Marvel Stars, Supergirl, Micky Dolenz, LEGO Masters Among New Wizard World Virtual Experiences
Wizard Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:WIZD) brings more “Wizard World Virtual Experiences” featuring stars of iconic franchises across its digital video platforms this week. On Saturday at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT, Marvel Universe standouts Maja Stojan, Christopher Daniel Barnes, Daz Crawford and Akira Akbar take the virtual stage, Then on Tuesday it’s the DC world with a “Supergirl” cast gathering featuring Mehcad Brooks, Jesse Rath, Sam Witwer, Helen Slater, Erica Durance and Nicole Maines at 1 p.m. ET / 10 a.m. PT. Musician Micky Dolenz (“The Monkees”) kicks off the next week with an appearance on Sunday, August 2 at 1 p.m. ET / 10 a.m. ET, followed on Saturday, August 8 at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT, by the “LEGO Masters,” The Newlyweds: Tyler and Amy Clites; The Bearded Builders: Boone Langston and Mark Cruickshank; The Eccentrics: and Samuel and Jessica Ragzy Ewud.
In addition, the WizTV series features a slew of fun free panels, starting with a twin-bill on Sunday: UCre-8 Comics with Victor Dandridge (1 p.m. ET / 10 a.m. PT) and How To YouTube with Fandoms Anonymous (4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT). Then on Monday help celebrate Bugs Bunny’s 80th Birthday (time TBD). On Tuesday, it’s a Buffy Fan Panel with Pure Fandom at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT. Then it’s two more on Friday to conclude a jam-packed week: The Wives of Harry Potter (7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT) followed immediately by The Drunk Texts: Vol. 1 (8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT)

Callan and Quinton talk their brand-new single “I Don’t Care” with Eliza Jefferson.
EJ: First off, Happy Belated Birthday Callan. 27!? How does it feel?
CD: [laughs] An awful lot like 26 if I’m being honest. Not much changed for me.
EJ: [laughs] Well it just started so hopefully you get some difference. Obviously, you’re both here together in support of the single “I Don’t Care”, which is the first time you two have worked together. What is it about each other that made this song and this partnership come together?
QH: Callan’s great obviously. You talk about some of the best artists today and he’s in those conversations. I’ve always wanted to work with him, it was just kind of one of those things that had to be organic in some way and he had this project and some of this song done so I hopped on it with him, it was pretty dope.
CD: Yeah, it felt really organic, how it all came about. I was working on this album, reaching out to some friends and trying to make some new ones and work with some people I hadn’t gotten the chance to yet and Quintons name kept coming up. A few of the guys at the studio I work out of kept saying “oh there’s this new kid and he’s incredible you should look him up” and the rest is pretty much history.
EJ: So he was your first choice for this? There wasn’t like a long list?
CD: Not at all. I don’t think anyone could have fit for this specific song.
EJ: It feels like a very “summer” kind of song. Is that what you guys were going for?
CD: Yeah. I wrote a lot of the track a while back but it didn’t really come together until I sent it to Q. I’d credit him with making it the song that it became. But it started as just a feel good track to play in the car with the windows down.
QH: [laughs] Nah, I wouldn’t say that. I just went with what I felt Callan was saying with what he had written by the time I got the song. It felt like that kind of song that’s lowkey sad but you can dance to and at the same time and find that person who makes you feel light and breezy, like the instrumental.
EJ: Is that something you both related on throughout the process of putting the song together?
QH: For me, I definitely thought about that. Most of my stuff isn’t super personal but I had to hang with this guy for this one so I had to tap into something to bring the best I could think of out.
CD: Yeah, I think I put a lot of personal thoughts and feelings into my music and this one sorta followed that same vein. But I think it’s relatable on a lot of levels. Who hasn’t been in a situation that they don’t quite feel the most comfortable but there’s that one person that makes it alright? You know.
EJ: Okay, last question here. Is this the last collaboration or the first of many?
CD: Ooo. That’s a good one isn’t it? I don’t know. Do we have any other collaborations in the works?
QH: Well, there’s another one on Cal’s album- which you should all stream- that we did with Maxwell Harper, Harper as in not my brother. [laughs] But I’m definitely down for more. This guy calls the shots though. [he shrugs]

Hi Callan! Happy birthday :)
I was just wondering if you could share your happiest memory with us?
"Thank you, friend! I have to say, I am very lucky, because I have many good memories to look back to. And I'm thankful for all of them. But my happiest memory, as sappy as it may sound, was my wedding.
I had dreamed so long of that day and when it was finally there, I was as happy as never before. I love Henry, have loved him for a long time already, so I couldn't wait to marry him. It was very emotional for me, especially the traditional wedding dance with my father, who back then was still alive.
I look back at that day very fondly and I can say for sure that I've never been happier than on that day. It was my own personal fairytale coming true."

He does! He especially likes watching them with his best friend Rhys, because Rhys is very jumpy when it comes to horror movies and Callan thinks it's funny.

What does Callan like doing on his birthdays? What's the happiest birthday he remembers?
Callan's birthdays always start with sleeping in, sweets for breakfast and quality time with his loved ones (also cuddles, lots of cuddles. when he was younger from his dad and his nurse, later from his husband).
He also visits the temple of the moon goddess every year, because his birthday happens to be on the same day as a very important fae holiday dedicated to the moon (and because she's the one who saved his life when he was born).
Often, those visits were connected with a little walk through the village. Or he snuck away to meet Henry (though later when Henry lived with him there was no need for that anymore).
Afterwards, his best friend Rhys, who's prince if the Aspen Court, will visit (sometimes he already comes a day or do earlier) and the two usually prepare for the upcoming feast together.
Because on Callan's birthday, there is always a huge feast where many friends and other people are invited to celebrate. Callan loves feasts, especially his own birthday feast: the music, dressing up, being around people, dancing - he is excited for it every year.
The celebrations go until late at night, though to the end of it, Callan always gets away from the festivities and instead goes spending some quiet time in the gardens, visiting his mother's statue, bringing her flowers and talking to her for a while before going to bed. And that's usually how he spends his birthday.
And the happiest birthday he remembers is the first one he had after he married Henry, because it was the first time he had all his loved ones around him for his birthday and that the whole day. Oh and there was also one when he was still pretty young, where his father, who usually was always busy with his duty as king, took a whole day off and made a trip with him, just the two of them (even without guards).

what does callan love most about his husband? and the other way around? (I’ve been dying to ask you this and this might be the perfect time ahaha)
Oh I love that question! Okay so
If asked, Callan would be like "Everything. What's there not to love about him?" But I think one of the things he loves most is how much of a good-hearted person his husband is? Like, he's kind and gentle and very amiable.
Callan loves how Henry makes him feel like the most loved and cherished person in the whole world. He has a very calming effect on him, too. It makes him feel all fuzzy inside when he sees him, makes him feel save and warm and that's a feeling he absolutely adores. It's one of many things he loves about him.
His husband loves Callan's devotion, his love for all life and seemingly never-ending optimism. He's a positive force in Henry's life, the light in his world, even when things get tough. But what Henry loves most about Callan is that he can just be himself around him. He knows that Callan loves him the way he is and that he understands him in a way no one else does.
You see those two are so good for each other and they love each other so much and I love them and I- I'll shut up now before I swoon over those two 🙈

Callan likes chocolate cake with cream!
It's just one of many baked goods at his birthday party, but it's his favorite! He can't get enough of it.
When he was younger, he used to snatch a piece of the chocolate cake even before it was served.

The first thing he did was breakfast in bed (with his husband of course). He likes eating sweet stuff and grapes for breakfast on his birthday ^^
The last thing was stargazing in the gardens (also with his husband. and some friends, too, sometimes)
