You know I would love to hear your opinion on this.

Why put on such a show (referring to JA)? Him and Elta were seen at a restaurant in Dallas the other day and they keep showing up like this “happy couple”. Do you think they do it like Misha did with his divorce? I don’t know, they seem like they are truly going out of their way if they are so unhappy.

As I've said countless times before, the biggest mistake you could make with z list celebrities is view and analyze them as a regular couple. Jensen is a public figure. Anything and I do mean ANyTHING he puts out there is to uphold a certain image and position himself according to his career goals. I know it's a harsh truth but Jensen is part of an industry where his profile is everything.

I didn't see happy at all, what I did see is a "wife" that yet again got awful work done to her face and a "husband" who looked just as drunk as she was. Danneel has such tension in her face that her smile is clearly fake.

I find it very sad that Jensen can't seem to stay sober around his wife and that his claim to fame lately is taking pictures in restaurants just to dispel rumors. I also find it extremely sad that Danneel never seems to be enough as she keeps getting work done. Sorry, anon, but what I see is two toxic people clinging to each other in lieu of getting attention.

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and that you're all ready for this year to end already. I'm pretty sure given what's happened in Jensen's life, he sure is ready for 2023 to go out the door. Big Sky and The Winchesters getting cancelled, FBBC having 2 brewers quit in 1 week, firing several other employees according to some posts that were here on Tumblr and on Instagram, and let's not forget The Winchesters lawsuit that was filed earlier this year. I'm aware some people here have been speculating on what is to come of Jensen's brewery FBBC, so I thought I'd share a little bit of some interesting history with regards to the Ackles and Graul families in business.

In a previous post, I talked about some of the history of FBBC itself being tied to a brewery called County Coast Brewing Company that was in the Malibu, California area back in 2013. The former address was 29201 Heathercliff Road #116 in Malibu, CA. Gino was the listed owner of this brewery that was incorporated 10/4/2013 and became inactive 10/9/2017, 4 years and 5 days after this company was formed. Its current inactive status is listed as Suspended Ftb/Sos. One noteworthy mention here, I couldn't find this County Coast Brewing Company anywhere as being say "permanently closed" as you would other businesses. No Google reviews or searches are available either for this company. Hmm, it's just like it never existed unless you know to look up Gino's name and affiliated LLCs or remember the name of this company...

According to this website, it says under the Why is My Business Suspended section: "Generally, businesses are suspended when they fail to:

File a return

Pay

Taxes

Penalties

Fees

Interest

You may be able to find out the reason for suspension using MyFTB. Business entities registered with Secretary of State (SOS) must file and pay at least $800 franchise or annual tax from their registration date to current, regardless of business activity. Visit due dates for businesses for more information on when to file and pay."

After doing some further research thanks to this Tumblr post, it does seem that after Jensen filed for the incorporation of Family Business Beer Company back on 11/5/2014 in Dallas Texas, 1 year, 1 month and 1 day after County Coast Brewing Company was filed in California under Gino's name. Interestingly enough, a couples post that were seemingly tied to the County Coast Brewing Company dated prior to FBBC opening doors in January 2018 are still on the Facebook page. This post dated 4/8/2014 BEFORE FBBC was incorporated but is on the FBBC Facebook page states "On our way to Denver for the 2014 Craft brewer's Conference!!!" This photo dated 12/8/2013 has a caption stating "looking forward to trying out our newest batch of Pale Ale!" Again, no comments on it date past 3/17/2017 just like the other post that predates the official opening of FBBC in Austin on 1/10/2018 by several years.

The other Tumblr post I mentioned here even has a screenshot (along with several others) of posts that have been deleted including one that was posted on 1/24/2015 at 6:56pm saying "County Coast is moving location and names!!!!!! WTF?! Haha, relocating to the South. #AustinTexas get ready!!!!" Given the Graul and Ackles family histories of deleting comments they deemed unsavory on the FBBC Instagram page, it doesn't surprise me that they cleaned up shop on the internet and Facebook pages to try eliminating the existence of the failed County Coast Brewing Company and rebranding their Facebook page to become Family Business Beer Company's. According to this article, it states "While living in California, Jensen and Gino often brewed their own beers at home. The family moved to Austin and decided to finally open their own place. They found the Dripping Springs property in 2014, hooked up with now-head brewer Nate Seale, and got started from there." Guess they forgot to mention the former location the had in California that got suspended due to noncompliance with state tax regulations. Hmm....

Now, this is where things start to get interesting regarding the history of both the Ackles and Graul families and business. I mentioned the suspended ftb status that was put on the County Coast Brewing Company before. I also took the liberty of researching LLCs affiliated with Jensen and Danneel and found some similar statuses on previous companies they had incorporated in the past. I elected to put some notes to summarize things like when these companies were voluntarily dissolved (or straight up suspended) in the screenshots below. The Ackles Talent Services, Inc. California branch that was incorporated 6/22/2010 was suspended on 4/2/2013 and also has a forfeited ftb status which translates to the same status that is on the other brewing company that was in Gino Graul's name.

Looking over Danneel's companies, there is a Talking Poodle Productions, Inc. that holds the status "Inactive action by Secretary of State" that used to read as "Active not in good standing for failure to file annual report". According to this website for 2006 Louisiana laws titled 2006 Louisiana Laws - RS 12:163 — Failure to file annual reports; revocation and reinstatement of articles and limitation on authority to do business with the state, it states the following interesting tidbits of information: "§163.  Failure to file annual reports; revocation and reinstatement of articles and limitation on authority to do business with the state

A.  Where a corporation has failed to designate and maintain a registered office, or to designate and maintain a registered agent pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 12:104, for a period of ninety consecutive days, or where a corporation has failed to file an annual report for three consecutive years, according to the records of the secretary of state, the secretary of state shall revoke the articles of incorporation and franchise of such corporation."

Also, "F.(1)  As used in this Subsection the phrase "not in good standing" means any corporation which is delinquent in filing an annual report.

(2)  Each corporation, domestic and foreign, which is not in good standing is prohibited from engaging in commercial business operation with the state or its boards, agencies, departments, or commissions.  Any contract between a corporation which is not in good standing and the state or its boards, agencies, departments, or commissions is subject to be declared null and void, by said board, agency, department, or commission or by the Division of Administration."

There are of course other parts I didn't put in here for the sake of keeping this post a reasonable length but it seems that the bottom line message is the same here: The Grauls and Ackles have a history of not complying with tax laws and is unlikely they simply forgot to file taxes or annual reports as necessary. Was this to hide questionable financial practices? Are both families hiding unethical behaviors? Are they unable to afford accountants who can properly file all reports with state and federal tax governmental branches appropriately, so they can stay in business? Are these simple, honest mistakes on behalf of the Graul and Ackles' families? Not sure what you all think of this but it is entirely possible with this information here that there are some questionable business practices going on here and that the speculations here about FBBC not doing so good just might have some factual basis.

Her desperate attempts to revive her career and star through Jensen began long before she "married" him. Before that she manipulated Riley and his mom into giving her a career so there is an established pattern.

You're right, no one outside of Jensen fans know who she is and that won't change because she has zero to offer. Won't make any difference to her because she is set to ride Jensen's coattails indefinitely, it seems.

While I agree with you on the fact that ppl need to stop acting like Jensen is some mind controlled poor man who is forced by his wife to do things and he need to be blamed as mush as her but I also believe that ppl are blaming her for the following reasons:

* danneel have been showing bad character on her own she doesn't need Jensen to be hated , ppl are accusing her of being greedy and opportunistic because she showed herself before to be that kind of person .

* both Jensen and danneel like pretend that danneel are in charge of everything, hilarie recently said that D make all the decisions, as well as comments like hands on the wheels , running tight ship and other things both have said before that sell this narrative, so why take the credit away from her when she her self wanna take the credit?

Anon, no one deserves hate. I think you probably meat to express that she earned animosity through her rudeness, lack of empathy and lies. That is 100% true. Her early twitter days were unhinged, she made Jensen look very bad but thrived on it. Today she still lies through her teeth, her latest lies include made up hauntings.

What amuses me is that she doesn't realize what a supposed haunting reveals about her energy. You canno draw negative thoughtforms or entities without having bad energy. Yet she knows SPN fans are gullible and so she preys on that by making up stories that actually reveal the state of her mental sanity.

lol No. Elta has only ever been famous in Eunice and not even.

She got "famous" when she came out as Jensen's then girlfriend and argued with Ted.

Her "fame" never was the paparazzi outside your door kind. She had very small roles playing naked/trashy/easy ladies and only started landing better roles after milking Jensen's image. Her acting, however, was abysmal so those Hallmark opportunities dried up fast.

🤣 She's very famous in her own head though, meanwhile, 99% of the normal world could care less about her.

I also never understood why people would use Danneel posting on Jensen’s account as some sort of “see? We need to save him!” thing because clearly he let her. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if for a while there she was “managing” his socials.

There are a lot of Danneel stories I call bullshit on and am really curious who started them in the first place. Jensen isn't some poor baby that got snatched from his home and trapped, he is a grown man who willingly manipulated his then best friend's fiancè to sleep with him and betrayed his own girlfriend in the process. He then married her upon realizing her image wasn't doing them any favors. Jensen chose Danneel and continues choosing her so let's stop pretending he is some sort of wounded "Jesus".

I feel like nobody ever talks about the fact Daneel literally booked in and attended the first ultrasound for the twins without Jensen despite, from what we can tell, them agreeing to do it when he was back from filming. Which is just absolutely wild and low-key super disrespectful to your partner to do. Idk I just remembered that, and thought it was strange, maybe I’m alone in that.

What do you expect from a woman who only married him because he was her ticket to fame? Who was she even before him? Absolutely no one. There's a reason she got into the argument with Ted. She knew exactly what she was doing.

As for the ultrasound, I stopped following a lot about Jensen after it was announced Danneel was pregnant with JJ so I have no clue what the real story behind the twins is. I just know the part about her asking JJ to hand Jensen the news.

I agree with you, she was selfish but, then again, it was her play all along. Anything to hang on to her fame ticket. I remember the first time a friend showed me her Instagram feed, she was using the kids as tokens and rolled with that for soooo long until she realized people could see through her and she was painting herself as an irreponsible mother. No one really looks into her because no one ultimately cares but if they did they would notice she has no identity outside of Jensen and that, my friends, is fishy as hell. It is beyond red flag into incredibly creepy territory.

🤣🤣🤣 I have never laughed so hard in my life, whoever wrote this is a mindless "journalist".

Danneel is no longer recognizable as Rachel Gatina and people bafely recognize Jensen's wife when he is out with her. Also, mentioning work she did decades ago is not the flex they think it is. There is a reason actors keep their resume update and always remove old roles. Danneel has aged out of the highschool bracket aaaages ago and no longer matches that type. She already looked 40 compared to the rest of her cast mates even back then. "Iconic role"? 🤣 No one remembers stripper girl, which, let's face it was her main role in just about every movie or series. Rachel does not have a fanbase because she was not a beloved character and her acting was horrible. There are just a few Jensen obsessed stans who push Rachel still because they worship Jensen. She is not known on her own, she is known for sleeping with Jensen.

What "paved the way" for her appearances in Harold & Kumar were her scantilly clad photoshoots and easy behavior. They needed a woman that was believable as weed smoking, slutty counterpart. Again, same role she plays over and over again and that she has aged out of so, if you are branding smart, stop mentioning her trashy past.

When her roles dried up( there's only so many times you can play "stripper girl" and "the other woman" when you have zero talent and presence), Jensen proceeded to ensure she was cast by nepotism in SPN. Where her role was clearly written to try to rebrand her image. Epic fail, Sister Jo was the lamest, most useless, senseless character on SPN and her acting was not even remotely credible and all she was playing was a ditzy goldigger who preyed on people just like in real life.

She did not form anything with her huband. He was offered Chaos Productions and negotiated her into the deal (nepotism again). After epic failing with their TW they betrayed the studio who had given them that production company and moved on with Amazon. Danneel proved she has no production knowledge whatsoever and did not deserve her title even remotely. She also wasted seed money on book rights for projects that were rejected by the previous studio

She did not executive produce anything, she had a VANITY title, just like her husband. Meaning her name was used to promote the project and her title was just a publicity stunt. No one, I repeat, no one in the industry will ever take her seriously as a producer and Jensen lost major credibility by putting a woman with Danneel's image (see above paragraphs about her roles) at the "forefront" of his project.

Danneel never was nor ever will be at the helm to develop television and future projects. That is not how Amazon works and,aside from this, Danneel has zero skill and talent.

She is trying really hard to rebrand her image by selling herself as a successful well known producer now. 🤣🤣🤣 What success? The movie rights of projects that were all rejected? the Winchesters which as an embarassing flop that ruined the SPN legacy? Her stripper roles who required no acting skill whatsoever? Her shady modeling gigs? What are we even talking about? That bio wants to make her seem like a woman she will never, ever be. You are trying to sell her as a "leader" when she can barely spell on her social media 🤣 As a producer when the only thing she "produces"( Jensen's words not mine I could never speak so creeepily about a woman) is children. We all know why too. 🤣 There are so many actual rolemodels, actually authentic women to support and yet stick is being put on an "actress" who made her way thanks to the casting couch and then continued to make her way thanks to who she is sleeping with. Danneel Ackles is merely a gold digger, that is her main career. Outside of that she just puts on smokes and mirrors and only people who don't do their research fall for such antics. Whoever wrote that bio was clearly trying to shift her image through full on lies. This might anger Amazon who might pull the plug on their collaboration.
