#Marvel #Marvel comics #Marvel 616 #Web of Spider-Man #Web of Spider-Man vol. 3 #Web of Spider-Man 2024 #latest release #Scarlet Spider #Kaine #Kaine Parker #this is one of my /favorite/ things about Kaine #I’m not sure how prevalent this is among other fans but I love how doing the «right thing» is rarely his first instinct #but he always gets there in the end #he maybe halfway through his omelette before he remembers he should help with the fire but he hustles over there as soon as he realizes #it’s just an interesting character facet for a super hero book #(and reminds me of super early Peter Parker who would as soon swing over a robbery as stop it #if he needed to deliver Aunt May’s medication) #but yeah love his begrudging sense of responsibility that dogs him #that he may call Ben a headache and try to dismiss the sewer workers but he also doesn’t want to hurt the thing trying to snap his spine #TOO bad and will inevitably try his best to help everyone he can #gosh I’ve missed him
