The park features seven replicas of the world's most famous monuments, including the Eiffel Tower, the Statue of Liberty, the Taj Mahal, and the Great Wall of China, all made from recycled metal. Humayun Tomb view through my eyes. Last Sunday I visited few places in Delhi and I could not think that my moment s with Humayun Tomb lasted so long. I walked through the long garden where other tombs are situated but but while was standing in front of the mausoleum which itself stands on a high , wide terraced platform with two bay deep vaulted cells on 4 sides. The interior is a gigantic octagonal chamber with vaulted roof interconnected by corridors. My love hate relation with history came to a conclusion in front of the tomb. Tears and my imaginations were coming while touching the brick stones . When Akbar built this in 1560' s how our Delhi looked like? Why 150 other mughal family cells buried here and named the place dormitory of the Mughal? .... I guess I should visit this place few more times and gather some more knowledge about it. Visit time: 2 to 3 hours (be prepare to spend some more time) Entry Fee: INR 30 for Indian, INR 500 for foreigners DON'T- Please avoid talk or don't be loud when you in the tomb. Respect and value the place . .. . . . . #humayuntomb #akbar #unescoworldheritage #unesco #history #tomb #delhitourism #delhiphotographer #delhidarshan #sonyalpha6000 #dslr_official #instapic #pictureoftheday #delhi_gram #instadelhi #everycornerofworld #architecture #mughal #delhigram #heritage #discover_india #discover_delhi #blogger #nomadlife #lifeofablogger (at Humayun's Tomb) https://www.instagram.com/p/Boyl3dsn4OU/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=mlvuvjatiqia
