gorgeous gorgeous galactonians!

one of the fun things about having a series with such incredibly loose worldbuilding is that I can do literally whatever I want in imagining Galactonium society. here are a few of my ocs modeling some different seasonal outfits that I imagine could be worn in the capital. one of my favorite elements of these are the big, chunky shoes. for an actual lore reason for them, I imagine that in previous years, the city's gutters were not equipped to handle the amount of rainwater that they got during the rainy season, and so citizens began wearing platform shoes to avoid getting their feet wet. the city's sewer system was greatly improved during the recent infrastructure upgrades that Bathin mentioned in his transmission. (the real reason, however, is that I think it would be amazing to have a scenario where Bathin helps david learn to walk in those shoes- arm around him the whole way <3)

emily, (she/her) on the left, is in a summer outfit, with a much looser fit and colours inspired by galactonium's beautiful sea and the rusty colours of their high iron content beaches.

pearl, (they/she) in the lower middle, wears fall colours insipred by the royal palace's orchards at the turn of the season. wide sleeved overcoats are in season, though the capital's warm weather often lasts long into October.

Violet, (she/her) in the bottom right, wears a winter outfit in shades of snow and ice colours, accented with green, bringing to mind evergreen trees, as well as a fur collared robe.

Kevin, (he/him) at the top, wears spring colours and extra high shoes with bells on them, for a little extra festivity during the rainy months.
