I feel like discontinued or ongoing fic don’t get enough recognition sometimes so I wanted to make a list with my favourites. E - Oasis by Mousieta ; 1/1, Shunsui/Jushiro, Shunsui/Jushiro/Kisuke, Kisuke-centric sex-trospection

E - Heaven’s held forever by audiosilver ; 1/1, Nnoitra/Shinji, angst fluff and smut, very flowery/poetic language

E - Avenoir by Glassthroat (members only) ; 1/1, Aizen/Shinji, poetic/flowery language, dubious consent, literal mindfuck 10/10 read

T - Playing Chicken with Divinity by EternalEclipse ; 1/1, Kisuke/Shinji, Shinji-centric story, timeloops and a non-canon bankai for Shinji (but honestly a very good one lends itself to the circle motif very well)

T - Redemption by ChaoticMimzy ; 1/1, Kisuke/Shinji, AU where Mayuri died in TYBW

M - Breathe by Kimarusama ; 1/1, Kisuke/Shinji, Aizen/Shinji, another mindfuck, Kyoka Suigetsu used for dubious purposes

E - Lover’s Quarrel by assbeloathed ; 4/4, modern AU, conditional/circumstantial immortality, Aizen/Shinji, major character death and violence

E - the insanity of hearts by Mellanmir ; 1/1, Kisuke/Mayuri, blood and gore and a bunch of other fucked up shit, very very violent like genuinely, tagged “graphic descriptions of sex” which always cracks me up

E - Release by imlikat ; 1/1, Kisuke/Mayuri, special mention as it is the first Kisyuri fic posted to ao3, mildly dubious consent, BEAUTIFULLY written it’s so good

E - BARTENDIN’ [drunkenly] by Dykeza ; 1/1, Kisuke/Shinji, I wrote this so I am Biased but I do think it’s a good fic (mutual approved), drinking and drugs and exhibitionism

Stories I like but would not recommend per-say::

E - The Language of Flowers by YamotosSenpai ; 14/14, Kisuke/Shinji, it’s the language of flowers hilariously dated and rather embarrassing, but very good nonetheless

E - No one but you by orphan_account ; 1/1, Kisuke/Shinji, mildly dubious consent, posted on my birthday in 2012 so I was rather horrified because this pairing that I like had fanfictions written when I was still in the single digits, first English urashin fic posted to ao3

E - Ruthless by mochajeeja ; 5/5, Kisuke/Aizen, I (shamefully) admit that I cried reading this, graphic depictions of violence, Meiji Era 1870’s AU, kidnapping and imprisonment. Yhwach is there.

E - Detained by Fluffychanel ; 21/21, part of a series, Kisuke/Aizen, the Aizen mpreg fanfiction that has inspired my entire descent into madness, literally you can blame Detained for every cursed thing I’ve ever spoken about on this blog
