Last year I spent 1,946 hours in front of a screen in one way or another. That's almost a quarter of all the time in a year...⁣ Fortunately not all of that time was spent on Instagram (I didn't even dare to check just how much it was), but I actually used a lot of that time productively! ⁣ I have mixed feelings about the time I spend creating things digitally. I enjoy it very much, but am I better off spending that time outside? Is the enjoyment of being outside more valuable for my brain than the satisfaction of creating digital art or writing code? I don't know. ⁣ Either way I'm so grateful for all the time I get to spend outside now! Another picture from the wonderful church village Bonnstan in Skelleftea. Unfortunately there are only very few church villages left to visit because only 16 of the original 70 villages have survived. Therefore I was happy to be able to explore two of them on our road trip. The church villages are usually a collection of simple huts in the immediate vicinity of the local church. These huts originated mainly from the church duty, which was introduced in the 16th century and implied that everyone has to attend the Sunday mass. Due to the often very long way to the church for farmers this led to the fact that overnight places had to be created. --- Ein anderes Bild aus dem tollen Kirchendorf Bonnstan in Skelleftea. Leider gibt es nur noch sehr wenig Kirchendörfer zu bestaunen denn von den ursprünglichen 70 Dörfern sind nur noch 16erhalten. Daher war ich glücklich auf unserem Road Trip gleich zwei davon erkunden zu können. Bei den Kirchendörfern handelt es sich in der Regel um eine Ansammlungen von einfachen Hütten in unmittelbarer Umgebung zur Kirche. Diese Hütten entstanden vor allem aus der Kirchen Pflicht heraus, welche im 16 Jahrhundert eingeführt wurde und besagte das jeder die Sonntagsmesse zu besuchen hat. E' stato un giorno difficile il terzo giorno a Stoccolma, avevo progettato di farmi un bel giro in barca nell'arcipelago ma, a causa di un guasto nel quale la barca ha perso tutta l'acqua potabile, siamo dovuti rientrare alla base. Immaginatevi il mio furore alle 3 del pomeriggio con mezza giornata andata, siccome sono un ottimo improvvisatore tuttavia, ho salvato la giornata comprando un altro tour al volo! Se volete i dettagli fate un girazzo sul canale alle 18:00 di oggi per una sequenza di BROLL che vi porterà a vivere quel giorno con me. In Skelleftea I made a short stop on the way to Narvik. This charming little town with its two universities brought me to a small stopover in Bonnstan because of the small ancient part of town (in Sweden often called "Gamler"). I really love these many small wooden houses that seem to be still used as weekend homes. --- In Skelleftea machte ich einen kurzen stopp auf den Weg nach Narvik. Diese charmante kleine Stadt mit ihren zwei Universitäten hat mich aber vor allem wegen dem kleinen altertümlichen Stadtteil (in Schweden häufig „Gamler“ gennant) „Bonnstan“ zu einem kleinen Zwischenstopp gebracht. 🇬🇧 - In Gamla Stan I enjoyed watching a lot of different types of people, including tourists from all over the world, metalheads, sellers of cinnamon wheels, real soldiers and so on and so forth, I was amazed by all this "biodiversity" of which humanity is composed. I also enjoyed doing vlog amidst the people who, amazed, did not understand my language (I vlog in Italian) and some of them appeared even doing sometimes a nod. . 🇮🇹 - A Gamla Stan mi sono divertito ad osservere un sacco di tipologie di persone diverse, tra turisti da tutto il mondo, metallari, venditori di rotelle di cannella, soldati reali e chi più ne ha più ne metta sono rimasto stupito da tutta questa "biodiversità" di cui è composta l'umanità.
