In yet another episode of “Franz Liszt made me cry and vow never to touch a piano again”, we have yet another one of his adaptations. This time, he took the opera, Les Huguenots, by Giacomo Meyerbeer, and took it to operatic heights on the piano. I don’t have the skill to analyse this work by Liszt, because I was too busy staring at the score, open-mouthed. Enjoy.
