A few weeks ago I was told I was either recovering from a cracked knee or I had arthritis in my knee. It has been since confirmed I do have arthritis in my knee. However prior to my diagnosis the pain at night sometimes was unbearable keeping me up throughout the night. However my every day mobility exercises that can sometimes last after two hours every day both morning and night and even during the night seem to be paying off as I only have minimal discomfort in my knee. While I possibly should’ve left a days rest to do the exercises I did today I probably should’ve left out the Coremaster because I was a little bit all over the place. While it’s my look like the Coremaster was touching the ground not once did the side actually touch the ground. The other mistake was not doing the single arm hangs with a 10kg weight before I did the 20 kg hang. In one of the videos you seen me doing my every day squats. The aim is to eventually be able to get my body more towards my back being at right angles to my legs. I was also training fasted. Learning g about instability and walking 30,000 steps during my 24 hour visit to Amsterdam Calisthenics at the Rai. It was the first and biggest of its kind in Europe. Sometimes you buy something online and get it wrong. This was the case with this very large 51 cm charger that I thought was 18th century Chinese given the Chinese figures. But here is the mistake. The figures look Japanese. But actually in all honesty I didn’t spot this I just assumed the women were Chinese. But had I asked to see a photo of the reverse I would have known the charger wasn’t Chinese. My idea of a workout is when you’ve finished you feel absolutely knackered. Combining the core master with Weights it took me six sets of 10 reps before I decided to lower the dumbbell weight from 10 kg to 3 kg because my forearms were so very sore but also I wanted to push my feet backwards to a plank position. I had popped into @antony_avm gym just to stretch but the buzz there was so inspirational I couldn’t but help do another #dragonflag attempt. A very rare important and outstanding late 19th century Meissen figure  of a Nude Bacchante modelled by the Modeller Ernst Julius Hähnel; Model no L155 circa 1880 43cm high. Pair of late Meissen Ornithological Comports each comport displaying on a central reserve against white ground a bird painted in multicolours sitting on a leafy branch. Each with an Osier border (basket weave pattern to both rim of comports and foot rim). The rims and base of comports painted with insects.
