A little update on The Winchesters lawsuit. It appears based on my research that the hearing was "continued", or in other words in the legal world delayed, until July 23 at 9am. The plaintiff Bryan did go through with paying jury fees, which were posted yesterday at the first Case Management Conference or "hearing". Based on a quick Google search, these meetings are for the attorneys to meet with the judge to determine how to handle case. These often happen within 120 to 180 days after a case is filed (in other words, close to 4-6 months). At these meetings it's either decided when a jury trial will be scheduled or getting info from a defendant for ongoing things like house arrest or home monitoring. This may be a given because of the circumstances here but a case management statement was filed on the 10th. It indicates that this will be an unlimited case, meaning the amount demanded is over $35,000.

Given that the jury fees were posted yesterday and the Case Management Conference continued (and a Status Conference scheduled also for July 23 at 9am), the jury trial date still hasn't been set. I believe a so called Pretrial Conference usually takes place prior to a trial taking place.

Stay tuned, this is gonna be a while before judgment is passed here. One thing that is clear to me is that Bryan fully intends to take this to trial and does not want to do a settlement...

I generally don't do this but this take is so on point..It sort of gives a precursor to who Danneel Ackles is as a person and why the Ackles's hid about the prequel from Jared. It was deliberate and they have no problem lying to someone about something. It was malicious and part of their nature..the whole thing about a PR leak is a lie.

Some people may call it a minor thing but tells you a lot about who a person is and their everyday conduct. Everything we have since learnt about her just goes to affirm how shady she is & Jensen by association is just as shady. Clearly, it is now even being reflected in his actions the more time he spends with her.

You know I would love to hear your opinion on this.

Why put on such a show (referring to JA)? Him and Elta were seen at a restaurant in Dallas the other day and they keep showing up like this “happy couple”. Do you think they do it like Misha did with his divorce? I don’t know, they seem like they are truly going out of their way if they are so unhappy.

As I've said countless times before, the biggest mistake you could make with z list celebrities is view and analyze them as a regular couple. Jensen is a public figure. Anything and I do mean ANyTHING he puts out there is to uphold a certain image and position himself according to his career goals. I know it's a harsh truth but Jensen is part of an industry where his profile is everything.

I didn't see happy at all, what I did see is a "wife" that yet again got awful work done to her face and a "husband" who looked just as drunk as she was. Danneel has such tension in her face that her smile is clearly fake.

I find it very sad that Jensen can't seem to stay sober around his wife and that his claim to fame lately is taking pictures in restaurants just to dispel rumors. I also find it extremely sad that Danneel never seems to be enough as she keeps getting work done. Sorry, anon, but what I see is two toxic people clinging to each other in lieu of getting attention.
