I really think this is a creative au, at least I haven't read any slasher aus before. as someone that hasn't watched any of these movies (aside from the boy), i enjoyed reading these and could understand the plots well. so yeah, really cool au 10/10 :']]]] I think my favorite is house of wax

5. Do you plan? Or do you “wing it”?

i tend to wing it!! the only fics i've planned out are plastic flowers and heresy, grace & other juxtapositions! it's more fun to wing it but a lot of stuff ends up written out of order that way :']

8. Have any comments/tags/responses on a fic of yours ever made you laugh, cry or both?

a lot of them have made me cry :'] the most recent was a tag on hiraeth!! people telling me that a work connected with them or comforted them always makes me super emotional because i'm so happy i get to share things that other people enjoy with them!! some of them make me laugh too - any feedback is <333

16. What is your favorite character (or characters) to write for?

san feels very versatile to write for so i like writing him!! he ties with hongjoong and yeosang though, i enjoy writing for those three the most !!!

a few close friends!! it's nice to have a few people who you can always count on for company or anything else you might need

sunflower - sun or moon?

it's a super difficult decision but i would choose sun!!! warmth reminds me of love and family

gladiolus - who do you look up to most?

i don't want to give too sappy an answer and i don't think i could ever choose one person but more recently i look up to both bang chan and hongjoong a lot, solely because both their groups have songs that have helped me through a lot of stuff and i'd love to be that person for other people too

snapdragon - favourite mythical creature?

shit uh- i love all yōkai and selkies are cool too!!!! and not to be nsfw on main but any mythical monster <33

F: Share a snippet from one of your favourite dialogue scenes you've written and explain why you're proud of it.

“We could go sunbathing or something,” Wooyoung offers, raising an eyebrow.

“But you get sunburnt,” you mumble.

“Don’t be such a bitch about it. Let’s go,” he says halfway through a yawn.

“I’m not a bitch,” you mutter but your voice comes out defensive.

i cut out anything that wasn't dialogue but i really like this one. i'm not good at dialogue but it felt nice to write this one so i'm fond of it <3 this was supposed to show how wooyoung was willing to set aside his own problems for them but in turn hurt them anyway because they had taken on his problems as their own.

G: Do you write your story from start to finish, or do you write the scenes out of order?

fics 5k+ that aren't written in one/two sittings are all written out of order - if i think of a good scene or phrase i try to get it down before i have the chance to forget it :']

T: Any fandom tropes you can't stand?

i really don't like jealous boyfriend tropes and i dislike a majority of hospital fics ('character gets hurt and wakes up in the hospital to a happpy ending' sort of tropes).

S: Any fandom tropes you can't resist?

not too many - sharing a hotel room and learning something about the other person, childhood friends, nsfw enemies to lovers - but 99% of what i read is hurt/comfort to be honest

3. Do you have a favorite scene you’ve written from [Fanfic Name] story/chapter?

my favourite scenes that i've written recently is one from chapter four Heresy, Grace & Other Juxtapositions where Yeosang thinks about what love really means to him and the domestic scene from Hiraeth when San first has dinner with all of the boys and y/n!! those feel homey to me so i really like them

4. Did you have any ideas that didn’t make the final cut of [Fanfic Name]?

a large majority of my fics are 50% of what i originally wanted to put down :') Plastic Flowers is missing various domestic scenes and Saccharine, Syrupy and Other Words That Remind Me of You is missing a lot of backstory on how Mingi fell in love with y/n and how the two of them officially got together

15. What is the fanfic you’ve written that you’re most proud of?

Plastic Flowers for sure!! it got me properly into writing again, was inspired by some personal feelings and i had a lot of support from my favourite people while writing it!! Heresy, Grace & Other Juxtapositions is a very close runner-up though

21. Is there an idea you’ve always wanted to write, but haven’t yet?

for something i've always wanted to write, i'd love to write some really intense angst involving childhood friends that haven't seen each other in a long time and are reunited through something painful that results in a lot of guilt and memories resurfacing

there are also a lot of super personal ideas that i haven't written yet because i'm scared of getting backlash for them. i'd like to write on my experience with disordered eating in more detail because i know that in my experience it's been comforting to find fics on things that people are reluctant to discuss openly.
