BEGGING crowley to come with him. because he can make it all better again. #and crowley looks at him in absolute horror as he realizes that he's losing or has already lost his best friend. permanently this time. #everyone say thank you to michael sheen for being probably the GOAT for modern television in #subtle acting #no one can match the powerhouse he is when it comes to microexpressions. he does it so PERFECTLY. #so much intent behind the slightest change in his eyes #he does NOT do these expressions frivolously. they ALL MEAN SOMETHING. #you give him the proper direction? and he will DELIVER. we can NOT overlook his facial expressions in the last 3 minutes. #nor the credits #bonus: flagging down an honorable mention to anthony starr's microexpressions. not quite at the level of sheen but this is me being picky #i'm literally pitting two absolute KINGS of acting against one another
