Household: Rhymes
During the last round, the triplets reached adulthood and had no idea what to do then. Luckily for them, Lydia and Ash weren't rushing them out of the house.
Lydia especially only seemed relieved to have the family together for a while longer. She gifted Daphne a flower-arranging table so that Daphne would have something to do for the time being.
Since then, Elise's boyfriend Tristan left for university, leaving Elise heartbroken for being apart. And, without her sisters knowing, Amelia applied for the leftover seat at the university, even though she was told it's unlikely for someone with as low grades to get a scholarship.

I don`t think I`ll ever get over Aegon making an additional effort to get to Aemond`s eye level:
There`s a fascinating dynamic here. In the 1st case Aegon is teasing Aemond from the height of his position as the elder brother, 'descending' to Aemond who is taciturn, inexperienced, dragonless. In the 2nd one the elder is pleading with the younger, reaching up for him - fierce, brave, worthy.
But at the same time I don`t think that for Aegon it`s all about 'looking down' v 'looking up'. Him trying to get to the same level as his brother, to get closer to him, is in part the end in itself.
Aemond is the only person whose proximity Aegon seems to search openly, in one form or another, the whole time they`re on screen (here are just a few cases):
Whatever difficulties (to put it mildly) the Targtower brothers have had in their relationship, Aemond is Aegon`s rock, his sword and shield - and Aegon is Aemond`s king, his charge, his beautiful disaster. Aegon knows it, Aemond feels it. They are brothers, Your Honor.
Both Ty/Leo and Tom/Ewan did a marvelous job portraying this complicated yet beautiful relationship and the ineffable bond between the two. So I have one request for the HotD team: Let. The Actors. Act.

Ashton "Good morning, Blossom!"
Elise "...Morning, daddy."
Ashton "Is everything alright?"
Elise "Mmh. I'm going to a job interview today."
Ashton "Oh...! Sweetie, that's awesome."
Elise "Ugh, it's not. I-I don't think I can do it..."
Ashton "It's just a feeling, Blossom. I was nervous when I asked for this job, too."
Elise "You were...?"
Ashton "Very! But you won't lose anything by trying, right? I'm sure they won't turn you down, but if they do, your family will still love you just as much."
Elise "...I guess."

One of the most curious things about the Targtower bros` dynamic in the show is that for the most part (at least for now) it`s been built on nonverbal communication: looks, postures, touches. Like this smallest bit, for example:
I just adore that Aemond is pulling Aegon back and steps in front of him - despite Aegon being the elder brother, despite the lack of actual danger - and despite the fact that this scene took place after the Pink Dread one. It`s not clear how much time passed between them but either way even though the blow landed right where it hurt most it didn`t smother little Aemond`s protective instincts. Also the shot of him moving to his brother`s side while being the one who holds a sword (even though a wooden one) gives just the energy (at least one of the most significant aspects of it) I need to see between them in the season to come.
But there`s also the way Aemond pulls Aegon back - not hesitantly, but carefully, almost gently. It seems that he sees (or rather feels or just knows given that his eyes are constantly on the source of potential threat) that Aegon is actually quite unsettlled (or at least stunned) by the spectacle. So instead of a forceful tug we have a light touch - a reassurance as well as an actual urging to move.
Tell me these two don`t care about each other, I dare you.
