A rogue little group of people spying for economic reasons on us citizens. Three weeks ago I had a roof over my head staying at my sisters and after writing a post regarding my uncle Dr. Richard Katz and his son Gregory Katz both of palm beach gardens Florida and NYC, I suspect strongly strong arm tactics aǹd trying to drive me crazy by way of some sort of speaker possibly a directional speaker to get me to leave where I had been visiting for 2 1\2 months. I think this little group wanted me back in Jacksonville Florida where they had an expectation that I would again be homeless and broke, alone and vulnerable especially at night. Two days ago someone aimed what felt like a laser and hit my face just above my lip leaving a dry spot of dry blood. Dr. Richard Katz is my uncle. David Kaufman and Allison Kaufman are my cousins originally from Quentin Avenue in Brooklyn. Ironically I never had an argument with any of them but none of the could ever return a call. I am as certain as can be there are monies that were hidden from me and my sister, stolen inheritances and shares of a trust never disclosed to me. Seymour Kaufman is my great uncle. My aunt Sarah Kaufman. This group of morons behind this campaign directed at me are trying to lock me in p!ace, prevent me from working by badmouthing me and starving me out, in general, basically. This group is using noise torture. Dr. Dick resides in PRES-TEE-GIOUS Ballenisles country club in palm beach gardens. This group was not happy according to what I heard and next thing I know, just as I was getting somewhere, I'm uprooted again. This group of morons have been throwing alot of cash around paying people off or to say and do certain things.

I was very bored at work today so i decided to make a few boards for the Princes 😋. I wanted to make fashion boards of what they might wear for modern AU!!
Part 1…?
Okay first up: Licht Klein
Tumblr media
I see him being dressed very casually, very much a hoodie guy. I almost wanna say he gives me skater/grungy vibes but it’s a soft version 😙🩵✨
Next up is: Nokto Klein
Tumblr media
He gives me fratty/rich boy, sexy real estate vibes. He’s a button up-type dude and always has an expensive ass watch - and is always dressed very well in case he decides to bring a lady home 😉💙✨
Next we have: Clavis Lelouch
Tumblr media
I had so much fun with his 😂. Clavis will never be seen looking anything but fabulous and classy - he’s a gentleman after all!! He is giving country club playboy, “my dad is a lawyer” vibes ✨💜
Last, we have: Gilbert Von Obsidian
Tumblr media
If you notice, there is no “athletic/sporty” section. This is because we all know Gil don’t work out 🤣💀. He was kinda tricky for me to pin down his style, he strikes me as a blazer with artsy black turtleneck type dude. it’s giving sophisticated-emo, with a smidge of bad boy energy. He’s not the best dressed, but certainly not the worst. 😌🖤✨

How do you find a sugar daddy or what did you do to get one?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
First things first…real sugar babies know that real sugar daddies are not on any sugaring websites. It’s very rare when someone gets someone who’s the real deal on a website/app!
{I either go the sugar baby route or the spoiled girlfriend route!}
Free styling: Going out in public is the best way to meet a potential!
High end bars
Country clubs
Coffee shops by hospitals or business buildings
Golf courses
High end restaurants
Be knowledgeable: Sugar daddies love brains! I’m very into the arts, literature, philosophy, history + psychology and my potentials eat it up! Having hobbies are important as well. My hobbies include:
Creating art
Writing
Playing badminton + croquet
Horseback riding
Reading
Learning foreign languages
Take good care of yourself: Always dress well and keep your hygiene routine in motion!
Nails done
Hair kept
Perfumed + oiled
Capsule wardrobe complete
Understand the world of the upper class: I grew up in a family of doctors + professors + teachers so I grew up learning proper etiquette as a classy lady!
{I also come from a lineage of royalty so it’s naturally in my blood! 🤭}
Know your table manners
Carry polite conversations
Learn how to properly shake hands
Smile and dress well during business dinners + events
Have good hosting skills + a clean home environment
Know what you want: I tend to stick with doctors + engineers. I also typically date men from different countries! Men who I have dated include:
An interior designer for Mercedes Benz
A civil engineer
An industrial engineer
A sport scientist
Have goals: Focus on yourself, create goals and set yourself up for success!
Stay educated in school
Start a business
Get a real estate license
Understand what career you want in life + make goals to get where you want to be in life
Strict boundaries are a must: Set yourself up with high standards! Know what you want and leave when someone isn’t fulfilling you. Trust there’s someone better out there that will treat you the way you deserve to be treated!
Make a list of red flags
Make a list of the kind of person you want to date (ex: career, personality + looks)
Make a list of things you expect and will not tolerate
These are just a few tips but if there’s any interest in going the online route, I do have a few tips!
More sugar baby, spoiled girlfriend + trophy wife tips can be found on my side blog @kittyboudoir under the advice tag in my side blog bio!

"Everyone has heard the whispers of country clubs denying membership based on background or beliefs, and one Ontario private community is making zero effort to hide its rule of ethnic exclusivity in a perplexing real estate listing that has quietly sat on the market since 2022.
The listing advertises the typical features you'd associate with a small-town home, along with its country club-specific lifestyle and the associated membership fees. But the home description kind of goes off the rails in the last few sentences of the listing, stating that any prospective buyer must be of "Ukrainian descent" to qualify for purchase.
Hold the phone. What?
Time to dive into the law books for a look at the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Under Part 1 (Freedom from Discrimination), section 2 (Accommodation) of the Code, "Every person has a right to equal treatment with respect to the occupancy of accommodation, without discrimination because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, family status, disability or the receipt of public assistance."
A handful of these classifications most definitely seem to point towards there being some pretty glaring issues with maintaining restrictive covenants limiting non-Ukrainians from purchasing a home.
In short, all signs point to 'you can't do this in Ontario.'
When asked directly if this listing is, in fact, legal, Rayissa Palmer, the broker associated with the listing, told blogTO, "That's a very good question," and then proceeded to describe the complexities of this community without ever directly addressing the opening query."

This is super illegal and unethical. Their argument is that technically you wouldn't own the land, you'd be a member. And that no one has challenged the legality of this yet. It's time someone challenged the legality of this.

today's preview is a more introspective look at the larger of our two locations - remington, georgia. while it has the glitz and glamour that sable grove could never aspire to, there are some who can't stand the hustle and bustle of someplace that always seems to be in motion. take a peek under the cut for it's full history alongside the six neighborhoods waiting within. if you have any questions, you know where to find us!
✨ explore remington, ga ✨
Tumblr media
the city of remington was founded in late 1829 during the georgia gold rush. it was a larger settlement for the prospectors that used to travel to sable grove to strike it rich. today, it is a thriving metropolis home to such prominent tourist attractions such as the great rapids amusement park, the barlowe botanical gardens, and distillery drive. it is also home to remington university and the official home of nfl team the remington prospectors, nhl team the remington gold hawks, and the mlb team the remington 29ers. remington is also known to be a festival city during the summers, hosting events such as the taste of remington and the street buskers festival. to the world, remington seems like a city of promise, however, if you look a little closer you’ll see dilapidated buildings with graffiti protesting the oppressive hold of corporations, you’ll see broken swing sets in seedy neighborhoods, and you might just be able to see deals being made on street corners. remington proves that even the shiniest of exteriors can have the grimiest of secrets lurking within.
barlowe reef
population - 20660 | price point - $$$ to $$$$
home to the barlowe botanical gardens and the great rapids amusement park, the neighborhood of barlowe is known as a tourist haven. the northernmost peak of remington, you’ll also have access to the barlowe bridge which connects remington and sable grove across bennington bay. it also houses the shorefront which showcases the pier and harbor. housing in the area is middle tier and largely populated with airbnbs and hotels.
camden
population - 17486 | price point - $$$ to $$$$$
camden is a historic part of remington that was once lined with bootleggers and secret speakeasies between the 1920s to the 1930s. now, it is widely known as the fine arts and cultural district. it is home to the remington art gallery and theatre alley which is home to the remington ballet company, the remington philharmonic, and the remington players. it is also home to jazz clubs, piano bars, and of course your good ol’ country music bars. some casting agencies, modeling agencies, and production companies also call camden home. the neighborhood also has a series of small man-made parks and trails that are a runner’s paradise. this area houses a lot of trendy apartment buildings, brownstones, and houses with old world charm that tend to be perfect for those in the middle-income or higher income brackets.
crestmont
population - 10576 | price point - $$$$ to $$$$$
crestmont is remington’s financial and governmental neighborhood. you’ll find city hall which houses city council offices, the mayor’s office, and all the major courthouses. it is also home to the remington police department and the sheriff's station. crestmont also has easy access to remington memorial hospital and the remington firehouse. around the corner from city hall is market street which is home to well known financial institutions, major real estate developers, and also larger tech and entertainment-focused companies. homes in this area are relatively pretty expensive and swanky and feature penthouses, brownstones, and luxury apartments.
cromwell
population - 14177 | price point - $$$ to $$$$$
cromwell is perhaps one of the busiest neighborhoods in remington featuring all the major sports arenas and stadiums as well as the larger concert venues. it is home to palladium square which is full to the brim with street performers and buskers. during the weekends, there is a large farmer’s market and craft and book fairs. it is also a hop skip and jump from remington public library and cromwell park. due to its resemblance to many popular cities, cromwell is a popular filming location. you’ll find mid-tier to high-tier housing in the area, and it is home to many families with young children.
snakeleaf
population - 20101 | price point - $ to $$$
back in the 1800s, the snakeleaf area used to be swampy marshy lands where only the underlings of the city used to congregate. it still maintains its “seedy” reputation with its collection of motels and other shady businesses. unlike the rest of the city, the snakeleaf area is not prim and pristine. however, some would argue that this is where the real deals in the city happen and not in crestmont or cromwell. the main highlight of this area is the abandoned shoe factory which is a popular venue for raves, outlandish parties, and general debauchery that is rented by more elite hands than you would think to imagine. housing is cheap here, but it comes at the cost of your safety and sanity, quite frankly.
yearwood
population - 30000 | price point - $ to $$$
yearwood widely known as the education district, yearwood is home to remington university spanning ten whole city blocks. around the corner from remington university, you’ll also find the yearwood mall and tucked in a corner is distillery drive which features bars, clubs, taverns, cafes, and restaurants that are popular with students, remington residents, and tourists alike. at the end of distillery drive, you’ll find the wall, a skate park with a massive brick wall that is frequently tagged with graffiti, murals, and messages. housing in this area is relatively cheap and largely occupied by students or early career professionals.

to the previous anon since when does coming from a middle class family mean you’re wealthy? most of the wags are middle class families. even lauren Kyle. i believe her dad is a doctor. these girls never had careers and are dependent on finding a man to financially support their lifestyle. u don’t have to be poor to be considered a golddigger.
im a nurse myself and not trying to be a wag so its not that im offended ,but “knocking up bartenders” is a weird thing to say seeing how at least a bartender makes her OWN money. even the term Puckbunny is literally a girl going after a successful wealthy hockey player lol if thats not gold digger idk what is lol
mm no i would put most wags in upper-middle class or lower-upper class categories.
i wouldn't call them golddiggers, as they already have family money, and could date some sort of finance bro (for example) who also has family money, if they wanted to
i would classify them more as "status diggers" than anything else, as either way they are going to marry within their social/economic class, but they are choosing to go after someone/be with someone who is within their socioeconomic class + is a public figure due to being a professional athlete
as i said before, most hockey players nowadays come from upper-middle or lower-upper class backgrounds and people within those social classes almost always marry each other (as with most social classes tbh)
back when nhl players came from more varied socioeconomic backgrounds, it was more likely that they could "knock up a bartender" i.e. date/marry a girl from a lower-middle class background
socioeconomic class explanations
this is how i would divide these out (GENERALIZATIONS):
working class aka "lower" class, blue-collar workers
low-paid & "low-skilled" jobs often requiring physical labor, in the services sector, etc
paycheck to paycheck
hourly-wage jobs
vocational training and/or some post-secondary education
likely to rent instead of own
lower-middle class
post-secondary education and/or vocational training
salaried jobs - will have worked hourly-wage jobs at some point
limited savings
some investments (not real estate)
own modest homes, cars
prioritize vacations, entertainment over further investments
middle-middle class
between lower & upper middle class, share traits of both
not quite lower-middle but not wealthy enough for upper-middle
financial stability
upper-middle class
high salary jobs in specialized fields
post-secondary education +++
real estate and other investments
can go on more frequent vacations, own a vacation home, etc
own larger homes in more expensive neighbourhoods
lower-upper class
"nouveau riche" / new money made from investments, business, etc
money in the family less than 3-4 generations
highly successful business owners, entrepreneurs
real estate and other investments / sources of income
freedom to frequently vacation
country club members
influential in politics, etc
upper-upper class
"old money" inherited wealth
WASPs, "high-society"
many investment streams
money has been passed down for 3-4+ generations
almost "unlimited" time & money for leisure, activities, travel
very exclusive country club members
very influential in politics, etc

"[University of California, San Francisco] is trying to isolate and marginalize me. Medicine residents are complaining that leadership will not allow me to speak in antiracism forums because they characterize me as “controversial.” But I am not some outlier of medicine. I am a part of its history of correction. Judging by the sheer numbers of medical students who reach out to me from around the country to ask for mentorship, to work alongside me, and who come to UCSF specifically because of my work, I am part of a movement bringing forward ideas that are a postcard from the future, that were gifted to me by the loving relationships of the communities who teach me and who I serve.  These are ideas that call for radical inquiry into why medicine doesn’t serve all, despite 20 years of investment into so-called “health equity.” These are ideas that look unflinchingly into the violence of our past and the present to map a better world without violence in the future, so that all may be healthy. These are ideas that bring analysis of critical pedagogies into medicine, insisting upon an understanding of how history and power are shaping the health outcomes we see. This is not comfortable work. But it is necessary if we want to see all people thrive and live the lives they truly deserve. My understanding of health equity and justice comes from decades of being a part of and serving communities in the struggle for our collective liberation. I realize there are not too many physicians in the academy who spend as much time as I have in frontline struggles — listening to families who have lost their loved ones to racist police violence, which continues to grow in the U.S., and standing together with Indigenous people who are resisting a pipeline  through their water, or a real estate development going up on their sacred site. Today, experts with institutional roles in health equity are notably silent about the genocide in Gaza, which speaks volumes about their allegiance to power rather than their commitment to end inequities. I do not learn about health equity from reading books, attending conferences or holding journal clubs. I learn about health equity through building solidarity and living in lockstep with the communities I serve and to whom I belong, through the practice of Deep Medicine. My understanding of health is shaped by the survivors of genocide working to get their land back in Ohlone territory where I was born and where I work. It is sharpened by La Via Campesina’s peasant farming movement, the legacy of the Black Panther Party, the Waorani’s struggle to hold oil companies responsible for the pollution of the Amazon, the families of Oscar Grant, Mario Woods and Alex Nieto, all killed by Bay Area police, the family at Poor Magazine, disability justice movements and survivors of medical violence, and the Indigenous-led pipeline resistance, which has been the most effective tactic to lower greenhouse gas emissions in North America. My work is shaped by many people who work in service of ending apartheid in Palestine and bringing a future with equal rights for all."

Bees and Honey: A Swamp Monster Love Story
by Victoria Weyland
Storygraph Link contains info such as publication date, number of pages, community-created content warnings, and more.
This review has also been published in the May 2023 edition of the wonderful @monstermag (which you should definitely check out if you're a fan of monster romance; download past editions here)
Tumblr media
Bees and Honey: A Swamp Monster Love Story is a fun little novella set in modern, rural Louisiana—specifically, it’s set in a very real place known as Honey Island Swamp, which is (according to Google) one of the least-altered river swamps in modern America. It has seen very little real estate development or other construction. It’s a wilderness that has been only lightly touched by humanity, and the fictional characters that populate it in this novella want to keep it that way!
Our story focuses on Heather, a born-and-raised Southerner who moved to Honey Island Swamp after a disastrous breakup that sent her life into a tailspin. She pulled an apiary (bee farm) up from the ground and built a business as a beekeeper selling honey and candles to the locals. Now, however, her home and business are threatened by McMasters, a white city slicker who wants to buy her and her neighbors’ properties and turn them into country clubs and homes for rich people. Heather is angry. Heather is more than angry, actually—she’s furious. But her helpless rage is turned into something much more actionable when she meets Honey, the ageless reptilian guardian of Honey Island Swamp.
I really enjoyed this story and consumed it in a single sitting! Weyland is a great storyteller with approachable prose and a writing style that’s easy to settle into and enjoy. I liked all of the Southern mannerisms and terms of speech that she peppered into Bees and Honey, and how she and her protagonist share a clear love for the flora and fauna of Louisiana. There are some nods to the realities of living in the Deep South—Heather’s neighbors, an aging, interracial gay couple, aren’t exactly welcome at the local church events—but overall, Bees and Honey focuses on the sweeter things in life such as community, friendship, and love.
This book is very LGBT+ positive, too, which is always great to see. Heather, upon meeting the swamp monster known as Honey, asks for his pronouns, which he gives her without fuss. Heather herself uses the pansexual label.
And let me just say that I loved Honey. He came across as extremely masculine and sexy without veering into the realm of toxic masculinity at all, which was a relief—all too often with traditional human romances, the male lead is a complete dick and I end up wishing the heroine got together with someone nicer. Not so with Honey! He asks permission for various acts during a sex scene with Heather, and doesn’t attempt to take away her autonomy or control her life and happiness in any way.
The plot with McMasters getting his comeuppance is very satisfying. If you live in a rural area that is undergoing rapid urban development the way I do, you will sympathize with Heather, Bubs, Cliff, and the rest of the fictional residents of Honey island Swamp. McMasters is an (unfortunately slight) exaggeration of an all too real breed of rich white landowners who use scare tactics to bully poor folks into selling their land, and it felt good to read about him losing his war to turn Honey Island Swamp into a playground for rich people with more money than sense.
Lastly, I loved the Bee Facts™ that Weyland sprinkled throughout the story. They’re funny as well as educational, and as each is generally 1-2 sentences long they don’t distract from the story itself. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Bees and Honey: A Swamp Monster Love Story. It was a great way to spend an evening and I enjoyed Honey and Heather wholeheartedly. They had a bee-utiful romance and I’m very excited to read more of Weyland’s work!
