ik I've joked about it before but I really do love how the slimecicle character formula is just like. make a silly goofy wet guy. give him unimaginable amounts of childhood trauma and bad coping mechanisms. make his life just a little bit better and then tear it away from him. gay rp to ease the pain. and you know what? I eat that shit up every time we love charlie slimecicle in this household
hi yeah sorry guys this tweet completley destoryed me. yeah sorry. the exile lyrics were too much. sorry yeah my mind is gonna be out of commission until this clears my system. please come back in four to eight business days. yeah sorry for any inconvenience.
hi so um someone said something that made me Think (it was tags on a piece of art referencing the fact that gl!ranboo killed gl!charlie twice already, and that the bulletproof vest protected charlies stomach) and so i went back and i rewatched the scene with charlie and ranboo in the surplus/storage store and. um.
charlie had stopped talking after dropping the axe, but then he watches ranboo pick up, inspect, and pocket an incredibly sharp-looking knife that appears to be shaped for both stabbing and cutting (it looks like a hunting knife? i think?) and as soon as ranboo moves to pocket the knife charlie starts talking and moving away from ranboo.
His voice immediately sounds incredibly nervous - more so than the base line fear from being chased by the Wire Beast - and he picks up the bulletproof vest that protects his chest and stomach (the place where ranboo vivisected him in the previous episode) and goes "okay okay hey um, so yeah im just gonna- if you dont mind im just gonna put this on-"
Ranboo with a knife makes him Very Nervous, but this scene comes even before they find the sets for the warehouse and the cabin. So even if Charlie still doesn't remember much of anything yet, the lingering fear is still there.
