Story: Battle strategy cards;‘Stellar Charm’ One Tree Hill
One Tree Hill
‘Angel Casablancas’ and their twin sister ‘Cassidy Casablancas’ are the reigning ‘Stellar Charm Card’ champions of the city. Why? From all the students and inhabitants of the city ‘One Tree Hill’ named after the ominous forest from which the entire town surrounds, the mythos and legends surrounding the condemned huaunted forest and tree upon the top of the highest mountain in the city seems to share a grim tale about a series of suicide that concerned the towns ever budding congregation that used to meet weekly for church gatherings at the foot of the ominous tree at the very top of the ecclesiastical tree, now condemned the fellowship now meets else where disbanded and scattered after the horrific events that were the result of students jumping from the top of the building, tree and mountain falling to the their deaths at the bottom of the city beneath the mountain. Walled off and forbidden territory as the signs and gates proclaim on the walls of the forbidden forest students constantly enter in hopes of finding the lost cards of a popular card game that once reigned within the town. ‘Stellar charm cards was a game of unique personal skill and talents that required one to sing, dance and use personal talents to summon your cards constellations the power from which the cards drew from. Unbeknownst to some of the students and card users, some had more than others and the more you possessed the more powerful you were compared to some who only possed two if only even one. The losers of these card games tragically forced if not pushed to end their lives from jumping to their doom amused the congregation leader who sought posses and collect all the cards. But the two twins, secretly would go from card user to card user in private consoling them and confiding within them in order to collect their card in secret, then adding their card to their book of protection, thereby spearing that student or card user from having to suicide. If one didn’t run the Forest deadly maze a deadly obstacle course of doom and make it out alive then there was no way for one to enter the condemned forest in hopes of connecting with one of the ‘stellar sacred tree’s’ one would find in hopes of connecting their soul with a sacred trees constellation of power. Thus, how the card game was born from the now candy factory that would harvest the strange fruits the trees would produce in order to create their sacred foods the town would consume in order to bring forth the unknown power within them.

Ah, a pleasure to hear from you again, Star Commander.
📚 (Is there a particular historical event that resonates with you? Are you a fan of any famous individuals from the past?) = I am a direct descendant of Elizabeth Hazen (not in the usual sense of her passing on genes used by the next in line, but directly via the original genetic samples she provided) - and also of Turkina herself. I pride myself on that heritage, and try to live up to it. Having the sword that one of my genemothers gave to the other helps me remember. Furthermore, I am a fan of the Great Father (moreso than of his son, the Founder), and of his SLDF our Clans descend from. I try to uphold the Great Father's ideals every day of my life. Lastly, I have always identified with the Royal Black Watch, of which Elizabeth Hazen was a part. I was enamored with the tales of their last stand at Gorst Flats, their campaigns against Amaris, and how, even after being hit with thermonuclear ordnance, the Black Watch survived, and did not give up.

I must say Terra, quiaff? Even after all it has gone through over the milennia since humankind began to leave the cradle, Terra remains a pristine jewel of a world. I have spent months traveling, going to see everything I could. I have visited the original Seven Wonders, the Eight Wonders of the Hegemony, stood in St. Peter's Square, seen Jerusalem, Mecca, Tokyo, Las Vegas, New York, Paris, and of course Unity City.
Even the rest of the system is full of wonders, from the Belt to Mars, the O'Neill Stations, and even the newly repaired Venusian terraformers. There are days I am struck once more by the revelation that I live now on Terra, her soil under my talons, breathing the air that spawned our species. And the views from my estate on Puget Sound are perhaps the most beautiful of all.
For my second choice, and this may be anathema to some of my other Clan fellows, but... it must be a tie between Solaris VII, Hardcore, and Canopus IV. All of them worlds of pure human pleasure, greed, and excess, and there is something striking about all of them.
If you have not visited Canopus IV yet, I would recommend it whole heartedly. Next to Coromodir, which we will get to shortly, it is the more civilized and accommodating place in the "southern" Periphery.
I would say perhaps skip Hardcore, unless you enjoy a more rough and tumble, salacious, and grittier atmosphere.
For my third choice, I would say Coromodir. It is nearly as beautiful as Terra itself, and ruled by one of the few noble houses I have encountered in my life whom genuinely care for their people. And it was the site of the Fusiliers' great triumph, that propelled us to fame (and perhaps infamy, to some).
You are still in the Canopian vicinity, quiaff? If so, have you visited Coromodir? You would be welcome there, Star Commander. I am a Duchess of Auriga (thanks to the aforementioned victory), and I could put in a good word, should you still be looking for work.

January 22-25 Look near the constellation Draco (The Dragon).
January 26-27 Look several degrees to the east of the bowl of the Little Dipper. On the evening of the 27th, it will be about three degrees to the upper right of orange Kochab, the brightest of the two outer stars in the Little Dipper’s bowl.
January 29-30 Look towards Polaris.February 1Look near the constellation Camelopardalis.
February 5 Look towards the brilliant yellow-white star Capella.
February 6 Look within the triangle known as “The Kids” star pattern in Auriga, directly overhead at around 8 p.m. local time.

Note: If you live in a big city or an outlying suburb, sighting this comet is going to be a difficult—if not an impossible task. Even for those who are blessed with dark and starry skies, finding ZTF could be a bit of a challenge.

the night sky is “silent” yet still playing a universal symphony orchestrated by our beautiful mysterious Creator
like instrumental music and poetry, we see and hear things in nature just as we see written words
words that when taken inside become intertwined with our own heart and thought-life (the heart is where desire is “conceived” just as speech)
with God addressing Job:
Can you bind together a cluster of twinkling stars—
the seven sisters of Pleiades who keep company in the night sky?
Can you loosen the cords of Orion’s bow?
Can you lead the stars of the Zodiac out in their proper seasons
and guide the Bear with her cubs?
Do you know the rules of the heavens,
or apportion their influence on the seasons of the earth?

God orchestrates “signs” in the heavens even as the stars align, yet we have no need of things such as astrology or horoscopes as forms of fortune-telling which are idolatrous in nature.
Israel in the course of their History went astray time and again from God’s truth, and some still don’t yet see their Messiah in Yeshua who the writing of the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh) points to. did you know there is a point in the world’s fiction that can become idolatry when it takes all the time of the heart & mind rather than focusing on our Creator and His truth as what is most sacred and treasured inside?
And we can see the rebirth of Israel on earth as a clear sign of God restoring the Jewish people and all Gentile believers are actually “ingrafted” into the Jewish Vine and its pure “Root” of Yeshua as Messiah over all of us
from the 36th chapter of the prophet Ezekiel:
Eternal One: On the day I cleanse you from all your sins, I will bring people back into your desolate cities, and heaps of rubble will be turned into grand structures. The wasteland will be plowed and sown—a vast change from the emptiness those passing by are used to seeing. They will be amazed, saying, “This place used to be an empty wasteland. Now it’s like the garden of Eden! The cities were demolished, lying in ruins and completely abandoned. Now they are all restored, strong and full of people!” Then the nations near you will know that I, the Eternal, am the One who rebuilt and restored the ruined cities and replanted the empty wilderness. I, the Eternal One, promise to do exactly what I’ve said.

And we see the significance of this in the heavenly city of the new Jerusalem with its foundation stones inscribed with the 12 apostles of Yeshua and the city’s 12 gates with the 12 sons of Israel (Jacob):
Heavenly Messenger: Come with me, and I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.
He took me away in the Spirit and set me on top of a great, high mountain. As I waited for what I thought was a bride, he showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God. ‘Ensure you create no cabal’, APC chieftain, Onoh congratulates Tinubu
Dr Josef Onoh, the spokesman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential campaign council in the southeast, has urged the President-elect, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu to ensure that he creates no cabal around his government, but to accommodate even those who did not support his aspiration.
In his congratulatory message to Tinubu, Onoh said it was now time to renew hope, build trust amongst Nigerians and the rest of the world; and extend an olive branch to Tinubu’s rivals such as the candidates of the Labour Party, Mr Obi and Atiku Of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Onoh said: “I congratulate the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, The Jagaban of Bourgu kingdom (The City boy), on his victory in the just concluded 2023 presidential election. Like a dream in solitude you had your dream to yourself, and in the company of like minds we agreed to dream in concert with you and today, it’s become a reality.

“May I urge Nigerians especially the youths to be cautious with their choice of words, the politics have come and ended hence it is time to focus on the work at hand. Don’t let social media pressure compel you to make unsubstantiated claims, insults and derogatory remarks on the president-elect that you can’t back up with evidence as such callous mistakes and exuberance will definitely guarantee you jail time as drinking whisky and driving can be risky, hence guard your utterances and not abuse your freedom of speech with criminal claims you cannot prove and inciting statements that could fracture the peace of our nation.
“Finally I celebrate and thank all well-meaning Nigerians who supported us and who opposed us, your opposition brought out the best in us all. Though our support and belief in the mandate of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu were said to be madness, I’m glad today that Nigerians and the rest of the world have seen there’s a method in our madness.”
