In the universe in which Bruce Wayne and Joker are in a public relationship and are a power couple, I gots some thoughts.
So, Bruce visits Joker in Arkham or whatever. Like brings him flowers or something, I dunno. And someone says something about how they cannot BELIEVE billionaire Bruce Wayne would spend his time with someone who is mentally unstable enough to be in Arkham. Well, said someone's buisness suddenly fails when for some unbeknownst reason, Wayne Enterprises stop financially supporting said buisness.
Some time later, Joker and Bruce are at a gala. Bruce Wayne expierences autism 100 moment and someone goes ableism about it. Just a passing comment. And then after the rich socialite party, maybe two nights after, Joker doesn't kill them, but he sure does psychological torture.

Okay i have yet to see a post about this that isnt filled with ppl being Annoying as Fuck on it, but,
theyve found wreckage of the submersible, it imploded (thank god, thats better than a drawn out suffocation over the course of several days, implosion means it was pretty much instantaneous) and the us navy have revealed they heard a weird sound on sunday from about where communication with the sub was lost, that was probably the sound of the implosion, [implied that they didnt say anything cos they didnt want to jump to conclusions without evidence of a wreckage, if there was a chance they were still alive.] no idea what the banging sounds were.
I do hope rescue efforts are extended to the migrants off the coast of greece, and am angry and horrified at their mistreatment, and that the media clearly cares less for their fates than that of the billionaires on the sub.
also, while i have you here,
The difference between a submersible and a submarine is not that one is safer. The titan was a submersible that was unsafe, but that is not because it was a submersible.
A submarine (or sub) is a watercraft capable of independent operation underwater.
A submersible is a watercraft designed to operate underwater, usually supported by a nearby surface vessel, platform, shore team or sometimes a larger submarine.
submarines generally dont go as deep as our deepest submersibles, but some can be down there for months at a time bc it is like. a self sufficient Ship. not all submersibles can go crazy deep, but to my knowledge, the only crewed vessels that can go that deep, are submersibles. (Alvin, deepsea challenger, limiting factor, trieste, fendouzhe or "striver").

I just end each of my work days completely fucking exhausted, which I feel like a lot of people would scoff at since I work a tech support job where 90% of my work day is spent sat in front of a computer answering phones and emails to, well, provide technical support. But it is so draining, especially since I am so introverted. My throat hurts from talking so much. I am so tired. I've still got two days left this week and those two days are PACKED with more meetings and I am so tired.

Protip for those struggling to survive on their too-small income and being hounded by charity phonecalls guilting you to donate when you've got like forty bucks to your name (or like, you're in a hospital bed on painkillers and in no condition to donate and the charity who called you growls at you and hangs up) instead of hitting up people who can actually afford to donate without starving that week or going into debt,
Just say you prefer to donate online, and then don't. Say something like anyone can call claiming to be a charity and in today's world you prefer to not give your card number to strangers over the phone. If they keep pushing you imply/outright say they sound like a scammer and hang up.
(I have this theory about the "poor people are more charitable than the wealthy" studies. Are we really more charitable or are we just more exploitable? When someone on SSI is constantly harassed and guilted to give up their last twenty dollars for the month for people who have it worse than us, is that charity or is it being shamed for being poor? I literally told a caller that I was forced to live on on a five hundred dollar per month payment and I barely had enough money to get me thru the next two weeks until the next payment, the caller told me "Oh we have people on SSI who routinely donate at least twenty dollars per month!" I was so flustered I ended up giving ten. Fuck's sake, go hit up someone who doesn't need to rely on this country's miserable pittance to just barely survive.)
