As Humss student, how can you uphold physical fitness in influencing the future.

I am a HUMSS student in Iligan Capitol College, Basic Education. You can encourage physical fitness by planning activities and supporting physical activities. Use your knowledge to emphasize the importance of holistic health in shaping a healthier future. Also, as a HUMSS student I will explore more knowledges about physical fitness and share it to our younger fellow students so they can know more about physical fitness and it’s importance. It can also be advantage for us in the future and make a good and healthy lifestyle.

Why Physical Fitness is important?

• Save money - you can reduce your risk for certain disease such as heart disease and diabetes through reducing risky behaviors and living a healthy lifestyle.

• Increase your life expectancy - studies have shown that regular physical activity increases life expectancy and reduces the risk of premature mortality. There’s not a magic formula that translates hours of physical activity into hours of life gained, but research suggests that people who are more active tend to be healthier and tend to live longer.

• Improve your quality of life - exercise has been shown to improve mood and mental health, and provides numerous health benefits. Of course physical fitness also allows you to do things that you may not otherwise be able to do.

To put it simply, physical activity and exercise is important for everyone. Children, adolescents, and adults of all ages need regular physical activity. Physical activity promotes good health, and you should stay active throughout all stages of your life regardless of your body type or BMI.

Understanding the benefits of physical fitness and knowing how active you should be can help you maintain good health and improve your overall quality of life. Here are a few benefits of regular physical activity that demonstrate the importance of physical fitness.

ESSAY NUMBER 4.

Everyone in the world makes a new friend, I had one and he made an impact on my life. I called him " Bop" because i like bibimbap. He taught me many new things and a new place, where I can go if I feel sad. He's there if I have a problem, but when he's the problem, he's big enough to handle it himself. But why is that, my world stops when I'm with him, even if we're not doing anything, it's like our world is still fun, maybe he's the best character I've ever met.

His humor is funny and he also has common sense, he is fun to be with because he looks like a clown. He is family oriented and a sporty person, sometimes he is annoying because instead of helping me, he will make fun of me first so we end up fighting. We are both grade 12 students and academic achievers so I can't deny that I have a crush on him, he is good at playing billiards so sometimes I teach him. Once I told him my favorite food so that's why, every time he visits me he brings my favorite food, he is also close to my brother because they are both crazy.

His brown eyes, raised eyelashes, a pointed nose and just the right height. Her clothes smelled good and her nails were also clean. One time he cooked adobo chicken and made me taste it, the taste of laurel leaves, the saltiness of the soy sauce is just right, and the chicken is soft and juicy, he just needs to add pineapple chunks to make it the best Adobong Manok, I've ever tasted. I don't know if he is happy to be with him but is that it? My negative thoughts disappear when he is with me.

He was the best thing, sometimes I used to say hurtful words to him but he wouldn't let me. Sometimes when I have difficulty with a lesson, he will do his best to explain it was clear to me, even if he himself was confused. I know that we are still young and there are many people we will meet and be with, so now I am grateful to him because he helped me how to be happy alone, how to handle the self when you yourself are the ally of yourself.

The Haunted Chainmail is a movie project created by a group of wonderful Humanista students. A group of friends, Wendy, Annikah, Madonna, Russel, and Mark are having fun mocking and trolling people they know online when suddenly they all receive a message (Chainmail) from Zoe. Even though Madonna was bothered by it, they all ignored it at the chainmail and continued their discussion as they deemed Zoe weird. Unbeknown to them, the chainmail is haunted by a girl who seeks justice for the tragedy she experienced.

This film put a great importance in Media and Information Literacy. The Haunted Chainmail is a movie inspired to spread awareness on the dangers of the internet, cyber bullying, and other dangerous situation a person might encounter using the internet because this thing can happen in real life and everyone can be a victim

Hello everyone I am Joyce Baturi Florido, born on the 21st of july 2001 in Dagatan amadeo Cavite. My mother's name is Janice florido she is from Cagayan Valley and My father’s name is Jonathan Ramos he is from Amadeo Cavite. I had a happy normal childhood as an oldest daughter and I have two younger brothers named Joshua and Andrew. My mom and dad got devorced when I was nine years old. My mom is an ofw and my dad has his own life. Growing up with a split parents was not that easy. We lived with my Grandmother after that family matters at General Balao Solana Cagayan.

I started to study at Dagatan Amadeo Cavite for 4 years and then I continue my 3 years of elementary at General Balao Solana Cagayan. I graduated my Grade 10 at Sampaguita National Highschool . And decided to transfer here at Cagayan National Highschool as a senior high. I am now 18 years old Grade12 student of Humanities and social sciences (HUMSS).

I love to take pictures nor selfies especially when I have nothing to do, I take more selfies for me to share in my facebook story, I can play musical intruments like guitar through the help of my Classmates. I love Music even though I don’t have a golden voice, I also love to travel and explore.

Life without God is nothing. And also to a family without fears, love and peace and mostly to my mom for her unconditional love and support.

Julie Beam Gayan 12-HUMSS               OJT Experience

         My experience in the OJT or on-the-job-training in barangay hall bula in my first day of my OJT, I felt so nervous as I enter in barangay hall bula, my classmate was very excited as we entered the barangay hall bula office we are very lucky because they have an aircon and they have a seminar for the chairman and with “tanod” also with the MSU Graduating college. The stuff of barangay bula hall office invited us to listen to their lessons about the business plan. We were taught how to create a business so that we have an idea on how to evaluate the topic about the program/project monitoring evaluation. We learned a lot of things every day. The luckiest part is that we have free snacks and free lunch and juice.

The second, third, and fourth day of our experience, they taught us on how to create the evaluation for barangay hall bula for every barangay. Sir Dods gave us a task on how to evaluate their goals, outcome, and output. Imagine it there’s a lot of barangay in municipality so we have no choice to accept the task and there’s are 30+ of barangay going to evaluate but we are excited to evaluate their business. This project is not easy to handle this; this project is so very hard. We need to slow the project before us going to report this project to sir dods. On the fifth day, six-day seven days our best experience to create the project proposal in the barangay hall bula this is very challenging for us. And also we have new friends from Ramon Magsaysay College grade12-Humss and grade12-Stem. After that we have a new task is to evaluate each purok. Purok 1, purok2, purok3, purok4, and purok5 to talk the other people the new environment to ask them if they have a barangay clearance permit. We very enjoy what we are doing go to other store and to entertain them this is the best OJT experience ever.

The staff of barangay bula there is the very kind person we are very lucky we have a boss, ma’am, and sir and also new friends from Ramon Magsaysay College grade12-Humss and grade12-Stem students this all person are very kind. We have a lot experience in barangay hall bula because of they help us. We are very thankful for them to teach us to guide us and also the love. We are so lucky with them we enjoy what we are doing, I have learned a lot of things first is always Good Morning and I enjoy what task gave to you and accept it and be kind, don’t stress yourself just enjoy and always happy. I learned to sacrifice a lot of things I hardly have time for anything else. I learned its best to do and show your best and hardworking I realize that I think studying is harder than working. I learn through experience how to interact and communicate with people. The important thing we always welcome in the barangay hall bula they treat each other as a family. To be patient. But the important thing is to me I have a lot of experience, I so enjoy.

Hey Goodday everyone! This was my second time that I am making a blog post. Iam a student from Kapayapaan Integrated School and Iam a senior high school student ( grade12 ) from the class of HUMSS 12A. I lived in Bo. Locomotive Canlubang Calamba City Laguna Oh, I forgot to introduce my name Iam Ramon Nuñez Jr and I love playing Android Games, playing guitar and Ive also love to go for a road trip. Many of the games that ive play was quite cheap when it comes to offline game category. But me and my brother discovered one of the famous and one of the most playing games on 2017. My brother said to me that this game was recommended to him by some of his co- worker. This named was called Mobile Legends I know that theres a lot of players that are good and better to me on playing this game but im here to give some recommendations and tactics that ive learn on playing this game on the past 6 months.
