Mischief (they/it/he) used to be a human but he forgor and theyre a little guy now. it was found by Rattle (he/him) and Mischief lovingly calls him bozo and views him as a younger brother of sorts. Rattle brought up the idea of making a rescue team to Mischief and they thought "oh hell yeah were gonna get so rich" and immediately agreed. Rattle can be kind of naive and stubborn but hes a sweetheart thatll do anything to protect others (the scars and cracks on his skull are proof of this!!!!)

BATTERY-ACID (it/its) is just some badly modified magnemite that inserts itself into the team after being rescued (everyone grows to love it though, even if BATTERY-ACID glitches and says weird stuff sometimes)

Hey, OP! It's been five years since you've made the post, but is the offer to learning Ninjago Fandom Lore still open? You were there when the ancient scripture was written, you are a relic and lorekeeper of the past, and I am sitting criss-cross apple sauce and willing to hear ye olden tales. That is to say, I watched the show before s3 was even a concept, up until s5 started where I dropped it due to a combination of reasons, but I never forgot how I did want to watch it. And now over a decade later I learn this silly lego show of my childhood had a FANDOM, and I have missed all the moments with the community. Which seems very entwined with fan-show creator interactions to the point they throw OCS into their works and have fans send voice requests to sing the theme song and put it into the show finale. It's like the fandom is that child whose birthday you missed through being totally absentee. A shame :') this is my Pokemon, it's to us what Pokemon is to 90s kids. A show you could've been there since the Pilots and most of everyone is in your age range.

Of course I will always be up to speaking on the lore of the Ninjago Fandom!

Now for the newer anti groups this is your warning. We were the Wild West Kids so we did a lot of stuff that the Modern fandom would be ick about.

I guess that can be the first lore, the OG fandom had crackshipping everywhere, but some of these actually became a thing. One of the original now controversial ships that road a popularity wave alongside Jaya and, yes, Colya, was Greenflame.

Serpentine Babies EVERYWHERE like everyone had a Serpentine Oc istg it was awesome Blakkys Bab Chua was one of these but he was popular due to his Shenanigans here's some Art for ya

That's Chua! So yeah I'm his caretaker now since Blakky left years ago. Blakky and I actually came up with a very Popular AU let's see if some of the Olders Remember this

Overlord Nya, and yes she's pulling a Katara and using the water in Blood to control it Blakky and I would talk for hours over this AU and the Fandom loved it just as much for a bit, Blakky created the Art I supplied Ideas.

Season 3 oh man that was a trip, we actually Mourned Zane like held a funeral its funny now thinking it especially with how many times he's died and come back. We all really thought you know logically he was 100% gone

The Love Triangle thing was rough suddenly the Colya and Jaya fans were at each other's throats....people actually got hurt and friendships badly shattered a bunch of us were horrified like outsiders called us the most toxic fandom at least until Voltron stole that crown and we had Season 6 confirm Jaya. But this is why some wince at these ships

Nindroid Jay oh goodness Prpledragon created him and the Fandom was head over ass with AUs with this version I'm pretty sure you can still find the Comic Prple made partially for the AU

Then season 4 ohhhhhh man

I remember fondly the Tournament of Elements held here on Tumblr, like the whole fandom dozens of artists forming their own Art Tournament in honor of it

Then Zane was brought back and it was like we'd won the game celebrations everywhere lmfao

And the uproar that was Garmadons death

but anyway, if anyone from old ilasgoc is reading this just remember you are very gay and a nerd and i hope you are doing well in life and being the best person you can be. things got stupid with the group towards the end of things thanks to some people ruining it, and the group as a whole had super edgy humor back then, but it was the first real online community i ever PARTICIPATED in and nothing can ever change that (or chess). this isnt even my first account as lawrence iii and it’s dated back to 2013, who knows how old the first account wouldve been holy shit. i was a young lad back then, and now i am a grown ass chess man with grown ass chess man taxes. incredible.

its weird to think that something as dumb as ilasgoc was can make me feel this way, but i owe a lot to the friends i made back then. it was a great feeling to know there was such a big community (300+ accounts at its peak) waiting for me, and they’d always get so excited to see new faces. i remember for a while i took a bit of a break after losing my first larry account, but when i came back everyone got so excited, i saw a huge flood of posts going “!!!! IT’S LARRY!!!!!!! WELCOME BACK LARRY!!!!!!!!” and that shit was heartwarming. almost as heartwarming as chess.

ive seen a lot of people feel nostalgia for the group, or say that they really miss it but feel weird about missing it for some reason or another, often because a handful of people in the group turned into jerks. thats okay to feel that way. we were never perfect, but we were still a big family of people all united by one thing: really silly pokemon crack rp. i wiped the posts on this account just because most of it was embarrassing as hell, but i dont regret being a chessmaster. i had a good amount of accounts, but getting to be one of the most important characters to the existence of the group really felt like an honor.

i still remember all of it. the dumb shenanigans, the art everyone would make from those dumb shenanigans, the chess, steven stoned, the skype groups, archer in the manga, mpreg alberto, gay is elm, its mine alone, the chess, bruno island, MAAAAAAAAAAAAAあああああああああ, all the bee movie and shrek stuff before those memes even hit their peak, the crackshipping that we were passionate enough to make into more than just jokes, the weird furry pokemon rp blogs that were at war with us because why not, the chess, the ridiculous canon we’d built by just going along with whatever happened that day, the post limit blogs we’d make because we were just that unhinged, the big group events, the chess, the joke ocs that grew to be proper serious ocs, the spinoff groups, the ripoff accounts that weren’t affiliated with us, the autoplay everyone had because we were heathens, the mad rush to make new accounts whenever a new Pokemon game was announced, the chess, the photoshops, the odd times ilasgoc stuff would leak out into the rest of tumblr and confuse people (i still see a couple of ancient posts that i know we made and its wild), the chess, the things that are not chess, and lugia

sometimes i still see people from back then still around, or people i suspect were ex-ilasgoc but i usually feel weird to say anything about it. some people moved on with their lives, some people kept making silly content to this day or run pokemon blogs/twitters, some people became Problematic™, some people even still have relationships with their old shipping partners in the group! i still see remnants of the group here and there, and it’s wild. sometimes i still see mentions of ‘that weird crack pokemon group that used to exist on tumblr’, and i feel like some sort of ancient entity carrying knowledge of the old (chess) world. so many people had a history with this dumb group regardless of where they are now or who they became, and i got to be one of them.

anyways, i guess what im saying is that i miss you guys (and chess) a lot and still think about all the friends i had back then. its just like how anyone would look back on a fond memory of their childhood and wish they could experience it for the first time again. it was an honor getting to be larry during those years, and i hope the people that were there back then are living their best lives, or are at least getting by well enough. if anyone does want to reach out to me feel free to drop a message, but just make sure to actually include another way to contact you since i doubt im gonna be checking this account often. i think it would be disrespectful to actually do anything new with this account now that i got back into it again, so instead i leave you with this longass message where i pour my heart out in all lowercase letters.
