This is a pre Thanksgiving video that I made so that I had something to post for Thanksgiving. I caught some nice fish out but mostly I was able to take the dog out with me that was pretty cool. So when I get back home I'm going to definitely be fishing with the dog again. *** Blog: https://jacinc2.wixsite.com/johnnyquestfishing #bassfishing #johnnyquestfishing #lookatmybass #largemouthbass #smallmouthbass #fishing #largemouth #mlf #bbwc #trout #troutfishing #fallbassfishing #bigbassworldchampionships #bankfishing #flwfishing #bassmaster #fishheadfriday #bassmasterclassic #bassmasterelite #wygfd #plinefishing #setthehook #lookatmybass @bigbassworldchampionship @wygameandfish @myfwc @montanafwp @texasparksandwildlife https://www.instagram.com/p/CleznKbLeiK/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Hp smart array p410i controller self test failure
Tumblr media
HP SMART ARRAY P410I CONTROLLER SELF TEST FAILURE LICENSE KEY
HP SMART ARRAY P410I CONTROLLER SELF TEST FAILURE SERIAL
HP SMART ARRAY P410I CONTROLLER SELF TEST FAILURE FULL
Note in the picture below, the ‘+’ symbol adjacent to the red wire, this is important to get right! Simply solder the new battery leads to the gold plated pads. A small 3mm hole was drilled in the side of the old cell holder to feed the wires in and through to where the PCB fits. We now purchased a small AAA battery holder for 4 cells and a PP3 style clip with flying leads (all from Maplin if you have one handy). The original cells we had were Varta V500HT 500mAh cells which are standard Ni-MH 1.2V cells attached 4 in series. Now the cells can be removed from the case. Pull this clear and you can see the battery is just held against two gold plated pads. The PCB simply unclips from the small cutout in the middle. Take care with the cells as they could still have some power in them, even if the server disagrees! Lever them out until they are just attached with the leads to the small PCB. The cells are held in with silicone gunk and double sided tape so its fairly easy to prise the lid off and the cells out of their home. Starting in the middle of the long sides is a good place as shown above. Prise a small screwdriver into the edge of the plastic, until you’ve made a hole and then trace around the edge to reveal the cells, but be careful not to go to far in or puncture the cells or insulation. Our first task is to force our way into the cell compartment and remove the plastic lid, this is where it gets destructive, don’t proceed unless you have no further use for the battery pack! Prise open the old battery casing and toss out the old cells, wire in a new lead to some standard Ni-MH AAA cells, and your ready to go… OK, some pictures might help :)īelow then is the item were discussing – its HP part number is 381573-001 or 398648-001 or one of the other vast number of variants, they may have slightly different power ratings, the important one for us is 4.8V Ni-MH, that tells us there are 4 cells internally.Īt first appearance the block is sealed and there is no obvious way to get to the cells, in fact its glued together and covered with a thin plastic sheet. So here is our cheapskates way around futureproofing our older Proliant D元85’s. And everyone knows a P410 without Battery Backed Write Cache (BBWC) is seriously compromised! Support for greater than 2TB in a single logical drive.HP Proliant servers that use the P410 Smartarray controller use batteries that are supposed to last around 3 years, but on some hardware that’s getting on a bit now, they are a serious concern, as they still cost about £60 each or £120 if you buy them from HP.Online RAID Level Migration & Online Stripe Size Migration.512 MB DDR2-800 battery-backed cache provides up to 4.2 GB/s maximum bandwidth.x8 PCI Express gen 2 host interface technology delivers high performance and data bandwidth up to 2 GB/s maximum bandwidth.
HP SMART ARRAY P410I CONTROLLER SELF TEST FAILURE FULL
6Gb/s SAS technology delivers high performance and data bandwidth and contains full compatibility with 3Gb/s SATA technology.
HP SMART ARRAY P410I CONTROLLER SELF TEST FAILURE SERIAL
HP Smart Array P410 is HP's 6G Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) and 3G SATA PCI Express (PCIe) RAID controller + 512MB Cache + Battery 462834-B21 S.M.A.R.T.: Self Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology first developed at HP detects possible hard disk failure before it occurs, allowing replacement of the hard drive before a real failure occurs.
HP SMART ARRAY P410I CONTROLLER SELF TEST FAILURE LICENSE KEY
It can be be upgraded with Smart Array Advanced Pack license key for RAID 6 (ADG), & 6+0. The P410 is ideal for RAID 0, 1, 1+0, 5, 5+0 with 512MB cache module, battery kit (for BBWC). The tall profile card has 8 ports and utilizes DDR2-800 memory. The HP Smart Array P410 is HP's PCI Express (PCIe) 2.0 Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) RAID controller.

Mission
The American Booksellers for Free Expression (ABFE) is part of the American Booksellers Association's advocacy efforts for bookstores. All of ABA's free expression work is undertaken by ABFE. ABFE's current mission, informed by ABA's current Ends Policies, is to ensure that core member bookstores have the resources they need in support of their right to freedom of expression and that legal and regulatory policies reflect the interests of independent bookstores. All of ABFE's work will be done in a manner that demonstrates a commitment to antiracism, equity, access, and representation. In instances where bookstores' free expression concerns are outside of this focus, ABFE will connect bookstores with coalition partners that are best suited to address their specific needs.
Coalition Partners
While ABA financially supports the coalition partners, ABA focuses its efforts through ABFE. ABFE is grateful for the support and efforts of its partners.
Banned Books Week Coalition. ABFE actively participates in the Banned Books Week Coalition (BBWC), attending the coalition’s monthly meetings and providing input on the annual event. Each year, ABFE compiles materials (largely sourced from the BBWC) to create and distribute Banned Books Week Kits to participating independent bookstores.
Kids' Right to Read Project. ABFE coordinates with the Kids’ Right to Read Project (KRRP) — a part of the Youth Free Expression Program of the National Coalition Against Censorship — as a resource for bookstores faced with First Amendment challenges in their local schools and libraries. ABFE is regularly in communication with KRRP about booksellers’ free expression concerns. When bookstores come to ABFE about book challenges in their local schools and libraries, ABFE connects bookstores directly with KRRP. KRRP then works with bookstores to craft and send letters to their local schools and libraries. In addition, ABFE co-signs KRRP letters to schools and libraries on a case-by-case basis as long as the letters are in line with ABA’s current Ends Policies and ABA's commitment to antiracism, equity, access, and representation.
Free Expression Network (FEN). ABFE participates in FEN, an alliance of free expression organizations formed by the National Coalition Against Censorship. FEN is first and foremost an information sharing group with members digitally sharing information and outreach between quarterly meetings. ABFE utilizes its membership in FEN to stay informed about future free expression issues that may affect bookstores.
Media Coalition. ABFE is a member of the Media Coalition, an association that protects the First Amendment rights of producers and distributors of media, such as books, movies, and magazines, through its legislative advocacy and in the courts. ABFE attends the Media Coalition’s monthly meetings to learn about potential legislation, lawsuits, and amicus briefs of interest to bookstores. Consistent with ABA’s current Ends Policies, ABFE only signs statements/memos, lawsuits, or amicus briefs that are directly related to bookstores’ needs and that are consistent with ABA's commitment to antiracism, equity, access, and representation. As a result, ABFE’s current work with the Media Coalition may, in some cases, represent a narrowing of ABFE’s work.
2021 Supporters
ABFE is grateful for its affiliate and publisher support:
Come from the Heart
Penguin Random House
Independent Bookstores (Thank you to ABA Members who donated to ABFE when they renewed their membership dues. Your support helps make ABFE’s work possible, and conveys the value of this work to ABA.)
Contribute to ABFE

Contact
ABFE encourages bookstores to email [email protected] with any questions or concerns. If you do not find what you are looking for on this page, ABFE can create additional resources or direct you to a coalition partner that is best suited to address your needs.

on june 8, 2016, after making national news for the pervasive anti-blackness in the gayborhood, philadelphia unveiled their new official pride flag. what made this pride flag notable was that it included black and brown stripes. while it was celebrated by many, it also pissed off many gays who said it was a publicity stunt and that the flag was ruined because it the additional stripes made it about race. ha!
in the two years since, the same gays who hated the flag are now the same ones waving it. mainly because the narrative about the reasons why the flag was created had been so watered down or frankly, just forgotten. .
here is a quick history.
in 2015, gran varones along with the black & brown cooperative, philly for real justice, act up philadelphia, journalist ernest owens and countless others began to sound the alarm on the anti-blackness and violence of gay club owners and lgbtq non-profit leadership. city officials discounted accused us of being the “problem” by “creating division” in the gayborhood.
spearheaded by the BBWC, we supported the successful campaign to get both the director of the office of lgbtq affairs and the ceo of the largest lgbtq organization in the state to resign. because of the campaign and strategic organizing and direct actions, the city created policies that would hold lgbtq businesses and organizations accountable for their anti-blackness. all of this was made possible but the same black and brown queer & trans folks who sacrificed their bodies, social capital and employment to demand accountability.
it was this radical resistance and organizing that inspired philadelphia to adopt the #MoreColorMorePride flag. yes, the flag serves as a reminder of black and brown LGBTQ+ community members but it is also a reminder of black and brown queers and trans resistance. this flag was a product of shifting an entire city to address its anti-blackness.
without the courageous work of the mentioned groups, sharron cook, christian axavier lovehall and many others,  this new pride flag would not be possible. may this be remembered 50 years from now.
