Yes of course! And don't worry, your English is really good! <3 apologies for taking so long! Also, this is Hort from the movie, which I haven't watched in awhile so it may be very inaccurate, I know he's a lot different in the book but I haven't read it yet.

Hort X Gn!Reader with a relationship like Morticia and Gomez Addams

If you're an ever, I imagine your darker taste in clothing got him interested in your straight away, especially if you're the beauty standard, if not, the fact you're an ever not as 'beautiful' as the rest with a dislike of what being an ever essentially is got him curious about you.

I imagine him approaching you, if you don't notice him / he doesn't notice you, then I imagine you and Agatha being friends, and so meeting Sophie which ends in meeting Hort.

Your first impression was shaking his hand, which he begrudgingly done given you're an ever, but he jumped when your hand fell off, no, it was thing! He jumped back onto your shoulder while you hid your mouth with your hand and laughed. Hort felt a grin spread across his face while Sophie gagged, he done that with her when they first met.

You complimented him, genuinely, with a menacing smile and flirting of how he's disgusting and filthy, but you like that. It made him blush and fall harder. All thoughts of Sophie are completely gone whenever your wide and unblinking eyes stare into him.

Hort and you 'insult' each other in public, yet still gently kiss eachother and even with your mouth not wide and bright, a gentle smile held a thousand emotions as you nuzzled into one another's chest in happiness.

You, obviously, only say things because you know he likes them, especially when you're dating and vice versa. Although, it would take him a LONG time to say something about your appearance that wasn't a conventional compliment. To him, you're hot no matter if you have warts, deformaties, etc, etc. Anything 'ugly' to regular society is not only useful but essentially the standard for what he's grown up on, you're familiar, and he loves you for it.

If you're a never, you met when everybody was being thrown into the ocean upon first arriving, he somehow saw you perfectly dry by the guards. It caught his eye, so did your appearance. Elegenatly dressed with a teasing smile thrown his way. You noticed him and he immediately swam out, complimenting you and probably coming off a bit too strong.

It's sweet though, he gets pretty dirty a lot and although you may be strange, it's clear you do appreciate a form of hygiene and will wipe his face if it gets too gross.

You gave him a sword on your first week of dating, which he greatly appreciated, especially how you took the time to carve his name and yours. Hort asked how you managed to get it, to which you cut the petals off the roses in your dorm and told him you wouldn't reveal your secrets.

It took him a while to fully realise, simply believing it to be a trick of the light, but your eyes were always illuminated. No matter what a strip of light accompanied you with everything else shrouded in darkness. He even put a hand over your eyes and it was still somehow light.

You were somehow extremely rich, gifting him mass amounts of things and assisting him in class with your devious charm and schemes to get him good grades. Refusing to allow a fail for him.

He's a very insecure guy, and so your constant array of compliments and physical affection had him remembering it late at night blushing and hiding his face in a pillow.

Note : I know this is late but this has been on my unfinished works since the movie came out. I fell in love with Hort, he is so cute and loyal to Sophie 🥹. I haven't read the books but I might soon when I need to escape reality again.

You will likely be a year younger than Tedros.

Because of the heir and the spare™.

I know it sounds bad but some rulers actually do those.

Tedros is extremely overprotective over you, especially when Queen Guinevere ran away with Lancelot and King Arthur died.

He's like the typical older brother you see in movies; handsome, buff, (kind off) a meathead, and annoys you to know end.

Will also be the first one to come to your defense.

When you got to the School of Good, you were determined to destroy the image of being Tedros' little sister.

Which results to you preferring to be a hero in your own story than being a queen in someone else's.

As expected, you quickly became friends with Agatha.

Not afraid to stand up to those who think girls are inferior to boys.

While the other Evers found the Nevers horrible for being future villains, you have a neutral perspective towards them.

After all, the School of Good has many stuck up and vain students.

Meeting Hort was definitely a memory to remember. It was when Professor Dovey took the first years to the Wish Fish (Let's pretend Agatha didn't free them).

When you put your hand on the water and begin to think of a wish, you didn't feel the water swirling like Agatha told you she experienced,

Instead, it was hand that intertwines its finger with yours.

And it harshly pulled you down the water.

The girls' screams and the professor calling out your name in panic caught the boys and Tedros' attention, running to the 'rescue'.

Under the water, you see someone smiling at you, or at least that's what you hopes he's doing.

A Never named Hort, son of Captain Hook.

Tedros immediately pulled you out of the water, with Hort in tow.

The angry professor commands the nearby guards to bring him back to the School of Evil and how Lady Lesso will surely punish him.

"It seems like I'm your wish, my lady."

He expects you to be disgusted like the other Evers. To his surprise, you give him the sweetest smile he has ever seen in his life.

"That you are, Hort of Bloodbrook."

To say Hort is surprised was an understatement.

You didn't only smile at him but also knew his name.

Cupid's arrow struck him at that moment. His villainous smirk drops, staring at you with wide eyes as much as he could before they were out of sight.

Tedros, who saw the whole thing, was not pleased and gave you a warning on how Nevers can't be trusted.

After your encounter, Hort seeks you out more.

You didn't mind, he is an odd yet funny companion.

He also doesn't care for one's physical appearance like the girls do or how you're nothing but a pretty face with a royal title like most guys think.

He encourages you to be yourself, like Agatha does.

You two would get judgmental looks from both sides.

Sophie was pissed, not only because Hort was losing interest in her but being the princess of Camelot is everything she wants to be.

So is Tedros. And everyone else who sees you together.

Agatha is just worried and would remind you to keep your guard up.

But you enjoy each other's company, that's what matters.

Hort was in love with you the moment you met but it took you a longer time to realize your feelings for him.

You only told Agatha about it but Tedros overheard.

Believe me when I say that Tedros will demand you to be examined.

"She's not under any spells, my prince."

"Are you certain?"

"Oh my God, I love Hort and there's nothing you can do about it!"

Everyone in the hall heard you.

Silence before a giddy howl ensues.

Hort runs to you and gives the biggest hug you could ever receive.

Despite being initially embarrassed, you returned it.

Before he could kiss you like he always dreamed of, Tedros stops him.

He pulls out Excalibur and points its tip on Hort's neck. Your brother will mercilessly give the poor boy threats if he broke your heart or hurt you in any way. Agatha joined in without words, just sending a warning glare on his way.

Hort would be lowkey terrified but so happy at the same time.

I mean you love him back. He could take a fucking army if you command him to.

Lady Lesso and Professor Dovey would only look at each other in disbelief, worried for what happens next.

All right now that I am somewhat calmed down from the movie. Even though it was amazing I have some problems.

*spoilers under cut*

No August Sader are you kidding me!!!

The forest was not blue

There was no circus of talents

Which meant no big reveal at the circus

No bane and no secret about what happens to the students

The trail by tales was all messed up

I loved how the ever ball ended up going but I wanted to see Sophie stop the arrow and break up the happy couple

There was no man wolf in the room room! We didnt get to see sophie murder anyone

There was no princess Uma! I loved her

There wasnt a barrier between the schools so no Agatha arguing with it

I loved the actress she was beautiful kinda too beautiful to play Agatha but still amazing

There was no candy room which I really wanted to see

Sophie never got "F"s painted on her so she didnt do any of the classes or outifts

We barely saw any of Anadil's rats

No different colored finger glow

No frog pajamas for Hort

There weren't any school crests like not at all

The symbol on Sophie's mother's grave was a butterfly not a swan which is small but becomes important later on in the books

Sophie's father was suppose to be blonde which again is small but plays a bigger part later on

Dot wasn't big which as a big person I was really looking forward too

Yuba wasnt really there

No Castor and Pollix whatsoever never even mentioned

The whole storyline kinda took away from the mystery surrounding the headmaster which I didnt like

Sophie was nicer during most of the movie. She didnt really use any one that much and wasnt as manipulative till then end.

The whole kidnapping readers thing was all out of whack they didnt even have the story book deliveries

Hello, recently I finished the school for good and evil books, and I fell in love with Hort, but he has literally no content x reader, so you can give hort simps some romantic content? Sorry if my english is confusing, it's not my first language .

first of all TASTE. Hort is so underrated. okay I'm not gonna lie. by the time you realize you're in love with Hort, he has already been very in love with you for a very long time. he's not really one to keep that quiet either. the vibes are a little similar to my loud simp eddie munson series bc they both have very public shameless crushes on you and full unwavering belief that you'll end up together. and with how devoted Hort is to you, he notices when you start to fall for him. the first sign was when your hands brushed in class, and when he stopped swooning he noticed the way you glanced back over at him. you weren't looking at him like that last week. that night he prays to whatever evil entities are out there that this is the first step to you liking him back. it turns out it is, and he watches you start to get more and more flustered by his attention, start really noticing him in a way you hadn't, appreciating his presance in a way others take for granted. he suddenly gets why evers make such a big deal about shouting their love from the rooftops, he could climb on top of mischief tower and scream to the entire endless woods about you until he's hoarse. the tension between you builds and builds as you start to realize you like Hort, like a lot, which makes him even more devoted to you, think about you even more than he has been (which is impressive since it was almost constant before). when your crush on him starts to get you distracted in classes you used to excel at, when the tension is too much for him to bear, he'll corner you in the halls late at night. the moonbeams cast a hazy glow through the fog outside the windows as he grabs your shoulders, firm and gentle and spills his guts to you again. it's not the first time he's declared his love to you, but it feels different this time. really different. it's making you flushed, making your heart pound, and it makes you think back to the way he's turned down every girl who's ever looked at him without a second thought, declaring his heart is already yours. he's nearing the end of his speech, about to beg you to give him a chance, when you pull him in, pressing your lips to his. he freezes, then he melts, pulling you closer to him and kissing you with everything he's got, everything he's felt for you since he's known you. he's not sure what it's like for evers, but he thinks this has to be the most true true love's kiss there's ever been, and he has never, ever been happier than he is with you in his arms.

Like ok, the Coven and Sophie are having problems as well, but seriously Agatha and Tedros are being traumatized every day more!

so. i watched the sge movie and obviously I was very curious to see how they wrote hort as a hort fan aaand. what did they do to him??? i knew about them changing his entire backstory before and I was pretty angry about it lol but this was even worse than I expected? like why would you do that.

so he’s captain hook’s son now? the captain hook who is a very famous villain in the endless woods? the one who would probably be very rich? so that means that hort is not from a poor underprivileged background now. he’s the son of one of the most influential nevers in their world? that goes directly against who hort and his family were in the books :/ once again hort is a very poor boy, he can’t even afford to bury his father. his dead father who has to wait Years before being buried. that’s like his whole goal in the first two books, to buy his dad a coffin!!

that’s such an important and emotional aspect of his character and this movie just doesn’t care about any of that. he doesn’t even talk that much about his father? like I get (i still don’t) if they tried to make a new arc for him?? but no. they just made him a shallow character with no depth. why even change his backstory if you aren’t gonna do anything about it. i understand they didn’t have enough time but they could still throw in some lines here and there that would tell us about his relationship with his dad and the struggles that he faces :/ but in the movie it doesn’t even look like he had any problems and doesn’t seem to care about his father that much? which is so wrong man :/

on a more positive note, I did love earl’s portrayal of hort in the movie. i think he really gets him well and manages to show his awkwardness and weirdness while also making him fun and sweet. unfortunately, though I was very disappointed by the script so even earl’s acting didn’t make up for all of it for me personally. because again hort acted in character but lacked all the things that made him so interesting to begin with
