no, but, for real now. i think jake and din would get along, and fischl too. jake would indulge fischl’s whole ‘prinzessin der verurteilung’ thing and play along with her (definitely trying to be a cool uncle figure), and i think din would too, after some persuasion. basil would find all three of them annoying. will would be happy to finally have another friend near his age, even if she is also from a different world like lyra was. everyone would get along with klee, no doubt. its impossible not to love that kid, even if she is blowing shit up half the time.

Every time I try to think about memories, I start to suspect more and more that I’m quite canon divergent. To the point where a character who wouldn’t have ever known me in the official canon, may have possibly been my partner. It feels weird. It’s 100% a rarepair, and I’ve only seen a couple fanfictions about us that aren’t filled with NSFW and fuelled solely by the actors we’re played by being friends. I don’t like thinking about it. It makes me feel like an outlier. And I’ve felt like that far too much already.

Bought a Funko of Grogu the other day. The way his little head moves is quite funny. But also quite comforting. I miss him a lot. I aim to buy more of him, as well as one of myself, so that the (currently only) Grogu on my shelf won’t be so lonely. I love my son. :).

My mother bought me a birthday gift today. We were looking around a few stores and she spotted a large Funko of Grogu. He’s now sitting on my shelf. I think she very much associates us in her mind now, given that if she ever sees anything to do with him, she’ll point it out to me. It’s a nice feeling. Being associated with him so closely again. It feels right. Like… home, almost.

I think I’m awakening as Din Djarin and god is it strange but also makes so much sense. As a kid I would get such a weird feeling about Boba Fett, and anything to do with Mandalorians in general - I remember a few years ago I even questioned being Boba but ultimately it didn’t fit. I used to pour through Star Wars encyclopaedia books, and I remember the horrible yearning I would feel in my chest as I looked at those aliens and planets. The funny thing is, I went through all S1 of the show with no feelings, until I read a fanfic - not the best, and not at all sad, but I started crying and things started to feel just like how they did when I awoke as my other kintype. It’s so...strange, realising there’s a whole world, a universe, you lost.
