Dear Chairman Harrison and Members of the DNC,

I know some of you well. A few of you are among my oldest friends. Others of you I have never met. But all of you are my family, as public servants and fellow Americans.

Families tell one another the truth, as best we are able with grace and love and, above all, with candor. When we take wrong turns, or fail to live up to our best selves, it is our family's responsibility to hold up a mirror and recall us back to our true purpose and highest self-expression. And so I feel compelled to write to you now, because in my view, limited though it may be, the Democratic Party has gone off track.

We live in times of division, disease, and turmoil, but they are not the first such times in our nation’s history. Rulers always face the temptation to maintain social control by denying the people their sovereignty and their voice. But from our nation’s founding, through many struggles, we have upheld freedom instead. Our founders shed their blood for it. The civil rights movement fought for it, and the Democratic Party supported that movement under the Kennedy and Johnson administrations, culminating in the Voting Rights Act. Throughout the modern era, the Democratic Party fought back against censorship, upheld civil liberties, resisted corporate influence, and sought to enfranchise as many voters as possible. The Democratic party truly lived up to its name — the party of democracy, the party of the people.

Unfortunately, in recent years our party leaders have succumbed to the siren of control. They have compromised the defining democratic principle of one person, one vote through repeated interference in the primary elections. They have hijacked the party machinery and, in recent years, directed the power of censorship onto their political opponents, raising political victory onto the altar in place of honest democracy.

In school rooms across this country, we teach our children that they have an inalienable right to self-determination, that no matter the town or creed or condition into which they were born, they each have an equal right to vote for the life and society of their choosing. And that someday, they too will have the chance to put forth their own ideas and be elected or passed over, based on the equal votes of diverse peers.

Never, in all the civics lessons in all the schools in America, did the teacher add “except for in states that the President lost in the previous election.” Never, in all the glorious retellings of our fight for universal voting rights, has any teacher added, “and the decision of the people should be overturned if it doesn't comply with the preference of the ruling elites.” Yet this is exactly the new page in history that the DNC's pending rules propose, casting out New Hampshire’s votes, limiting ballot access in Iowa, and deploying party operatives to water down the popular vote and ensure a controlled victory.

Equally disheartening is the DNC’s refusal to hold debates. The matter of precedent is spurious, as there has been no serious primary challenge to an incumbent in more than 40 years. (Although Al Gore, a sitting vice-president, did debate challengers in 2000.) Voters deserve — and democracy requires — a competitive process by which to determine nominees. It should be a party’s voters who choose a candidate, not party insiders who anoint one.

The DNC and the Joe Biden campaign have essentially merged into one unit, financially and strategically, despite the promise of neutrality in its charter and bylaws. The DNC is not supposed to favor one candidate over another. It is supposed to oversee a fair, democratic selection process, and then support the candidate that its voters choose.

Much has been said in recent years about our country’s endangered democracy. As someone who has spent decades battling corrupt corporate polluters, I can attest that endangered species are not saved by idle talk. We didn’t bring the Bald Eagle back to the Hudson River Valley by holding a press conference. We did it by cleaning up the pollution that threatened its survival and introducing new chicks to the wild.

Our endangered democracy is no different. Its salvation lies in cleansing our society of the toxic divisions and corporate greed that pollute our political waters. Its salvation lies not in sound bites, but in the careful seeding and nurturing and protection of healthy examples of democracy in action.

To my dear family of fellow public servants and caretakers of democracy, I would like to offer a heartfelt invitation. Please, lead by example and hold the most transparent, equal, accessible, and accountable election that has ever been seen in this country. You have the power to do this. You have the power to restore the faith of the people — faith in the Democratic Party, and faith in democracy itself.

Family to family, I urge you to reflect, privately and in consultation with your higher power, on what legacy you wish to leave. Will it be a fearful, desperate grasping for power at all costs? Or will it be the confident and graceful letting go that marks those who truly believe in democracy? And if, in those reflections, you find yourself seeking sage counsel, I offer the parting words of George Washington — a leader whose voluntary handover of power set a precedent that echoes to this day.

“Parties,” Washington warned, “become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.”

I write to you now in the hope that you hold the engine of democracy as sacred as I do. I pray that, at a time of public discontent, you cede more power to the public, not less, and thereby do right by yourselves, by the American people, and by the ideal of self-determination that inaugurated our great nation.

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire’s attorney general on Monday ordered national Democratic party leaders to stop calling the state’s unsanctioned presidential primary “meaningless,” saying doing so violates state law.

The cease-and-desist notice came three days after the co-chairs of the Democratic National Committee’s rules committee told New Hampshire party leaders to “educate the public that January 23rd is a non-binding presidential preference event and is meaningless.” In a letter to Chairman Ray Buckley, they also called the primary “detrimental” and said “non-compliant processes can disenfranchise and confuse voters.”

But Attorney General John Formella said it’s the DNC that is in danger of harming voters. Formella, appointed by Republican Gov. Chris Sununu, did not say whether he is considering criminal charges, but his office later said he hasn't ruled it out. He released a statement saying the comments amount to an illegal attempt to deter voters from participating in the primary and cited state laws against criminal solicitation and voter suppression. The latter, a felony, makes it illegal to attempt to deter someone from voting based on fraudulent, deceptive or misleading information.

“Regardless of whether the DNC refuses to award delegates to the party’s national convention based on the results of the January 23, 2024, New Hampshire democratic Presidential Primary Election, this New Hampshire election is not “meaningless,’” Formella said. Statements to the contrary are false, deceptive and misleading.”

New Hampshire’s secretary of state scheduled the primary in accordance with a state law that requires both the Republican and Democratic primaries to be held at least seven days before any similar contest. But that put the state at odds with the DNC’s calendar, which starts with a primary in South Carolina on Feb. 3 followed by Nevada. Aimed at giving Black and other minority voters a larger, earlier role, the schedule also moves Michigan into the group of early states voting before Super Tuesday on March 5, when most of the rest of the country holds primaries.

President Joe Biden, who sought the changes, kept his name off the ballot in New Hampshire, though Democrats have organized a write-in campaign on his behalf.

Republicans will kick off the nominating process with the Iowa caucus on Monday. New Hampshire’s primary eight days later will be a crucial opportunity for GOP candidates to show they can remain competitive against former President Donald Trump, the early front-runner for their party’s presidential nomination.

A spokesperson for the DNC declined to comment Monday. Buckley, the New Hampshire chairman, released a statement reiterating that the secretary of state followed the law in picking the date.

“Well, it's safe to say in New Hampshire, the DNC is less popular than the NY Yankees,” he said. “Nothing has changed, and we look forward to seeing a great Democratic voter turnout on January 23rd.”

A few days later the Air Traffic controller commited suicide.

5 – C. Victor Raiser, II – Raiser, a major player in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992.

6 – Paul Tulley – Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock , September 1992. Described by Clinton as a “dear friend and trusted advisor”.

7 – Ed Willey – Clinton fundraiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Trump Prosecutor Matthew Colangelo Served As Political Consultant For DNC, Donated To Obama

The DNC paid Matthew Colangelo $12,000 in January 2018 for “political consulting,” Federal Election Commission filings show, and the prosecutor also donated $400 to Obama’s first presidential campaign in 2008.

A Manhattan prosecutor who is managing the so-called “hush money” case against former United States President Donald Trump was previously a political strategist in 2018 for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and he once contributed to former Democrat President Barack Obama as well.

One would think this would be a clear conflict of interest.

According to Federal Election Commission records, the DNC paid Matthew Colangelo $12,000 in January 2018 for “political consulting,” and the prosecutor also gave $400 to Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.

In December 2022, Colangelo, who had previously held the position of third-ranking official in President Joe Biden’s Justice Department, joined the office of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as senior counsel in the case against Trump.

In March 2023, Bragg became the first of several prosecutors to indict the former president for allegedly interfering with the election. Bragg accused Trump of 34 felonies for reportedly fabricating corporate records pertaining to alleged “hush money.”

The six-figure payments were arranged by Michael Cohen, Trump’s now-disgruntled former lawyer, to conceal Trump’s alleged previous relationships with porn star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal.

Colangelo claimed that Trump and Cohen were involved in a “criminal scheme to corrupt the 2016 election” during last month’s opening remarks, despite the fact that the lawsuit is not federal in nature and the Cohen payments were made after Trump took office.

Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), who chairs the House Republican Conference, blasted the documents as more evidence that Trump is being prosecuted merely for political reasons.

“I just uncovered that the Far Left NYC prosecutor sent from Biden’s DOJ to arrest President Trump was PAID BY THE DNC,” Stefanik shared on X. “This is ILLEGAL ELECTION INTERFERENCE.”

Previously, Colangelo held roles as chief of staff at the Department of Labor, deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, and deputy director of the president’s National Economic Council during the Obama administration.

Along with then-DNC chair Tom Perez, Colangelo wrote an opinion piece in April 2017 criticizing Trump for undermining efforts to automatically enroll private-sector employees in local government retirement systems.

In April 2017, Neil Gorsuch was confirmed to the Supreme Court by Senate Republicans, who were accused of “blowing up two centuries of precedent” in the same piece.

Colangelo wrote a second opinion piece and led a Georgetown University discussion criticizing the Trump administration’s choice to roll back other Obama-era laws, such as the safeguards “against gender identity discrimination” by Title IX.

Since then, the Title IX rule has been reinstated by the Biden administration.

Following his tenure, Colangelo worked for the office of the New York State attorney general, contributing to an investigation into the Trump Foundation and joining a lawsuit against Trump’s Commerce Department, which opposed the inclusion of citizenship questions in the 2020 U.S. Census.

Before becoming the principal deputy associate attorney, he later began the position of acting associate attorney general under Biden for a brief period of time.

In December 2022, Bragg’s office made an announcement stating that Colangelo had been brought on board to manage “sensitive and high-profile white-collar investigations,” among other responsibilities.

Jim Jordan, the GOP chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, requested documents from Colangelo’s tenure at the Justice Department last week.

“Since last year, popularly elected prosecutors — who campaigned for office on the promise of prosecuting President Trump — engaged in an unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial authority: the indictment of a former President of the United States and current leading candidate for that office,” Jordan (R-Ohio) stated in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland. ​​“That a former senior Biden Justice Department official is now leading the prosecution of President Biden’s chief political rival only adds to the perception that the Biden Justice Department is politicized and weaponized.”

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton battle for a place on the US's metaphorical throne. A battle between the Democrats and Republicans.

It being the 58th quadrennial president election, it was a pretty major event that year; sparking new interests for either a "new America", or an America interested in repairing its society.

Trump wanted to bring a right-wing approach to US politics as a political candidate, advertising a campaign which was followed by masses; in the form of populist, nationalist rallies and visits to different states in hopes to convince those with power to vote.

The election was faulted, very much so in fact. December 9th 2016 gave light to a new internal controversy that exposed the inner workings of a operation to swindle the election onto one side. To thwart the potential of a win by the Democrats.

Headed by the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), an thorough investigation was launched that spearheaded and identified the entity behind multiple cyber attacks; those of Russian origin.

As the CIA issued an assessment to lawmakers in the US senate, the FBI followed suit. Barrack Obama intialised a "full review" into what exactly happened, and what had caused it to happen. DNR James R. Clapper, in early 2017, testified that the campaign to swindle the election was more than just base-level hacking of email services and internal agency computer systems; making light that fake news was to blame for much of it, and that dissemination of such problem would need to be rid of to partially uncover how the operation took place.

Facebook revealed during the election that a company with Russian origin, owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin (Former leader of Wagner Group, businessman who owns "Concord Catering", Putin's chef and internal delegate to Vladimir Putin), had bought advertisements amounting to $100,000 of which 25% of the total were specifically targeting the US.

A second modus operandi of Russian involvement in the campaign swindling was from the GRU, or Russia's Main Directorate of General Staff of the Armed Forces. This was exposed when the FBI, along with a slew of other government agencies uncovered that emails of volunteers and employees of the Clinton political campaign, along with the campaign chairman John Podesta, and the hacking of computer systems of the DCCC (Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee) and the DNC (Democratic National Committee). As a result of these breaches, the GRU obtained hundreds of classified documents; of which the GRU arranged leaks of damaging documented material to WikiLeaks, and under GRU alias/personas "Guccifer 2.0" and "DCLeaks".

You could say it was like a game of cat and mouse; the GRU having its tail chased by the FBI and the GRU always finding a way to escape and cover up. The greed of those perpetrators who wanted nothing but good for themselves and misdeed for others; hypocritical and two-faced.
