allow yourself to rest. it’s not always the best. resting or sleeping/ taking naps etc makes me sad. but nobody can think clearly if you’re not fully rested or attempting to get decent hours of sleep. *also it’s easy to feel crazy when you’re not allowing yourself to get decent hours of sleep every night. you’re worthy of sleep. I love everyone. I just got genuine love for everyone bro. Take your vitamins. Drink your water. Don’t neglect your mental health. Respect women and everyone who identifies as a woman!!!!
