Who’s Tarn in this AU, and what was he doing before the you-know-what happened?

(I'm not even sure if he exists in TFMR or not, but let's say he does for the sake of this question)

TFMR Tarn, also known as "a pompous [CENSORED]" by his colleague Overlord, is, well, a Tarn. Leader of something called Decepticon justice division, huge Megatron fanatic, ability to kill someone with his voice, 'Con insignia mask, all the basics are there. I wish I could say he's a vicious and formidable villain, but then the very fabric of TFMR universe is made of shitty jokes and bullscraps so...

Tarn may be a hulking scale-6 assault tank, but his spark bears a sophisticated mind with great passion towards art. From classical music to contemporary theatres, he knows how to appreciate and enjoy a masterpiece when he sees one. In fact, he likes to indulge in practicing a certain type of performance art himself: the art of murdertorturing.

Not being ironic here. This nutcase legitimately believes that pulling someone's brain module out through their optic socket is a "way to express his creativity". He claims himself to be a maestro, because do you have any idea how hard it is to keep the victim alive untill all the torture techniques are performed? There's no way he'd just stab stab bang bang and be done with it like other mediocre murderes out there! He's got so many screws loose that it's hard to find ones that are still in place, and he's perfectly aware of it himself; but whatever, all the great artists are quirky like that.

 ​As for his backstory, I could say "idk probably something similar to IDW Tarn" and stay at that (like I said, idk if he's even relevant to the story), but then I'd also like to imagine him as some poor dude who really wanted to become a musical actor or something. After long years of excruciating study-practice and dealing with every "TaNkS sHoUlD b In Da ArMy LOOOOOOOL" bullscrap people threw at him, he finally gets his own debut stage (which was some kind of talent show). His dream came true at very long last... but then his outlier ability suddenly decided to develop at that exact moment. Yeah, the "snuffing sparks with voice" thing. Many deaths happened, and then he got Institute'd and had his sanity screwed up.

He's one of the very few bots Megatron sincerely regrets taking under his wing, because even the Lord Clown himself doesn't know what to do with THIS brand of nutjob. He really should've thought twice before telling Tarn to "go and kick some traitors in the aft? Idk", because I'm pretty sure Tarn has killed more 'Cons than 'Bots at this point.

Also he's got hots for Pharma. Why? Idk he's crazy so why wouldn't he?
