So, y'all know I don't really ship Destiel at all. But then I saw someone in the DOBB (@destielomegaversebigbang ) needed a pitch hitter artist, and I decided to look what the story had to offer. Despite the ship, the story was right up my alley. I decided to help out and met nIks, which is a very nice person to talk to.

I'm new to making art for Bangs, and I had some unplanned stuff happen that slowed me down, but I managed 😎😎😎

This was a Big Bang, which means I had to make two full pieces. Here they are

The first one depicts a scene from chapter 3 of the fic with Alastair and Dean. The scene is part of a bigger, extremely explicit and hard scene, so beware while reading.

The second one depicts Castiel and Emma, when in the hospital to have her checked.

My plan was to have the two pictures to depict and give completely different feelings - the first had to be sad, dark, possibly scary. The second had to light and hopeful.

Due to my laptop being sent to repair, I cannot look up the time I spent on each drawing. I do know I spent over 6 hours on the first one.

FANDOM INVOLVEMENT

Different fandoms have different ways to show their support to the content, while also giving back to the community or other fans.

I've been active in online fandom spaces since I was 13, enjoying different media and talking to different people. Some of them are still in my life after all these years, some aren't. In recent years, I've felt more confident in sharing my writing and my art, due to the fact that they are, first and foremost, a way to interact with other fans and share my love (and hate, let's be honest) for the source material.

This has allowed me to meet new friends and find like-minded people to work with to bring something new and good into the world.

This will be a list of all the zines or projects I got involved in as a creator so far (updated as I get into new things, I guess!) that gave back to the community in some way. I'll write down a short explanation of the project, as well as info on how to get it, if possible, and what I made for it.

SUPERNATURAL QUARANTINE FANZINE VOL. 4: "FAMILY DON'T END WITH BLOOD"

The Supernatural Quarantine Fanzine is a PDF-only charity fanzine based on the CW show Supernatural. It will feature stunning artworks and written pieces, as well as digital and printable merchandise.

The zine goes live on Gumroad. Each time a new issue comes out, the previous volumes become available again. The zine is "pay what you want" starting at $1, and the collective of writers and artists decide together which charity to donate the money to at the end of the campaign.

Furthermore, the zine also has a Society6 store. All proceeds from you buying the goodies are also donated to charity.

After a few months, when the campaign is over, the authors can post their work on AO3 or somewhere else.

Vol. 4's sales went to the Legacy of War’s Mobility Fundraiser and all the info regarding what the zine contains can be found HERE.

Credited in the post as "demonicsoulmates" (my previous tumblr name), I contributed with a Debriel one-shot: "Of New Houses & Found Family", which can now be found on AO3.

The zine mods also announced HERE, at the end of the campaign, that thanks to other fans buying the zine, that we were able to raise £75 (Approx. $90) for Legacy of War’s Ukraine Effort.

SUPERNATURAL QUARANTINE FANZINE VOL. 5: WITCHES/FAMILIARS

You can find the info about the zine right above :) I liked the experience, so I participated again!

With Vol. 5, the idea was to choose either an animal to adopt, or a animal rescue center to support, in the name of the SPN Family. The info can be found HERE. I will put a link to the info regarding the donation when available.

Again credited as "demonicsoulmates", this time I contributed both as a writer and an artist. As a writer, I contributed with a Ducifer one-shot: "Graveyard Confessions (Love is a Healing Spell)", which can now be found on AO3. As an artist, I contributed to Ducifer stickers that directly go with my story. These are not available (yet?) if you don't buy Vol. 5.

Hoping to participate in more projects like this (and in the next volume of the Quarantine zine), I'll keep you updated!
