Ron knew Harry's childhood was…lacking in nearly all regards. His aunt and uncle were cruel and neglectful. His cousin bullied him relentlessly. It still boiled Ron's blood when he thought about it. He wanted to make them pay for what they did, but Harry had made his peace with it. In his own way.

Ron knelt to move the pillow blocking the entrance to the fort. Harry was laying on the ground, wrapped up in a blanket like a human burrito, only his wild raven hair peeking out of one end. Ron bit back a laugh as he smiled at his boy-rito.

"No girls allowed," said Harry, his voice still muffled.

Ron snorted. "Good thing I'm not a girl, isn't it?"

Harry began wiggling excitedly as Ron crawled inside, and the boy managed to slide his chin out from beneath the blanket and stared at his snickering boyfriend.

"You look comfy," said Ron, sitting down beside Harry.

"Mhm," he said, smiling as his eyelids fluttered shut. "Safe here."

Ron's stomach twisted as he ran his fingers through Harry's wild hair. "That's right, Harry. You're safe here."

OK! SO FIRST OF ALL TO PREFACE I FULLY BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE NO ULTERIOR MOTIVES FOR RUNG TO BE FRAGGING HIS PATIENTS, HE GENUINELY ONLY WANTS THE BEST FOR THEM.

that being said, I hc that rung happens to have an incredibly high libido. I think he has exceptional self control, because he has no shame about sexual self care or what he finds arousing or sexually stimulating, so he probably is VERY regular about masturbating, and thus, is not nearly as pent up as most other characters I write about.

I think as a dominant rung tends to be very clinical with his patients, very patient, giving, allowing his patients to learn and express their desires in a safe environment. He'd definitely be very big on like bdsm tests and safety and safewords, his form of control would feel less like dominance and more like guidance, which could be strange for bots who frag a lot and aren't used to bots using terms like 'session plan' and 'internalized shame' during sex.

I also feel like he has a lot of theories surrounding the use of sex as part of healing from trauma, which should be pretty evident considering the way i draw him fragging. I imagine he's acutely aware of the fact a lot of bots on the lost light have issues with vulnerability and submission, and rung would probably use something like that as a foothold to introduce the idea of 'hey maybe if you let me take the reigns in a fun sexual situation, you could find handling a lack of control easier in your day to day life!' I do think that rung would in many ways get off on the submission of others, though it sounds predatory when put that way. I think Rung likes making bots feel good and seeing them relax in a way that following sexy orders does.

In addition to that, I think rung has a mild(huge) fixation on messing with bot's valves, specifically bots who usually spike. Even if he is typically more a valve than a spiker, i think he does enjoy giving valve oral or fingering a lot.

I also think he especially has a bit of a thing for size difference, whether he's fragging with a bot as huge as fort max or one as little as minimus. I do think his sterner side comes out to play more with bigger, more reluctant bots, though he's never really truly mean so much as chiding or scolding.

MOST IMPORTANTLY THOUGH! AND I BELIEVE THIS SHOULD GO UNSAID!

Rung is the MASTER of aftercare. he's a big believer in skin to skin contact(plating to plating contact??), so it's lots of petting, snuggling, hugging, hand holding. I think he would likely warn a partner coming down from a scene that he was going to stop touching them if he had to go get them energon or a towel or something, but he would try to keep at least one point of contact.

So yeah! valvedom/gentle dominant rung is my favourite hc for him personally. I'm sure you can sense a theme with my enjoyment of 'tiny top big bottom' but I think you'll forgive me for that right?? right?? yeah.

Bumblebee has just a natural talent to make friends.

Enough with the angsty shit, time for some good stuff- Bee, despite being dragged thru so much shit in his own life, is still a happy and hopeful ray of sunshine. He always looks at stuff on the positive side and tries to make everyone smile.

He may be a "side character" in the world but he's that one side character everyone loves. He's cheerful and kind and can be a menace full of jokes but at the end of the day everyone enjoys his company. He has that charm that could bring out that little bit of childish joy in anyone he spoke to.

Which is why he somehow befriended the Decepticons residing on Earth.

When Team Prime first got on Earth, Bee was the first to befriend Sari. He had no issues befriending local citizen and making little friend groups here and there.

Then Lugnut and Blitzwing arrived on Earth. It was quite a mess the first time they all met. Later on Blitzwing went off to explore stuff and bumped into Bee wandering out at night in hopes to do something fun. They were supposed to fight but Bee derailed their initial argument to a discussion about something stupid and then into a talk about interests. Tadah, Friend #1.

I suppose Starscream joined in on Earth shortly after. He didn't really enjoy Lugnut's company and went to 'patrol'. Then he saw Blitz and this little yellow autobot on some outskirts area and came down to see the fight.

...Except there was no fight.

They two had gathered much scrap from the nearby yard and were trying to build a fort out of it. Starscream had just dropped in unannounced and made a mess from one of the piles. Of course he argued about them hanging out when Bee scolded him for destroying their hard work, but they just seemed to ignore it. Of course, Bee accused him of being jealous of not being able to build a fort like them... and somehow, Starscream bit the bait and they had a bet. While Bee and Blitz build one side of the fort, Star built the other. It ended in them all correcting each other's mistakes and making a pretty nice fort. Friend #2.

...Then the Autobots got a call about some giant robots being rowdy in the area. Bee wasn't picking up so that got them a bit worried, but when they got to the place there was just this small fortification of some sorts with scrap and tarp hanging from it. In their attempt to sneak closer someone knocked over some left over scrap and Blitzwing popped up from behind the wall.

"Who is intruding on our land?!" He was set on his freaky black face, soon enough Bee himself popped up from behind the same wall.

"Bee- get out from there!!" Optimus tried to warn. Bee and Blitz just looked at each other for a second before Bee simply answered. "No."

So instead of a fight there was just this confused argument between Blitz+Bee and Team Prime about the fort. At some point Starscream popped out from behind the same wall as them and yelled at them to frag off and that they're "having important discussions". In reality Blitz went and stole some oil barrels and rusted rods as snacks and they had a little tea party.

Team Prime was just arguing with a bunch of childish idiots in a makeshift fort. When they tried to get close they were assaulted with snowballs (Blitz made them) so they just left them to their thing.

It got even weirder when Megatron was revived. I imagine he captured Bee to interrogate and tried to get him to spill info but at that moment he was tired and annoyed with what the frag his soldiers were pulling in base and Bee caught onto that. So instead of Megs interrogating Bee, the scout talked with Megs about shit he was tired of dealing with, even cracked some jokes that Megs surprisingly chuckled at.

It didn't take long for Lugnut to also take a liking to Bee. After he befriended Megs and Blitz he kinda had a free pass to come hang out in the decepticon base. Lugnut caught Blitz talking with Bee and tried to report it to Megs, but the warlord only joined in on the gossip. Lugnut doesn't have much personal interests outside his job but Bee got him to open up a bit.

Shockwave was very confused when he saw Bee just casually taking with Megs over some oil. He was already tamed by the minibot and didn't need any time to warm up to him again.

I suppose Bee also befriended Blackarachnia in the meantime. He caught her hanging out in some abandoned building and derailed the fight into a talk. So she's now like a mean cool aunt to him.

Starscream also introduced him to his clones, they all know to not harm the little guy. He's very likable. Skywarp has a special friendship with Bee considering he's very skittish and Bee provides the best quality comfort.

All of the Decepticons have an unspoken promise to protect this ray of sunshine at all cost. Funny to imagine Lugnut just fighting Autobots when some building crumbles and he ditches it all to stop it from falling on Bee, then he picks him up and places him some distance away and continues fighting the other Autobots.

I don't actually know how the Autobots are gonna cope with this- like, on one hand it's nice that Bee doesn't get hurt but on the other hand these are Decepticons and the "friendship protection" doesn't apply to them.

They also can't make Bee not go and hang out with them cuz Bee will find a way to sneak out and do so anyway and the 'cons will be pissed and possibly wreck more havoc if they find out Bee is grounded.

Roy leaves training early but even then, he knows it’s too late. He sees the read messages that you’ve not responded too. He knows you took an earlier flight because you were eager to get back home to him and he knows you’ve walked into a shit storm.

When he steps into the bedroom, he sees you sitting on the edge of the bed, your hands pressed between your knees. He can tell you’ve been crying; your eyes are red rimmed and your mascara’s streaked just underneath your lashes. He fucking hates it. He senses your shame, and he wants to tell you that it isn’t deserved. You did nothing wrong, you sent intimate pictures to someone you trusted, and they’ve been used against you.

He sits down on the bed alongside of you, his hand coming to rest upon you knee, his thumb smoothing over the hollow before he sighs and wraps his arm around your shoulders. His lips brush over your hairline before he whispers.

“I’m sorry this happened to you.”

There’s silence for a moment before you open your mouth to speak.

“My brother was the first one to message me, a couple of the guys he worked with showed him the pictures. They didn’t realise I was his sister.”  You close your eyes before you bury your face into the confines of his chest, fighting back the urge to scream. “Everybody’s fucking seen it, my family, my friends, the people I work with…”

You trail off as you pull away, wiping at your eyes once more with the back of your hand.

“Everything I’ve built, the reputation I’ve created, it’s all fucking ruined because now the only thing anyone will ever see when they Google me is that fucking picture.” You shake your head. “I knew he was a vindictive prick, but I never imagined that he would do something like this.”

Roy tips your chin up gently. He wants you to see the truth in his eyes when he speaks, he wants you to know that he means what he’s about to say.

“You are an excellent investigator and a brilliant storyteller. If they can’t see past that picture then every single one of them can go fuck themselves, they don’t deserve you.”

His thumb brushes away the tears on your cheeks as his forehead comes to rest upon yours.

“Also, he should he fucking terrified, I’ve listened to your podcast. I have no doubt you could commit a murder and get away with it, it’s why I make a point of trying not to piss you off.”

That gets a smile. He sees the edges of your mouth turn up and he knows that the mood is shifting, that there’s a little less weight for you to carry.

“I still feel like I want to hide out under the covers.” You tell him.

“Well, that can be arranged. I can make the two of us a fort.” He tells you, leaning back and grasping a couple of the pillows before propping them up underneath the quilt so that they create a tent. “It’ll be like shit glamping.”

As you turn your head one of the pillows falls down, dismantling the whole thing. Despite the fact it has been such a shitty day you find yourself laughing. It’s a beautiful sound, one that Roy’s missed over the past few weeks you’ve been away. He sees the tension drain out of your body as you look up at him with those stunning eyes of yours.

“I love you” You tell him, your hand coming to rest upon his cheek. “You always know how to make me smile.”

The way you say it is so fucking earnest that it makes his chest ache.

“When you love someone, you want to see them happy.” He says as his lips brush over yours. “And I want to see you happy all the fucking time.”

Tunnels (thru Mts, under cities, etc.)

Red Sand Deserts (Rust Sea Similarities)

Large Scale Industrial Sectors (Think big, automated assembly lines; Similar to their factories)

I also feel like truly gigantic cities (Lots of skyscrapers; similar to their cityscapes) would be similar enough to evoke a sense of nostalgia.

Cybertronian Specific Places:

OP - Libraries (the bigger the more nostalgic he gets) and Rome, b/c of the Collusium (I imagine it reminds him of Kaons Arena)

Megs - Rome (Same as OP), Empty Mines, and ruined Forts (even tho their forts 100% looked different, our ruins still give the same effect)

Ratch - Colleges (Academy Days, specifically the long, winding trails from one building to another), Hospital Corridors (If he has a holoform) and Oddly enough, Victorian Houses. Old and creaky, reminiscent of an old era.

Star - The Buj Kalifa (Vosian Remenicent). Sometimes Specific weather patterns, like Hailstorms or Freezing Rain, remind him of the stinging Acid rain of Cybertron. He hates Blizzards too.

Bulk - Construction sites get him. Rome as well (architecture in general, really).

Sounders - Rome, Government Buildings (specifically, the twisting hallways some important buildings have) and castles/forts.

Arcee - Tunnels, Ravines (I imagine she hid a lot on cybertron, cracks in cybs exoplates would be similar to ravines), and old houses (dilapidated buildings, slowly rotting away; similar to one specific spider incident.

KO - Raceways (obv), but also airports (hanger bays specifically) and large scale paint factories. Also, Buj Kalifa (HC that KO is a Grounded Seeker, explaining SS comment in TFP). Maybe medical tents as well? He was a front line medic after all.

Bee - Rocky mountain roads (scouting), ruins like Stonehenge, and ghost towns. Places where life has been destroyed. Also, war ravaged cities and mysterious old paths through the trees.

BD - Similar to Bulk, but add Mines and industrial buildings too.

Smokey - Libraries (not to the same extent as OP tho), old ruins, and abandoned junkyards (similar effect to the transport ship) I also HC that the escape pod made him pretty Claustrophobic. So small spaces are a no go.

Shockers - Labs, research buildings, but also government buildings (Senator days) and hospitals (too pristine/white a room; he slightly panics) HC that Shockers hates the color white with a dying passion.

Jackie - Labs as well, but also hanger bays and random bars get him too. (HC that he basically found Seaspray in a galactic bar.)

Dread/Quake - Old English/French architecture and Rome

Mags - Government buildings, Libraries (somewhat), but mainly offices and conference rooms get this guy.

Arachnid - Dug out Tunnels (insecticon hives), fancy buildings (Senete esch enough; similar to all her targets homes), and out-of-the-way villages (similar to other organic planets easiest targets)

I think that basically everyone (everyone important I think? Cliffs dead so I didn't include him lol).

HOOOOLY FUCK man you put a LOT of thought into this, this is so cool. The bit about lifeless or decayed places igniting that kinda nostalgia in Bee is actually really sad if you think about it.

Man now I wanna see an episode where a relic is found near the remains of the colosseum, and it has a lot of bots on edge.

I feel like the cities with big reflective or iridescent skyscrapers are spot on, especially in the flashbacks. To add to city scenes, in the flashbacks they had huge streets and ramps and freeways that looked a lot like ours too! (Unless I’m remembering wrong and I’m just nuts)
