This is an excerpt from Claes autobiography. He speaks about his views of art and artists and what he wants his art to do. I found it to be a great way to understand him more and the way he thinks.
This is an article from the Guggenhiem Mueseum. It talks about Oldenburg as an up and coming artist and the ways he broke into the art world with his happenings and collossal monuments.
Oldenburg has a long standing relationship with the walker art center. this is a deep dive into the history of his career and also a great place to see more of his work.

New Post has been published on Dicas De Mulher
New Post has been published on http://dicasdemulher.tk/2024/02/curtindo-a-vida-adoidado-spin-off-do-filme-tem-diretor-revelado/
“Curtindo a Vida Adoidado”, Spin-off do filme tem diretor revelado
Cena do filme deu origem ao spin-off

“It must be recognised that man in his limited and relative earthly life is capable of bringing about the beautiful and the valuable only when he believes in another life, unlimited, absolute, eternal. That is a law of his being. A contact with this mortal life exclusive of any other ends in the wearing-away of effective energy and a self satisfaction that makes one useless and superficial. Only the spiritual man, striking his roots deep in infinite and eternal life, can be a true creator.” — Nikolai Berdyaev
