#my actual posts lol #haha what if i made a daily diary post thing like nico #..i was just thinking #today was a good day #and i thought of this song #ive been playing summon night swordcraft story a lot as of late.. though none today actually #its still on my mind though #i considered using dweller empty path's song flying through a stary sky instead.. but this is what i thought of first #i think it fits best to use it #i actually had to jump through some hoops to upload music! #cus my tumblr app is kinda old.. i cant properly upload music. i could only put a link #which isnt exactly ideal #so i tried in my web browser.. but maybe its cus i havent updated it in a while or maybe just cus its tor.. it didnt work #so i downloaded firefox and did it on there lol #now im editing it in my drafts back on the app #dont ask why im not just doing it on my computer... shes having some technical difficulties. we're working on it #but not today #... #today was pretty eventful.. even if not very productive. but ive never been a very productive person #we went and saw some light festival thing! it was rly nice.. a little simple at times but it was fun #we went and got some yummy snacks earlier too! tho ive already eaten them all hehe #and i started up animal crossing new leaf. i hadnt played it in ages! its startling how much better it is than new horizions.. imo at least #only problem is i couldnt make it the same as my island.. and i didnt remember why i named my last town #we searched for a while for some reference or somfin to name it after.. but we ended up just going with ''faraway'' #cus i liked the idea of being asked where im going.. and just saying far far away #and as beth said it has a kinda fairytail vibe! #...only after i named it did i realize i accidentally named it after the town in omori. oops! #...im about to hit the tag limit. so whoevers still listening i just want u to know.. #i love you. ok? #goodnight

i think i may hate instagram the most out of all the social medias i use its so fucking boring i cant stay on there for more than 5 minutes. thats probably a good thing but like if it wasnt for it being the most reliable for following irl friends (and a lot of visual artists i like) i would never use that fucking app it puts me to sleep

so discord decided to not learn anything from the failed crypto/nft integration of last year, as they’re now planning to include ai chatbots and ai tools into their godforsaken app.

they’re also changing their tos to reverse their protection policies on recording our data

i’m heavily advising anyone with sensitive, private or nda information on their discords to think about hosting it elsewhere as discord will likely suck it up without bias to feed into their new ai chatbot. this is a major fuckup on discord’s end and incredbily tone-deaf to what their userbase consist of.

i also reccomend while you still can to disable any data analysis you have enabled in privacy and security. it’s on by default for many users. hell i didn’t even know i had it on in the first place.

its time to bully companies again into making them not make stupid tone-deaf decisions. discord needs another lesson

is it an unpopular oppie (cute way of saying opinion) to think that stories with only 1 or 2 gender customisable LIs is kind of the way to go moving forward for choices 🧍

like the main issue ppl have been having seems to be the quality of the books n their subject matter, n the quantity of LIs won't fix that? back when it WAS the norm to have 3+ LIs per book every non-whiteman LI would get sidelined and treated like shit by the plot. at least now when the plot railroads you into spending more time w one LI u can choose their gender/appearance, and it's easier to split screentime equally between 2 LIs compared to for example 4

plus limiting it to less LIs allows the story more time to flesh out characters n ur relationships w them. it's easier to incoprorate LIs into the plot n make them important + impactful when there's less of them

OBVIOUSLY none of this is ideal and their whole business model is a bit garbáge, these are simply my thoughts !

#playchoices #im of the belief that this app is a bit of a sinking ship and i am not super hopeful that things will improve in the way a lot of ppl want #but the 1-2 LI model has worked best for their recent books considering their propensity of hurling all their resources toward developing #ONE li and their romance w mc and centering the entire plot around them #like open heart wouldve been so much more bearable if ethan was customisable id enjoy being scolded by a hot woman doctor a lot more #same w beckett #they have an issue w making lis very generic in later books too n this kinda solves that #easier to write 1 or 2 unique romances for a book than 4 #im working within the confines of what i think r realistic for this game obvsly but ya. idk i don't mind it so much as long as the book #itself is interesting enuf to catch my attention #which unfortunately it is not. and that is the main issue 4 me #plus vip boooo me and my homies hate the vip model booo #stfu nisa

Why is that YA can get away with so much in comparison to Adult fiction?? Like, aside from "no graphic sex" (tho there's been some pretty spicy scenes in some I read during my youth), the only hard line that cannot be crossed is "protag can't be older than 18" (tho New Adult pushes that to 20/22, I believe). You can have the most fucked of body horror, the most gruesome deaths, and gratuitous amount of gore and it's all good for an age-range of 13 to 18. Some of these "extreme Adult horror" books wish they can be on this level.

hypmic is basically partnered with abema, and they tend to host most of hypmic’s events, lives, stages, etc!!!! i have an iphone and occasionally use a laptop when it feels like functioning long enough for me to watch content lol, so idk semantics between each device, but ik that abema content can only be accessed through a vpn and the app itself is region locked to japan

it’s also paid content so be ready to shill if you want more lol!!!! I haven’t actually tried to buy content on pc, but with my iphone, i used to have a separate jp itunes account where i’d buy jp itunes gift cards and use those as my method of payment. i was fortunate enough to have downloaded the app while i was in japan a bit ago, so now i’m able to use apple pay for purchases lol

i can only provide help with apple related stuff lol, but if you want to take that leap into buying shit from abema, i’ll be happy to make a tutorial lol
