*phew*, apologies for the wait on introducing these bois buuut, here’s the High Councilman and his son yall have been waiting for~ (special thanks to my gf, best bud Moon, and my other Discord mutuals for helping to inspire me on these bois 💙)

High Councilman Xandre Litayla (age 54) is King Grayle’s most trusted royal council member, having been entrusted in his wisdom to the royal family for over 20+ years. Since the time he was young, Xandre always had hopes of furthering the bonds between humans and Elves... the latter of whom were often nudged out into hiding away from the public eye due to common distrust over their higher magic levels (some not even requiring a mana stone to channel their auras, unlike human mages). This was a dream of Xandre’s that even inspired his baby sister Ceraeza to do something similar in her own researching interests... even while their fellow Elven peers thought of such pursuits as “fool-heartedly”. Humans for centuries never gave them much of a chance... how would a simple pair of Celestial mage siblings fix all that?

...Well, Xandre was at last given that chance when he became old enough to travel around on his own, gathering all he could about the human cultures of Terra and even forging a strong friendship with the then-traveling Auran Reylas... whom could also relate with Xandre’s desire to forge peace in the world of constant magical conflicts. Years would pass by, and soon the two’s persistence in their goals lead them to great positions in higher power (or in Auran’s case, a role as the headmaster of St. Ravilda’s Mage Academy)... Xandre in particular catching the attention of King Grayle, who was already facing enough scrutiny in being a cold, seemingly “heartless” royal in the public eye. He saw that Xandre’s patience and understanding could be a great asset to balancing out his ruling duties... allowing for the first time that Graystone had an Elf in position of royal council power.

Living in such luxuries did little to erase Xandre’s humble attitude in wanting to guide others above his own needs... but he did wish to make sure his only son, Dantae, would be allowed a comfortable and peaceful environment to grow up in (following a tense divorce between Xandre and Dantae’s mother), now that both of them were residing in the Graystone capital. The people there were still new to fully getting used to Elves living among them... but within time, even father and son ultimately became respected enough by the public eye thanks to their continued charitable work to others (and Dantae himself even gaining a bit more popularity by taking up modeling once he grew up).

...Still, for all the good things he had going for him at this point in time... there still remained a sense of wariness upon learning the rumors regarding certain “secrets” of the roral court. As much as he wishes to not give into his feelings of suspicion to others... he can’t help but wonder if there perhaps could’ve been some conspiring parties among the “posh” crowds he’s grown so accustomed to. Especially given the circumstances of Sir Luka’s ambush so many years ago, one can never be too sure in this growing magical age... and so, on the free times they can meet up, both him and his sister Ceraeza are prepared to team up to discover the hidden truths for themselves.

Dantae Litayla (age 20) is among the new faces of New Grayle’s modeling business, being among the first Elven models to have caught much of the public eye as of now. Praised and fawned after by both men and women alike, one would think this would give Dantae all the more ammo to develop a haughty ego. But alas... underneath his “bewitching” charm, lies an honestly kind and wise young man... assured in himself of his powers and looks, yet matured enough thanks to his father’s influence to help guide others to better themselves than they’re given credit for.

Naturally, these type of attributes made him fairly popular among his peers over at the St. Ethestia Mage Academy for Elves... becoming a sort of role model to even those who didn’t get as much support in return. One of these examples just so happened to be the young Dark mage known as Prym Fletcher... who was among the first human students who truly fell more for Dantae’s kind heart than just his looks (leading to an innocent lil puppy crush to form at the time). While it didn’t ultimately lead to anywhere too serious as both kids were from well far schools from one another... they still continued to at least try to keep contact long distance-wise to keep up a friendship.

Nowadays, with Dantae grown and out on his own... he decided to follow his father’s example in trying to give better rep for Elves by becoming a model. Working exclusively for the Shelrovet Jewelry and Fashion line, Dantae’s became quite close associates with both Kurtana and Embyr who had currently stationed there as well. Quite a few public headlines try to tease a potential “match make” for Dantae to date one of the girls... but truth be told, Dantae’s never been quite interested in that. One, he and Embyr are more like brother & sister to eachother. Two... well, even for working together even he hasn’t been all that fond of Kurtana. And three, though no one’s quite sure for certain... some have been whispering that he might either be hiding a potential girlfriend from the public eye, or perhaps is simply too content with being a carefree bachelor in such a wide bustling city. Either way, things are going pretty well for Mr. Dantae... and he has all his father to thank in instilling the proper values to make well for himself like he always hoped for.
