Hunter rarely ever takes off his beanie, and when he does it's usually just for short periods to cool down or to lay down to sleep or bath. There's absolutley nothing wrong with the shape of his head or face, yet he feels a lot more confident while he's wearing the beenie and feels self concious without it. There's been times when he's lost his beenie and had been quiet and reclusive until he found it or replaced it.

@historicalfictionsims' Courtney Paint-Splatter Dress Desplattered

I had a request on my sheet for a nonsplattered version of this cute little dress from Courtney's Mix-And-Match 80s Pack, and thankfully Pancreas was able to send me a clean texture for me to work with. Now, I can't seem to tag their blog, so Em, if you see this, I hope it turned out the way you wanted.

Included is the requested plain JewlRyBox and Historian swatches, as well as I went ahead and added Scientist, as well as the JewlRyBox HSY heart patterns, Beenie Baby solids and a cute set of pastel patterns I had lying around with accent colors from the Counting Sheep palette. All are standalones with custom thumbnails and do not require the mesh thanks to Pancreas's generous TOU.

Since I included HC Rise! Miwa:

'Jitsu for Justice' (Lou's second to last film and the last one before he proposes to BM) had a lone wolf and cub storyline in which Lou meets a young deaf & mute girl and takes her on as an apprentice. She would reappear in ‘Hot Soup Forever’, Lou’s last film.

This young girl is Huay Lian (meaning Blossom and Lotus respectively) played by child actress Miwa (undecided last name). This is also why Splinter knows some sign language to teach to his kids.

Lian is played by either Oroku Miwa (the descendant of Saki’s son/ Karai’s brother Hiroto) or Miwa Smith (with Jennika’s last name). Her and Yoshi's dynamic is very sweet and kind of parental/ fun uncle and precocious niece.

Inspirations: Mara Wilson & Danny DeVito (Matilda) in behind the scenes and Harley Keener in Iron Man 3 & Endgame and Jesper & Margu's dynamic from Klaus in JfJ and HSF.

The drawing itself is Miwa and Yoshi/ Lou on the red carpet. Yes, his suit is bright blue and sparkly in my head.

Ok this one might? might be an actual unpopular opinion.

I detest Alpha/Beta/Omega in Wolves/Werewolf lore.

Breaking it down, the concept of the alpha wolf is well ingrained in the popular wolf literature and werewolf lore. But now, we have learned more about wolves in the last 40 years than in all of previous history. There is no such thing as an Alpha in Wolf society. This terminology arose from research done on captive wolf packs in the mid-20th century, but captive packs are nothing like wild ones. When keeping wolves in captivity, humans typically throw together adult animals with no shared kinship. In these cases, a dominance hierarchy arises, but it’s like the animal equivalent of what might happen in a human prison, not the way wolves behave when they are left to their own devices. “Alpha” implies competing with others and becoming top dog by winning a contest or battle. However, most wolves who lead packs achieved their position simply by mating and producing pups, which then became their pack. In other words they are merely breeders, or parents. So, while I understand that using Alpha/Beta is what I have to do writing Teen Wolf fanfiction, a little part of my wolf biologist soul dies.
