2. Gibt es bestimmte Länder, oder Städte, mit denen du am liebsten arbeitest? Ich bin eigentlich für alle Destinationen offen und immer neugierig auf neue Eindrücke. Gerade erst habe ich einige Wochen auf Mauritius verbracht und dort auch viel gearbeitet und gezeichnet. Ich bin immer noch völlig überwältigt von allen Eindrücken und jetzt dabei, meine Skizzen zu sortieren. Wenn es ein Land gibt, was ich herauspicken kann, dann Neuseeland. Die Zeit dort war für mich besonders bedeutend, da ich anderthalb Jahre in Auckland studiert und meinen Abschluss gemacht habe. In Neuseeland habe ich auch meine allererste illustrierte Landkarte gezeichnet, die nach meinen Reisen auf der Nord- und Südinsel entstanden ist und die auch die stilistische Grundlage für alle meine weiteren illustrierten Landkarten bildet. Ich schaue mir diese Karte immer noch gerne an und erinnere mich an diese tolle Zeit!
