I wish this wasn't normal to me

#or my sister. or my mom & grandma. #i get so scared when hes like this i know hed never hit anyone but hed scream at us for even the smallest 'offense' #and i get scared to even speak or move #connor.vtxt #im sorry i just. i dont know what to do. i dont. theres nothing i CAN do #& when its like this a majority of the time how am i supposed to 'celebrate' the times when its not? #anyway i just spilled some water and thought i was gnna be sick bc all i cld think was 'i have to get this cleaned up b4 he sees' #and it shld never be like that #hopefully ill have smth better to post abt after camping #i know this is my blog but it feels like a bit much sometimes
