Does the flower from your first n2 post have any significance? Why isn't it blooming?
Yes the flower here does have significance!
It’s a memorial flower, the exact species of flower is one I made up, it’s one that has a strange growth period, there’s no real way to tell when it’s going to bloom but it does only bloom at night.
John Dory got the seeds while on one of his searches and gave it to Floyd since at the time Floyd was severely depressed and was spending all day everyday in his room in the bunker. JD had given Floyd a bunch of seeds for a garden but Floyd ended up only planting one which he’s been taking care of since he planted it.
He planted it on Clays birthday so they refer to it as Clay’s flower, but it’s a memorial for all their lost family members, so their parents, grandma, Clay, and Spruce/Bruce
Other than just maintaining it, Floyd also talks to it like the ones they lost can hear him through the flower, he visits it at least once everyday while the other brothers only visit on anniversaries and birthdays. (They also only bring the lights and photos out then as well, to keep the photos safe from damage)
It’s Floyd’s way of grieving :)

I just love how carefree mulder and scully are in david’s episodes, it’s a side of them we so rarely got to see… 😔😔😔
yeah, me too. david writes journeys for mulder, with clear morals and arcs. the unnatural is about valuing “life on this planet,” finding space for joy and connection in the midst of blinding pursuit. amor fati is about commitment to your purpose, realigning to who you are at the core, who you were as a child. the promises that you made to yourself then. hollywood a.d. is about legacy, what we leave behind: does it matter if it’s warped, or if it’s nothing, so long as we loved and were loved well?
david’s episodes are classic hero’s journeys, active lessons for mulder as a character. but these are all things that scully already knows, so she gets to be passive and lighthearted and wise. they aren’t having anything beaten into them; they’re growing through storytelling, through play, through identification. they’re growing through watching a movie at 3am and rambling to each other. they’re growing through eating gross fake ice cream and reading old newspapers on a saturday morning. they’re growing through swinging a baseball bat, hips before hands, all night under the stars.

i love vitaseele but my friend sent me art of vitahua and i'm curious on what my fav vita lover thinks about that
It’s a crackship? The art is cute but it doesn’t have anything exciting to it in canon. So far you have to make it all up yourself as they’ve never met directly (or at least not yet).
Do I think they could get along? …probably? Vita can make herself approachable, and Hua is such a serious dork that she’s difficult to dislike. Would they kiss? Depends entirely on how you are imagining everything about the crackship to go. It’s a fun kind of freedom!
If you want my honest feeling: I’m a little annoyed by vitahua. However, it’s purely because of my personal feelings, the ship’s fine. It just can’t make me happy right now.
I like VitaSeele because I like how Vita and Seele interacted in canon, and I want to explore that more, they were basically set up as foils to one another and I really like foil romances, Vita flirted with Seele a lot and crumbs make me happy. Interesting themes, challenges to overcome due to different personalities and goals, a shared history. Stuff like that!
It’s not just because they look cute next to each other and both get thirst called mother so it’s not really comparable with vitahua.

riverdale core four is like. they are codependent, they are toxic, they are best friends, they are starved horny teenagers searching for a feeling they can’t describe, they are kids playing house, mirroring the adults around them. they are tied together by fate, they are chemically bonded for life by the trauma they’ve been through, they are the only constant force in each other’s lives through the ever-unfolding darkness in their town. they are trapped in a powder keg, holding onto each other, waiting to explode. and most importantly: they love each other more than anyone else in the whole entire world.

the lyrics, “you’re still here even though you’re gone. you disappear when the lights come on. you’re still the one that I dream about. now I’m stuck in a nightmare and I can’t get out.” are so personal to me

like. i found the post again. and they talk about how in-context of the album, it’s about the protagonist overcoming abuse. and it kinda is. but also it’s just not? if anything it’s about the protagonist finding new love in christ. while it still is about the protagonist overcoming abuse. you can’t take the jesus out of it.
