Did Mommy ever get over the fact that Prototype used her kid's voice, or at least make some amend with that fact that they did? Cause I wouldn't be happy if someone else was using my kid's voice to truck others.

Prototype used little Theo's voice when pretending to be Ollie! But yeah, it took MLL some time to recover from the shock, mostly because of how long it took for Prototype to properly apologise. MLL felt for a moment like Ollie could have been saved, only for that to have been snatched away from her thanks to a cruel twist of events. She knew that voice wasn't his – but she wanted so badly to be wrong about it. Angel helped her a lot, but Prototype getting his shit together and admitting that using Ollie's name to befriend Poppy wasn't a good idea.

Mommy Long Legs was just a kid when she was tasked with the role of a mother and a wife to two other toys she never met before. She resented Baby Long Legs, and the fight that led to his death was one where she shouted at him and told him she never wanted to be a mother in the first place. She spent so much time wanting to say sorry, that it wasnt Baby's fault he became hers, but she never will be able to say sorry.

At least now she can be herself instead of the thing Playtime wanted her to be.

escaped au; before playtime co closed down, the toys just steal one of the employees' mini van and fucking dip for a road trip and no one notices a thing until both the news of the missing van from said employee and the select few toys and experiments that somehow escaped from the confines of the underground lab a few hours later.

Like i imagine them just having a dysfunctional family road trip. Mommy driving the van while Daddy sits in the passenger seat trying to calm everyone down while also people watching. their Baby and Poppy just sitting in baby seats that was already inside the van that they just decided to use instead of taking them out. Bunzo sitting in-between the child seats, quietly clapping his cymbals in rhythm with the radio with Boogie Bot sitting beside him trying to dance despite the lack of room. Both Candy and Catbee laying on the floor surrounded in stolen candy wrappers with Daisy trying to eat some crackers. Huggy, Kissy and the mini wuggies just managing themselves out with beef jerkey with both Bron and PJ Pug a pllier hanging their head out the window like dogs, scaring passers-by because holy shit that a dinosaur?!

You expect nothing else from me other than this mental image.

Can I ask where PJ Pug-a-Pillar, Boxy Boo, and Ollie are in your AU? Are they okay at all?

Also awww god I should be happy the Smiling Critters get to live but I'm not looking forward to how you're going to hurt them.

PJ was rescued along the mini huggies and Bunzo while Angel was dealing with Mommy! Thankfully he didnt have any injuries to be treated, but like everyone else was severely malnourished.

Boxy originally was also going to be dead along the Smiling Critters, but since I did the ctrl + z he was found during chapter 4, hungry and trying to attack Angel. As it turned out, however, he wasnt trying to eat them. No, no, he was trying to bring them to Hoppt Hopscotch, still alive, and who had befriended Boxy two years ago. Dogday cried when he saw her alive. She and Boxy also tried to kill Catnap as the group reunited but frankly, who DIDN'T try to do that? Boxy's injuries after leaving Playtime werent severe, he was "just" severely malnourished.

Ollie was originally Baby Long Legs and he did help Poppy, however, he died more than years before Angel arrived. The voice behind the telephone? Prototype, imitating Theo's kid voice. And yes, he genuinely helped Poppy, he wanted her to succeed, and, above all else, he wanted that nightmare to end.

Baby Long Legs was killed by Mommy Long Legs on a fit of rage. She didnt mean to do that, but she did. Guilt still haunts her because she genuinely tried to take care of him. Everyone discovers Ollie's real identity when during chapter 4 they hear his his voice and name and Mommy goes "how are you still alive and why does your voice sound like that".
