the colours bestowed upon me are pink, orange and blue!

this will be........................ a non-exhaustive list, ‘cause most of my stuff is handwritten and therefore difficult to search ahaha

also I feel a liiiiiittle weird sharing bits and bobs from the frankendraft / frankenoutline ‘cause like...... it’s a project that exists purely as a way to Get The Important Details Down and it’s as bare-boned and rushed as possible like the entire point of it is “I will make this nice later” so some of it is uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

anyway I got nothin for pink unfortunately! 

but for orange -

The phone begins to crackle and spark, and Casey pushes it across the table and away from them, appearing simultaneously alarmed and delighted. It continues to crackle and spark for a few moments longer, then ruptures with a pop. There is a thin trail of smoke winding towards the ceiling and the smell of burning plastic. There is a faint ringing in the air. There is a single orange goldfish flopping around on the table.

and

The water draws out strange colours from the city - new golds and greens and browns and oranges, all too bright, all too much, all spinning into each other and colliding. A symphony which in turn coaxes others into the daylight. Secret, hidden colours, pulled with gentle fingers from the cracks and creases in which they hide, illuminating a language that has lain buried for years. All of them are singing and all of them are laughing.

I never learnt the difference between laid and lain and lie and whatever the hell else and at this point I’m too afraid to ask

and for blue -

If you can manage to get past the explosive difference in their personalities and if you squint at just the right angle, you can almost see how the two might be related to one another. They both share the same broad shoulders and same round face. They share the same thick brown curls and blue-grey eyes, though Jacob’s hair is slicked back with product where Tris’s hangs loosely and haphazardly, and Jacob’s eyes are framed by bulky, rectangular glasses and have rather a lot less going on in the dark circles department.

not very exciting lmao descriptions in the frankenoutline are very. minimal. and also just not very well-worded hahaha

#hm #tris and jacob are not actually that dissimilar in personality lmao that whole segment is #not worded how i'd like but it's a first draft it doesn't matter lads i was just kinda rambling at the time #it's more that........ they tend to present very very very different vibes to people i think #like #jacob is A Lot he's very loud and smiley and cheerful and he has a very loud voice and kind draws a lot of attention to himself #whereas tris is a little more reserved in general and tends to come across as Super Fucking Anxious 24/7 #n also doesn't have much going on in terms of facial expressions #anyway #fuckin uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh goodnight
