I think I'm going to start doing the same thing here that I'm doing on my other blog, and start focusing more on being more comic book-inclined or at least a lot more mixed rather than focusing on the mcu.
It's not that I like the mcu, but I feel like it limits me and Logan a lot, and forces me to be stuck with some stuff that I don't really like. There are a lot more things to explore using the comic book world, a lot more characters to use and things like that so… yeah. It’s a change I’d like to make. Some differences I’d be implementing in my replies/threads right away would be:
Tony's alive.
The avengers are still a thing ( it could be the mcu team with the original six and some others or the current one from the comics that i really like )
The x-men/fantastic four/all the other heroes exist, and Logan knows ( at least by reputation ) all of them.
Logan grew up alongside the Avengers and is friends with other young heroes/other children of the Avengers ( say Frank & Valeria Richards, Katie Barton, Gerry Drew, Mayday Parker & some ocs too bc why not. Also Riri, Harley, Kate, Cassie, Billy & Tommy & more ! )
SHIELD still exists too
And some other things that i’ll be implementing with time ( bc I can't remember everything right now ).
I’ll still be exploring the mcu timeline and some points that i find interesting too but it’s just not gonna be set in stone you know ? If we write together and you prefer to strictly follow the mcu timeline that's okay, you can let me know and we're doing this. But if not, you'll notice that i'll leave things a bit more open to new possibilities

👽// hey wouldn't it be hilarious if i was haunted by hypotheticals for this blog and thusly doomed by my own narrative after saying i wasn't gonna do something. haha. yeah.
anyway. totally unrelated, but passing thoughts i've had on taking up teldryn as a test muse and chewing up this side character from a 2011 video game that keeps getting re-released for some god forsaken reason (capitalism that's the reason) and spitting him out into a genre that's not his own [INHALES] below cut:
Teldryn Sero
A survivalist & opportunist in nature, Teldryn Sero lives for three things: Treasure, Adventure, and Freedom. He’s headstrong, unafraid to voice his opinion, and dripping with scathing sarcasm.
He STRICTLY operates on his OWN code of morals (snitches get stitches, after all). While he loves treasure & riches, he ultimately values his life (and dignity) first and foremost: "No amount of money would ever be WORTH that kind of death." Thusly, he has no problem telling his temporary boss "go fuck yourself" "No" if a request crosses an (admittedly thin) boundary.
+200 yrs old
Spellsword | Mercenary | Treasure Hunter
RARELY takes off his mask. WILL tell you he looks hideous underneath or has a contagious rash because it's funny.
Specializes in destruction magic (flames) & one-handed weaponry (favors swords)
IS a fish-out-of-water whose impressed by the mundane marvels of the modern world (plumbing excites him), but thankfully he's a clever Dunmer— so he'll catch on quick.
Kidnapped from Nirn and enslaved in an intergalactic gladiator pit; Teldryn Sero is forever lost, faraway past the stars from his home— but one thing hasn't changed: opportunity is everywhere.
Eventually having fled the gladiator pit by overthrowing his captors via a good ol' fashioned prison-break (along with a brush of luck)— Teldryn now hitchhikes travels through the cosmos doing what he does best: selling himself as a spellsword.
Will he ever find his way back home? — or will he forgo the return to Nirn in favor of the allure of adventure & treasure beyond his wildest dreams? <- probably the latter.

by the way, a little psa:
i’m pretty scarce/spordiac reply wise (ic and ooc), that's how it's always been and will be. as such, i've been considering not setting mains or affiliations anymore (or, in the foreseeable future, at least) because it has been putting so much pressure on what to reply and when to reply. it's... discouraging me from being on my blogs. the way my brain works boils down to writing for the threads i happen to have inspo for; if they're plotted or if i'm close friends with the mun has no influence. i realized the best compromise (and fairest option for my partners and me) is just... to not set the mains title at all in the first place... this is a heads up that if anyone wants to break mains at any point they can go ahead, no hard feelings! just keep in mind i don't plan to set them again due to the reasons i mentioned. i'll be keeping the page and mains i have rn, but yeah.
