My names Maureen but everyone calls me Mari or just Mar, I’m 22 female from all over. I’m one of four kids and we all grew up all over, we lived out of so many cars growing up and we lived in so many towns and random little houses, motels and apartments. My parents have always hated living in one place, the longest we ever stayed anywhere was a year in Phoenix. I have two older sisters and an older brother, we were on and off homeschooled, when we would stay in a town we’d go to school and when we left our mom would teach us, my mom has her teaching degree but she likes to paint instead, she’s an amazing artist.

I grew up collecting rocks and bugs, i love animals. I had so many cats growing up it’s insane, we always slept with the windows open so we always woke up with bugs, birds and random little animals in the house. My mom thought she was Snow White or something. My parents didn’t believe in war, doctors or anything like that. Whenever we got sick or hurt my mom would tell us to “walk it off” we also grew up very free, no shoes, no bed time, we could play when and where we wanted and she also believed in a self calming childhood, when one of us cried she wouldn’t soothe us and i know it sounds bad but it did makes us tough.

I currently live in Arizona again and I’m a house keeper, my parents still show up randomly to my house, all four of us kids have moved on to our own lives, my oldest sister is married with her own kids, my other sister engaged and my brother a single dad. My parents are still going on the ways, my mom an artist in whatever town and my dad going along with her. I live in a very sunny place with my dog, I’m always wearing overalls and keeping my hair chopped up above my shoulders, you’ll always find me in my beat up grey converse that I wear everywhere, I got some artistic skills from my mom having my walls always painted, stickers everywhere and flower painted jeans. I listen to indie folk and drive with the windows down radio blaring, im deeply in love with music and i adore people.

hello besties. i am here because i love the sweet, sweet validation of a ship in the evening. i also love to overshare so i'm really going to be spilling the beans here for overall accuracy™. congratulations on hitting 300. you guys deserve it so much, and i am so proud of you!

so, i am a virgo sun, gemini rising, aquarius moon - and i feel the need to include the other three from the big six because i am very much not virgo energy, i think, so i've got a leo venus, leo mercury, and scorpio mars. i'm super into astrology and the symbolism behind it all, i've always loved the stars and the myths for the constellations. the planetarium was my absolute favorite field trip when i was younger because it was just so mystifying and interesting to me. there is so much we don't know, and i need to know more. i've posted selfies before but for the sake of not searching: i have kind of strawberry blonde hair, hazel eyes, i'm 5'5 and plus size! :)

i have the weirdest taste in movies, and i'm not embarrassed about it. my go - to comfort movie has always been the first live action scooby doo, i actually have majority of the script memorized from one summer where it was the only thing i watched. i also love lilo and stitch, which was my go - to movie when i was a lil kiddo, and i think i modeled a lot of my personality on lilo. it also definitely helped me cope with having a family that was definitely messy and not perfect, but no matter what in lilo and stitch, they were happy. and i looked up to that so much. favorite christmas movie is definitely the santa clause, favorite halloween movie is hands down halloweentown high.

i would say i'm relatively middle ground in terms of introvert v. extrovert. i like to say i'm incredibly extroverted, and i can be! i typically am. but in situations where i'm uneasy or i don't necessarily know that layout, i am incredibly shy and quiet. but i've been told me being quiet is uncharacteristic of me, so i'd say that i lean more towards extrovert.

i can touch my tongue to my nose :) i can also play the clarinet. a quirky thing i can do is write pretty well, or so i've been told. i am also a master at karaoke. please believe me.

listen, i was definitely a harry potter kid growing up, so if we're talking one that i would reread a million times over, i would probably place it more on harry potter. there is just so much universe beyond the main plot that leaves you wondering what you can experience next. however: i am a huge fan of the book eleanor and park. as a plus sized individual, i struggled a lot with acceptance in my appearance, and the quote, "eleanor was right, she never looked nice. she looked like art, and art isn't supposed to look nice; it was supposed to make you feel something," really resonated with me in high school and was a grand comfort. i also like lord of the flies :)

i am an early 2000's pop junkie, so generally anything by natasha bedingfield - but especially her song with sean kingston. love like this puts me in absolute TEARS - it is so embarrassing, but i love that song. also what a feeling by one direction, especially now. it reminds me of my best friend, and the vibes in it are just so good. typically, in terms of music, i listen to more indie pop, for sure. my friends have described my music taste to be 'lesbian cottagecore' at times, as well, which i've been fleeting from lately due to just basking in nostalgia for a while, but i always go back to my cottagecore roots.

i am a salty person, for candy i actually prefer sour candy, so i'm rarely a big sweet person at any point. but i would rather have something savory than something sweet at any given moment. but i will say i was not one of the kids that ate salt packets at the lunch table, i was respectable.

i have been collecting earrings lately, so i hope this counts. right now i have this big late eighties, early nineties style earrings and they're purple with neon pink and green flowers painted on them and i got them at a thrift store lately, and i've been pairing them with everything i can - they are just so adorable.

my pet is my sweet baby angel patches. when things got rocky at my house, my sister brought home patches, and she and i instantly clicked. she knows when i'm sad or upset and she comes to me and cuddles - she knows how to open doors and cabinets. she refuses to eat dry food and will only eat wet food - but only chicken and turkey because she gets sick from beef and fish. she is a super picky and personality filled cat, but she is my best friend and i love her.

i've got three ideal dates and i will describe all of them.

001: going to the planetarium but it is just me and my date. we sit in the walkway instead of the chairs and lay back ( because the planetarium in my town has those really long ass steps ) and stargaze at the fake stars and then watch the space documentaries until the planetarium closes.

002: arcade date where we spend way too much money on the games and earning tickets so we can spend all of them on each other, and we would get matching mood rings or necklaces and then end the date in the photobooth taking ridiculously cheesy photos.

003: so, in wisconsin we have the betty brinn children's museum and it is just a big ol' interactive museum and when i went they had a bunch of little activities and places to take photos and stuff and i genuinely think it would be so fun to go there and relive a childhood memory and like experience that with someone i actually like. also the photos would be so cute.

other fun and quirky facts about me: i know every song from high school musical by heart and i will sing it if someone mentions it to me, i love thunderstorms and rainy weather and i will sit and watch the rain for hours, i still play toontown :(, i really want to join the circus one day and i probably won't but it sounds really cool, i am extremely sentimental and keep physical memories from good days: like a movie ticket stub, or confetti from a concert, i have dozens of photobooth pictures store away in a box. i love just having a physical reminder that i had a good day with someone.

The two of you were finally broken out of your trance when someone knocked on the photo booth, asking if you were almost finished in there

Ello, I would really love a ship if that’s okay! I’m a Virgo sun, Leo moon and cancer rising. I’m about 5’8 with long brown hair that goes all the way down my back with hazel eyes that sometimes look more like honey brown in the right light. I can be extremely introverted until I’m comfortable with the group I’m in and then my true colors show and I always try to cheer people up. I’m very much the mom friend of the group as well as the most chaotic depending on what day it is.

My passions lie with wildlife and animals. I have a degree in zoology and ecology and currently work in the animal care field. I adore wild spaces and it’s engrained in me to save our wild spaces and truly make a difference for the world. Besides being passionate about animals I’m passionate about singing. I did choir and theater all through high school, can play guitar but I also just sing to everything.

In my past time I love to watch movies. My favorite genres are: Sci-fi, thrillers, mysteries. When I love I love hard, platonically and romantically. I give my everything to make sure the people in my circle are happy and supported. Sometimes I give my everything too much and never really know how to ask for it in return, but even in my darkest mental moments I make sure my friends have me for support. I’ve been alone so many times in my life that I don’t want anyone to ever feel that way. So even if it drains me completely I will be there for you. I will love you and I will care for you.

So my name is Brooklyn, I’m 20 (I’ll be 21 in June), I’m 5’5, a natural brunette but my hair is dyed right now, and I have hazel eyes. I’m a Gemini if that means anything to you. hi there! i was wondering if i could get a ship, please? :-)

My name is Lo. I’m 22, female, bi. I’m 5’5”, have medium length dark brown/black hair and blue eyes. I dress very granola casual most of the time but I enjoy grunge and 70s fashion when I’m motivated to get dressed. I have a fairly large tattoo on my arm of a statue head with a heart in replacement of its brain lol. It’s a reminder to myself to lead with my heart and stop thinking logically about literally everything because I feel like that holds me back sometimes. I also have a small honeybee on my wrist. :D

My signs are Virgo Sun, Virgo rising, and Capricorn moon. I very much am a Virgo, super stubborn, driven, and a perfectionist. I’m definitely an introvert, but I have a wild side and if I’m around the right people (typically extroverted people) that will come out. I’m very sarcastic and my love language is teasing people which probably isn’t great but that stems from my inability to truly open up to people. I have pretty bad trust issues so I’m not a fan of physical touch even though I crave it, and I suck at talking about my feelings. I’m a great therapist though hahaha. That being said, I find it important that any partner I have be patient and respect my boundaries, but I also need someone who will push me outside of my comfort zone.

I was raised by my mama who taught me to be strong and independent. Since my dad wasn’t present my uncle kind of took me under his wing when I was a kid and I think I owe a lot of my personality and interests to him. He introduced me to film, good music, and took me hiking all the time. I think all of that combined lead me to choose art as a career. I studied in Boston and since I graduated I’ve been a scientific illustrator and I love it! Nothing better than painting animals and plants everyday :)

When I’m not making art you can catch me outside probably, either hiking, camping, or just walking through the woods. I also read a lot, mainly mystery/thriller stories but I also love a good philosophical fiction book. (Highly recommend Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, it changed my entire perspective on religion and our connection to the environment). I watch a lot of movies too, and my favorites are The Lord of the Rings, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, and Mamma Mia, proudly. I’ve recently gotten back into meditation after taking a break from it for a while and I have a teacher now to make sure I stay on track with it (yeehaw).

Since music is why I’m here on your page I feel like I should mention what I’m into, besides Greta Van Fleet. The artists I listen to on repeat are Pvris, Lord Huron, Gregory Alan Isakov, The Strokes, John Denver (grew up listening to this legend, Annie’s song is my favorite of all time), George Harrison, Adele, Taylor Swift, and Fleet Foxes. There are so many more honestly but my head is blank right now 🥴

This might be a weird thing to say but I don’t really see myself getting married or having children. It’s never been something I wanted for myself and I think I’m too much of a nomad to ever settle down like that. (I’ve moved 3 times in the last 2 years just because I can’t stay in one place for too long.) I also travel A LOT and I don’t think that’s something I’ll ever give up. :)

First of all, Jake would be mesmerized by your tattoos, so jot that down. Second of all, I think Jake is the right type of chill-meets-chaotic that you need in your life. I also feel like he wouldn't be overly touchy but would know exactly how to touch you to make you feel loved. Like, the boy is so gentle. He would be so gentle with you, no doubt. The wind was biting and the you had to huddle together for warmth but truthfully, you didn't mind

It was a good excuse to be close to him, to smell the woodsy cologne he always wore, to feel the exposed skin of his hands and his cheek against yours

You sat on the frozen ground in a clearing not too far from the cabin which overlooked a glassy lake

Jake laid down and extended his arm out to you, signaling for you to lie next to him

He pulled you in tightly to his chest and the two of you gazed up at the stars

The sky was clear and you had a perfect view of the milky way and the various constellations above you

It was a breathtaking night despite the cold

Eventually the sound of Jake whispering your name drew your attention from the sky and to his face which was now turned toward you

You stared into his eyes for a moment, appreciating the way the moon reflected off his features and gave him a certain glow

He brought his hand up to cup your jaw, his thumb lazily grazing over your bottom lip before he finally broke the tension and leaned in to kiss you

You could have stayed that way forever

I’m a Taurus Sun, Aries moon and Libra rising if that says anything about me lol. I’m a very reserved person until I feel comfortable enough around people then I can be very chaotic and loud. I’m also a very loving person, I wanna help everyone and make sure everyone is happy before I even think about myself. To describe myself; I have long brown hair, blue eyes but they change color sometimes, my nose is pierced and a ton of ear piercings. I have 4 tattoos. I’m 5’5. Idk how to really describe my appearance lol. I love any form of literature, poetry is my favorite though. I’m a big painter/drawer and it really helps me with calming down from over stimulation (I have adhd). Music is a big one for me too. I’m a music lover and critic I feel lol. Vinyl shopping and thrifting are some of the best things to do in my opinion, finding new records to listen to and end up loving them is the greatest feeling. While being outdoors is a big thing for me too, I like see the leaves fall in autumn and the flowers in spring but I cannot stand snow. Road-trips are the BEST. Being able to travel and see new places is phenomenal. I have no pets of my own sadly, but I would love to have a Great Dane one day. My music taste varies, but I tend to stick with bands like The Wombats, The Sherlock’s, GVF (obviously), Led Zeppelin, Tool, and much more in the rock/hard rock/ alternative genres. You're in the middle of a new art piece when your phone vibrates on the table next to you

he had been home for a few months working on a new album but the time was ticking and he had to go back on the road
