So I saw in the tags of your a doll's house post that apparently the directors had to cut certain scenes due to "too much homoerotic tension." Where could I read more about it, because that genuinely piqued my interest.

I couldn't find a source for Losey being upset partially bc it doesn't seem like there's a lot of archived interviews with him from the time but you can definitely ask op of the other post if they have one! Losey was sort of a strange figure anyway he was cast out of British and french filmmaking circles and the Americans didn't like him much either, but a lot of his work does deal with... complicated sexual situations (examples being Secret Ceremony with Liz Taylor and Mia farrow and La Triute with Isabelle huppert). I believe Losey may have even been gay himself but I'm not positive on that...

Lastly I did find some more stuff about there being lots of issues on set between seyrig/fonda and the men via a thread of someone who went to an exhibit on delphine seyrig (sorry it's sort of hard to read)

That's about all I could find! Some of the people I know who like delphine seyrig and Jane Fonda have heard similar stories including Jane also getting into a similar situation over her '77 film Julia which I find hilarious... anyway I hope that helped!!
