had failed her. She was gone forever. You sunk to the floor sobbing as you finally allowed yourself to grieve for her. You sat there with her body stroking her hair in what felt was hours. You knew that Your delayed return would have them realise your failure. You was suppose to be the clever one, the one that knew almost everything. You had seen so much in your 50 years as a vampire that they had hoped you could fix this, especially Eric who had refused to drop a single tear.

You re-emerged to the building, the walls all decorated for her return, your heart stung more as Jacob and Sangyeon found you first, they looked at you sympathetically. You walked towards Younghoon, Eric, Sunwoo and Haknyeon talking about Y/N’s crazy moments. “Well you see when Kevin’s finished helping her coming to terms with being alive again how strong her magic is,” Eric said proudly. Younghoon’s head snapped up seeing you standing there, he felt your emotions as you walked in and growled in Eric’s direction. Eric was so use to Younghoon’s moods that he simply ignored him. “Your so dumb that you haven’t even noticed Kevin standing behind you without her,” he shouted out throwing his cup to the floor as he stormed out the room. Eric froze as you sat in Younghoon’s empty chair as Jacob followed Younghoon to comfort him. “She needs time to recover right, it’s quite a traumatic experience coming back from the dead,” Eric laughed as he continued down his denial path. Tears began to escape as you looked at Sunwoo and then him. “Eric she’s not coming back,” Sunwoo said for you, noticing your words struggling. For the first time you felt your emotions and own vibe pouring unable to hold them in. Everyones voices of their thoughts firing through your mind, that your block was failing. “That’s fine we made mistakes before we can do it again,” Eric stood in defiance. “Eric we can’t, that’s the last borrowed magic,” you softly replied. “No, I’ll go to the coven myself, beg if I have to,” Eric stood up, your blood boiled slightly. “No Eric, we can’t, we’re vampires their witches they been quite supportive and forgiven of our ways,” you bit out. “And I will take the consequences of their anger if I have to,” he said refusing to except defeat. His Denial becoming too much as you snapped. “fine you want to see her,” you seethed as you dragged him ignoring Sangyeon’s plights as you took him to make him finally let her go, using magic in itself.

Though it hurt to hear his crying wails through the walls of the building it had meant that finally everyone was able to let Y/N go. What you never expected was him to run, Hyunjae begged you to help him go fetch him back but you knew he needed a new journey away from the life he had created here, like Juyeon you felt their vibes needed to be far away.

Four years had passed, Younghoon struggled from his blood lust, deaths piling up that even had Sangyeon worried. He had become completely out of control. You knew enough that Eric had resembled a new life with a new girl after recklessly creating small army’s of vampires. Hyunjae and Jacob had rushed to collect them and train them so that you didn’t have an army of crazy newborn vampires. Sangyeon was in his element creating small army’s but it was much harder when the only person able to control their minds was too busy living a new life with his Y/N replacement.

It was a stormy night and the building almost empty With just Sunwoo and Younghoon present. You sat in the rain letting it wash down the summer heat leaving your skin refreshed. Even as a vampire the summer heat was too hot to handle. You suddenly smelt a familiar smell, you rush to greet Eric holding a petit lifeless body in his arms, the rain drenching them. “Help Kevin, help me, I’ve killed her,” he said dropping to his knees, his heart breaking as he sobbed looking at you with hope in his heart that you could fix this.
