So I've been rewatching Flapjack and had the worst idea ever.
What if K'nuckles were a hooded seal disguised as a human to hunt the residents of Stormalong but found himself growing attached to his primary targets (such as Flapjack) and decided to live his secondary life as a human?
This is his form without the fake limbs and clothes and everything.
K'nuckles is a pathetic man(?). Gets drunk off syrup. Obsessed with candy. Lies, cheats, and steals constantly. Absolute worst role model and yet is loved by a little boy who calls him the greatest adventurer ever.
Sakamoto Tatsuma is a weird freight fleet captain with chronic motion sickness. He fought in a war and injured his hand so he can't hold a sword anymore. Is extremely naïve but a great salesman. His best friend and brains is a woman who does a better job controlling the fleet, but as he has heart in the job he has more loyalty on his side.
to feed my empire here are more details to the au
when k'nuckles first disguised himself, he remembered he had to learn human language in order to blend in easier with the humans to lure them in, so, he did....albeit roughly.
for the longest time he could only communicate in barking or growling but he can finally use complete sentences. though because of him being a seal/sea lion/whatever, his voice is naturally very raspy.
