omg i watched the best movie the other day it was this like crime comedy sorta thing set in la about these two (kinda homoerotic?) private detectives trying to solve the murder of some girl directed by i think shane black... what was it called??
okay this started as a joke with my friend where we were saying Doc Holliday would main as Daisy in Mario Kart cause he's always saying "you're a daisy if you do" in Tombstone and it somehow evolved into me making a series of
"What Mario Kart characters Val Kilmer characters would main as"
and I had to commit to the bit so here, have these.
This is crossing into blatant homophobia. It's fine that you find Val Kilmer attractive. It's fine that you find a fictional gay man attractive, truly it is!
But talking about making a gay man straight is toxic and homophobic. While Perry is a fictional character, the people who might see this online aren't. You are blocking yourself off from a community by saying stuff like this. Most people don't take kindly to this sort of homophobia.
It's gross and homophobic and it isn't the sort of stuff Val himself would like to see.
It is 3am and I just finished watching "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" and I'm thinking that this is the BEST MIX OF LIKE GAYNESS AND ACTION AND DETECTIVES WITHOUT BEING LIKE SHERLOCK OR BEING IN ANY WAY OFFENSIVE TOWARDS THE GAY COMMUNITY like Val Kilmer plays Gay Perry SO WELL and he is so believable and he doesn't even try to "act gay" but you still kind of know he's gay and it is now on my constantly growing list of best movies of all time.
