We went to the cafe. The cafe was updated from old church. It was very beautiful space, and we enjoyed cafe time very much. Anyway we ordered as follows.

We arrived there late afternoon, and most of cakes and breads were already sold out. I loved croissant sold at Tokyo branch of this bourangellies. Therefore; I wanted to have croissant at head shop. But I could not do it. Even if I could not do it, We are satisfied with there because we had a very laid back to.e in this church very much.

東京フロインドリーブのライ麦パン // Rye Bread from Tokyo Freundlieb I’m so happy that I stumbled across this place. The rye had a great texture and crust, and was very aromatic, with more caraway than I expected. I bought half a loaf for about ¥270 (pictured minus three slices) and made open-faced sandwiches for dinner: smoked salmon with cream cheese and leeks, and pepper-rind pork with sauerkraut and brown mustard. My soul is very happy.

Schülerkonferenz zur Gründung eines Stadtschülerrates Mannheim am Mittwoch im Forum

Im November 2017 hat sich im Rahmen des jährlichen Dialogs von Bürgermeisterin Dr. Ulrike Freundlieb mit den Vertretern der Schülermitverantwortung (SMV) eine Initiativgruppe aus Schülersprechern gebildet mit dem Ziel, einen Stadtschülerrat in Mannheim zu gründen. Die städtische Stelle zur „Interessensvertretung von Kindern und Jugendlichen im schulischen Bereich“ und die Jugendförderung unterstützen das Projekt.

In den vergangenen eineinhalb Jahren konnte so die Zusammenarbeit der SMV deutlich verbessert werden: Über verschiedene neu errichtete Netzwerkstrukturen und schulartübergreifende Veranstaltungen, einen eMail-Verteiler, eine Facebook-Gruppe und eine WhatsApp-Gruppe wurden sowohl die Vernetzung unter den Schülern vorangebracht als auch der Dialog zwischen Schülervertretern und Verwaltung intensiviert. Eine dauerhafte Vertretung der Mannheimer Schülerinteressen in Form eines Stadtschülerrates ist der nächste Schritt, um die Vernetzung der Mannheimer Schülerschaft und deren Interessensvertretung weiter voranzubringen.

„Ich freue mich, dass als ein Erfolg meines Dialogangebotes mit den Schülersprechern die Initiative entstanden ist, einen Stadtschülerrat zu installieren, mit dem sich die Schülervertreter gemeinschaftlich noch stärker abstimmen und einbringen können. Ich unterstützte diese Initiative daher ausdrücklich“, betont die Bildungsbürgermeisterin.

Der Stadtschülerrat soll sich aus Vertretern von mindestens fünf der sieben verschiedenen Schultypen zusammensetzen. Bei den monatlich stattfindenden Sitzungen sollen die Anliegen der Mannheimer Schülerinnen und Schüler beraten und zu deren Umsetzung beigetragen werden.

Ob der Stadtschülerrat zustande kommt, wird auf der nun geplanten Schülerkonferenz am heutigen Mittwoch, 11. April, um 15.00 Uhr, im Jugendkulturzentrum Forum, Neckarpromenade 46, entschieden.

Wenn am Mittwoch Vertreter von zwei Dritteln der weiterführenden Schulen Mannheims anwesend sind und der Geschäftsordnung und damit dem künftigen Stadtschülerrat zustimmen, wird gleich im Anschluss die Wahl der Vertreter im Stadtschülerrat stattfinden. red
