My wife is brilliant at choosing daily clean organic vegetables πŸ₯— with the aim to keep us as healthy as can be. Here dinner was chopped carrot and turnip one of the richest antioxidants in veggies; Fava Bean rice; potatoes with sprinkling of parsley 🌿 tomatoes πŸ… and garlic. We are both learning the benefits of eating an Alkaline diet. You are what you eat is not because it only tastes good but is as healthy as your diet can be. My advice to you from someone who used to be addicted to junk food and particularly sugar once you stop realising the attractive labels on processed foods are there to tempt you and be them β€œFree From Gluten; wheat; dairy; be vegan 🌱 fat; sugar doesn’t necessarily make them a healthy choice.
