So, this is my own #BubbleGown. The inspiration is as follows: 1) #Glinda- #WizardOfOz movie 2) Glinda- #WickedTheMusical 3) Sarah's gown from #Labyrinth (which I swear was directly from WoO 4) Charles James #CloverleafGown (s) 5) the Star Princess gowns from the Australian and Us productions of #thePhantomOfTheOpera 6) @rupaulofficial 's pleated petal #EleganzaExtravaganza from season 10 of @rupaulsdragrace 7) the painted gown from the 1938 #MarieAntoinette movie The entire aim is to have that feeling of being made out of air and light. So the fabric is not only sheer it also reflects light, the tulle layer, adds depth so you feel like you are looking through the layer, the under structure makes sure the fabric moves freely even if the folds are sculptural.
