It’s been a challenging two days of stomach cramps. Something I might have eaten and had this horrible feeling in my pit of my stomach. As you know my motto is never to give up never to back down and I continued with my exercise resume focusing mostly on yoga stretching and calisthenics at home as opposed to in the forest. Today was almost like a rest day had 10 hours sleep last night and hopefully will sleep well tonight. Must have been all spent about an hour doing my calisthenic exercises on a yoga wheel. Already three days after using it every day I’m already noticing a more elastic body. My view is unless you are very seriously unwell should you give up exercising. Just be aware of how you feel and go with the flow just like I have done today.
