Quick heads up: here are the consequences once one of the main three FOUR dies in "O Capo! My Capo!"

Inquisitor Cyno: The Adepti mafia will target you. You'll lose the Church's support. Death flags will be more prominent. You'll have to be more careful about risks from then on.

Professor Tighnari: No cure for Eleazar. The reader's stress will elevate and your time will be cut by around -100 or lesser days (because I'm sadistic.) You'll seal the reader's fate by then.

Underboss Alhaitham: You'll lose the akasha terminal. Therefore the hints (including atfection & risks and rewards meters) will be permanently disabled after his death. It'll only return in a new playthrough.

"Architect/Engineer" Kaveh: Other than the fact you'll have a hard time finding someone to fix your manor and you'll lose some of the church's trust, there's a chance that [REDACTED]

This is by no means completely discouraging you from killing these four. Feel free to sacrifice them as you wish– especially if it will help you get the Love Interest you want. There can only be one. Have fun!!!

What happens if the secret love interests die? (Diluc/Venti/???/???/???)

Nothing. At least, nothing you need to worry about. Depending on your choices, you might not even meet them anyways. Besides, most of them are bound to die depending on who's route you're in. They're secret routes for a reason.

I don’t know if I ever told this story on here but apparently when my mom was back in college one of her final exams was scheduled for the evening of the mash finale and a bunch of students complained and threw a fit until finally the professor was like “show of hands: how many of you are planning on skipping my exam to go watch mash?” And like a good 80% raised their hands and the prof was like “…and what if that meant you failed the entire course?” And apparently only a few students put their hands down so the guy had to reschedule the exam. Moral of the story: there’s power in numbers and also mash was and forever will be more important than statistical analysis
