I took some time off and decided on June 13th to start focusing on running even though I knew it would have to be all on the treadmill. (100+ degrees outside 🙈) About a week in, I found a new app called Beat Burn ~indoor/outdoor treadmill trainer. It was exactly what I needed to get me though treadmill runs! Intervals, hills, speed work! It is awesome and there is never a dull moment.
