The hermitcraft website is still genuinely the best way to keep updated and watch multiple POV's because yt's and twitch's notifications are annoying and broken but I know people dont like using websites these days which is a shame.

"There males have nipples! It is an utter abomination! Their species must be eliminated! Pew Pew. It isn't working."
"Don't just say 'Pew Pew', you have to pull the trigger!"
"Pew Pew!"
"What did I just say? Here, give to me."
"Pew Pew!"
"Will you shut the flurm up?"

Mike Judge's underrated 2006 sci-fi comedy Idiocracy has gained traction in recent years for being a prophetic critique of American culture. The film is set 500 years into the future where society has intellectually devolved so badly that an ordinary citizen from the present named Joe (Luke Wilson) appears to be the smartest man alive. As a result, Joe is appointed as the Secretary of the Interior at the U.S Whitehouse.

The rampant commercialism in the future includes the consumption of Brawndo, the fictitious "Thirst Mutilator" energy drink featured prominently in the film. To further whet the whistle, here are some more potent movie and TV potable.
10 Booty Sweat - Tropic Thunder (2008)
Tumblr media
Despite its unappetizing namesake, Booty Sweat was presented as quite the delectable thirst-quenching beverage in 2008's hit action-comedy Tropic Thunder. The product was used in an ancillary merchandising campaign for the rapper-turned-actor character Alpa Chino (Brandon T. Jackson).
In making a Vietnam movie, Alpa Chino anachronistically promotes the Booty Sweat drink while filming on location in the jungle. Like Brawndo before it, Booty Sweat also began as a fictional drink that was turned into a real product after the film was released.
9 Brawndo - Idiocracy (2006)
Tumblr media
The aforesaid Brawndo is the ubiquitous energy drink consumed by the masses in the dystopian future seen in Idiocracy. The flavorful beverage that boasts the tagline "It's Got Electrolytes" was created by Mike Judge solely for use in the film.

Since the release of the film, the founder of Redux Beverages, James Kirby, has turned Brawndo into a real energy drink in honor of his favorite movie (per NPR). Drake's Brewing Co. has also used the name Brawndo and its tagline for a real alcoholic beverage line.
8 Moloko Plus - A Clockwork Orange (1971)
Tumblr media
The iconic opening image of Stanely Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange reveals Alex and his droogs firmly entrenched in the erotic Korova Milk Bar. However, it isn't so much the taste of the fictionalized drink as it is the psychological effect that proves so appealing.
According to the Anthony Burgess novel, Moloko Plus is "milk with knives in it" meant to encourage Alex to lash out with violence. In the film, the milk is also laced with one of (or possibly all) three fictional futuristic drugs, including Vellocet, Synthemesc, and Alex's preferred Drencrom.
7 Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster - Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy (2005)
Tumblr media
First introduced in the 1978 radio version of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the iconic cocktail Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster also made an appearance in the 2005 big-screen adaptation of the sci-fi tale.
RELATED: Zooey Deschanel's 10 Best Movies, According To Rotten Tomatoes
Based on the series' potent potable Janx Spirit, Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster is a powerful alcoholic elixir described as "like having your brain smashed out with a slice of lemon wrapped round a large gold brick." Despite the headache it ultimately induces, the taste is too delectable to pass up.
6 Duff Beer - The Simpsons (1989-)
Tumblr media
Duff Beer is arguably the most famous fictional beverage ever created. Featured prominently for three decades on The Simpsons, the beloved brand of beer seen in countless frosty mugs inside Moe's Tavern is sure to be recognized by ardent and casual fans alike.
Duff Beer was first introduced on the show in May 1990, which means the fictional brand turns 30 years old this month. Duff Beer is rivaled in the series by Fudd Beer on the show, a popular brand among rival Shelbyville residents despite blinding certain customers in the past.
5 Dark Planet Cola - Escape From Planet Earth (2013)
Tumblr media
While several fictional cola beverages can be included - Cadre Cola in The Running Man, Buzz Cola in The Simpsons, etc. - none are sweeter or more addictive than the green-colored Dark Planet Cola in the 2013 film Escape From Planet Earth.
RELATED: Brendan Fraser's 10 Best Movies (According To IMDb)
Brenda Fraser plays Scorch Supernova in the film, a famous astronaut known for making gallant rescue missions. When he becomes trapped on planet Baab, Scorch notices that the population consumes Dark Planet Cola, which is shockingly comprised of 800% sugar.
4 Frobscottle - The BFG (2016)
Tumblr media
With a predominant vanilla flavor profile, Frobscottle is one of the yummiest fictional soft drinks found in film or television. Unfortunately, the green liquid substance makes whoever drinks it "whizzpop," according to the parlance of The BFG.
That is, the tasty Frobscottle that "fizzes the wrong way" creates a flatulent side effect punctuated by a noxious green gas cloud. Even so, thirsty denizens are quick to imbibe a champaign glass of Frobscottle in the 2016 Steven Spielberg adaptation of the Roald Dahl classic.
3 Bam Berry Blitz - Amphibia (2019-)
Tumblr media
While the highly addictive soft drink Flurm in Futurama deserves mention, the less-known Bam Berry Blitz in the 2019 animated series Amphibia is far more flavorful.
RELATED: Futurama: Fry's 10 Best Romantic Gestures
Marketed as "The face the punches you in the face and doesn't stop," Bam Berry Blast is a fruity energy drink loaded with caffeine. The beverage was first introduced in Season 1 Episode 3, "Stakeout," in which Sprig tricks Hop Hop and Anne to reconcile by going on a stakeout together.
2 Slusho! - Cloverfield (2008)/Star Trek (2009)
Tumblr media
Slusho! is a fictitious beverage brand created by J.J. Abrams for his 2001 series Alias. Ever the shrewd marketer, Abrams recycled the product to promote his viral hit film Cloverfield in 2008 and again in his 2009 adaptation of Star Trek.
According to the fake corporation that produces Slusho!, Tagruato, the slushy-like drink comes in several delicious flavors including Blueberry Zoom, Chocolate Rage, Citrus, Asian Pear, Banana Anime, Strawberry Tasty, and Three "Western-only" flavors.
1 Butterbeer - Harry Potter (2001-2011)
Tumblr media
Anyone who's been to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios knows that Butterbear tastes like a sweeter, frothier version of cream soda. Therefore, whether served hot in the winter or frozen in the summer, one can imagine Butterbeer being the most delicious fictional movie beverage of all.
Harry is first introduced to Butterbeer in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, but the drink remains a favorite among young wizards throughout the series. In addition to its delectable flavor profile, the sweet-tasting brew is the most famous fictional potable outside of Duff Beer.
