They’d been through so much trauma in the past year already, Lucy really didn’t like bringing even more negativity to Drew. But she couldn’t help it; Drew was her person, and when Lucy had a problem, she would instantly gravitate toward her. Which is how she now found herself entering the other girl’s apartment on the verge of a breakdown. Fortunately, Sophie was a good distraction, and she was just as lively as ever as Lucy held her comfortably against her hip, the baby of course tugging on the ends of her hair and talking her general baby talk. While she leaned into her ex for a quick side-hug (the side of her not balancing the baby), Lucy found herself clinging a little longer than usual, and releasing a small sigh into the fabric of Drew’s shirt. “Can Soph and I hang out here for a little while?” She questioned, voice soft and a little strained sounding.

Drew arrived home from school, taking Noah from his mother who had enjoyed the time with her. He walked up stairs to his bedroom, and tossed his book bag in the floor. After changing Noah's diaper, he sang her a lullaby. Once she fell asleep, Drew texted Darcy. Last night was still very fresh in his head, and there was no way he was going to keep what happened from her. He at least owed it to Darcy to explain what happened and not hide it. Drew walked down stairs with Noah and sat on the couch. Holding the little one, as he watched ESPN.

A quick visit won't hurt

Darcy needed to see Drew. She missed him so much and it wouldn't hurt to stop in for a quick visit right? She got her coat and rushed to Bianca's house. She didn't want to have a seizure while driving. When she got to the house she sat outside for a few moments contemplating going to the door or not. When she finally got the courage she went up and knocked hoping Drew would answer.

Just your adverage night.

Darcy was getting her things together for her flight. It had been delayed to late at night so she had all day to prepare herself to say goodbye to Drew. She shot him a quick test to say she would be read for him to come get her in 5 minutes. She was putting the picture Drew had painted her in her bag when suddenly everything went black and couldn't see. She hit the floor hard passing out. Her body was shaking roughly. She was lost in her head as everything around her was black.

Drew arrived home, after spending the last few days helping Katie through her problems. He felt bad that he had been neglecting his girlfriend, Darcy. She was leaving soon, and he had a gift that he had bought a few days back and was looking forward to giving it to her. He took a quick shower, and tossed on some casual clothes. He looked in the mirror and laughed at his puffy eyes, he had been crying as much if not as more then Katie, while they had watched sad flicks. He was exhausted, having not ate much or slept much while he helped Katie. Drew took a deep breath and fell onto the couch, falling asleep almost instantly.

Walk on the Beach

Drew looked in the mirror, he wanted to look perfect for Darcy. It had been forever since they'd be on a date, and the first time since they got back together. Drew knew his time was running out with Darcy, and soon she'd be off for Kenya. He grabbed his keys, and walked out the door. He glanced up to a clear night sky and a full moon. Perfect, he thought as he got in and drove to Darcy's. He pulled into the driveway of the Edwards homestead and got out and walked up to the door. He knocked on the door, and waiting for an answer.
